Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada sulitnya siswa dalam memahami materi pelajaran fisika sehingga berakibat pada rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik. Sampling dilakukan secara cluster random sampling. Data hasil belajar fisika dilihat pada 3 domain, yaitu aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Pada domain kognitif pengumpulan data menggunakan deskripsi masalah sebanyak 5 item, pada domain afektif menggunakan lembar observasi dan domain psikomotor dengan menggunakan rubrik penilaian. Hasil pembelajaran di ranah kognitif diperoleh, nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen adalah 52,7 dan kelas kontrol adalah 41,1. Selanjutnya, dengan analisis t-test, tct = 2,60 lebih besar dari t- (1/2 α) = 1,99 dan - t- (1/2 α) = - 1,99 (pada tingkat nyata 0,05), maka hipotesis alternatif adalah diterima Pada domain afektif rata-rata aktivitas eksperimen kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol, yaitu kelas eksperimen 92 dan kelas kontrol 82,4. Sedangkan pada domain psikomotor, hasil rata-rata siswa kelas eksperimen adalah 91,6 dan kelas kontrol 89,5. Jadi penggunaan pembuat film dalam pembelajaran discovery learning effect pada hasil belajar kelas pelajar Fisika X MIA SMAN 16 Padang.Kata kunci: Discovery learning, Movie maker, hasil belajar

Abstract

At this time many learning models are used, where students learn, work, and interact in small groups. Based on the results of observations at SMAN 9 Padang class XI MIPA, students need a development of teaching materials that can help students to solve problems in learning. The purpose of this research is to develop teaching materials in the form of student worksheet based on problem based learning that are valid & practical for class XI MIPA SMAN 9 Padang.This type of research is included in development research or Research and Development (R&D) with a 4-D model. The 4-D model consists of four stages, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. At the disseminate stage, it is not carried out due to time and cost limitations. In this study, the research instruments used were validity and practicality sheets. The results showed that the PBL-based LKPD developed was categorized as valid with a percentage of 85.93%. Then the PBL-based LKPD developed was categorized as very practical with a percentage of 85.32%.

Abstract

The learning model that is applied is a model of making quizzes with matches. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of applying the make a match quiz model to the physical learning outcomes of students in class XI MIPA SMAN 1 Siberut Utara. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research with a posttest only control group design. The population of this study were students of class XI MIPA SMAN 1 Siberut Utara. Sampling was carried out using saturated sampling. Where all the population is sampled. Class XI MIPA 1 was selected as the experimental class and class XI MIPA 2 as the control class of the study. The instrument in this study was based on a final test in the form of essays and student observation sheets during learning at each meeting. Based on the data obtained, the average learning outcomes of the cognitive domain in the experimental class are 74.41, while the control class is 66.96, and the effective assessment of students during the learning process in the experimental class is an average of 89.06 and the control class is an average of 66.92. . Furthermore, from hypothesis testing using the t test, it is obtained that t_(count )= 1.34 and t_(table )= 1.6, because t_(count) < t_(table ) then H_1 is rejected. So it can be said that there is no influence of the learning model with the physics learning outcomes of class XI MIPA SMAN 1 Siberut Utara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar fisika siswa yang masih rendah. Hal itu disebabkan beberapa siswa dalam proses belajar yang kurang aktif. Oleh karena itu, proses pembelajaran diaplikasikan, dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung oleh tim kuis. Jenis penelitian adalah percobaan kuasi, dengan desain kelompok kontrol posttest saja. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Menurut hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji Mann Withney diperoleh Z_hitung = 2,43> Z_tabel = 1,76, maka H_0 ditolak. Selain data yang diperoleh dari hasil uji akhir ada juga data hasil belajar dari domain afektif. Persentase rata-rata hasil belajar afektif siswa kelas eksperimen adalah 72,38% sedangkan kelas kontrol 60,10%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji akhir dan data domain afektif yang telah diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa ditemukan hasil pembelajaran fisika siswa kelas VIII SMPN 22 Padang yang menerapkan model pembelajaran langsung disertai Tim Kuis.Kata kunci  Pembelajaran Langsung, Tim kuiz, Hasil pembelajaran siswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa berdasarkan penelitian pendahuluan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, yang menunjukkan bahwa 17 dari 30 siswa memperoleh skor dibawah rata-rata pada mata pelajaran fisika. Sehingga diperlukan inovasi penggunaan model pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Brain-Based Learning (BBL) terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dan perbedaan peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis antara kelas dengan kelas eksperimen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMPN 1 Kotagajah, dengan menggunakan non-equivalent control group design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran BBL berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kleas VII. Kelas eksperimen yang mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran BBL menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis lebih tinggi dengan rata-rata N-Gain 0,64 dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol dengan rata-rata N-Gain 0,40, sehingga model pembelajaran ini dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran sebagai salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa.

Abstract

Research has been carried out on the design of a mini power bank using dragon paste as a source of electrical energy. The voltage and current produced by this dragon paste and power bank are measured using a digital multimeter. Dragon paste used in series and parallel. The voltage generated by the dragon paste is connected to a DC step up. The use of step up dc aims to increase the dragon paste voltage, so that the resulting voltage can reach a maximum of 5.16 V and can charge lithium-ion batteries that have been arranged in parallel using the power bank kit module.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari hasil observasi peneliti  di SMK Muhammadiyah 03 Sukaraja bahwa pembelajaran masih berpusat pada guru (teacher oriented). Dengan demikian aktivitas yang dilakukan siswa hanya mendengar dan mencatat. Diskusi antar teman satu bangku atau satu kelompok jarang dilakukan sehingga interaksi dan komunikasi antara siswa dengan siswa lainnya maupun siswa dengan guru belum dilakukan selama proses pembelajaran. Hal ini yang dapat membuat aktivitas dan hasil belajar untuk mata pelajaran fisika masih rendah. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMK Muhammadiyah 03 Sukaraja dengan materi pembelajaran Gerak Lurus. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dengan diawali kegiatan pra siklus dan dilanjutkan dalam dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara tes tertulis untuk mendapatkan data prestasi belajar kognitif sedangkan untuk mendapatkan data prestasil belajar psikomotorik menggunakan lembar observasi. Aktivitas guru dalam pembelajaran diamati dengan menggunakan lembar observasi guru dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil persiapan guru mengalami peningkatan 70,3% pada pra siklus, 77,7% pada siklus I dan 88,88% pada siklus II. Aktivitas guru mengalami peningkatan dari 63,33% pada pra siklus, 80,0% pada siklus I dan 93,33% pada siklus II.  Ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikal mengalami peningkatan dari pra siklus  sebesar 70,0%% menjadi  80,0% pada siklus I dan  94,29% pada siklus II. Sedangkan aktivitas siswa mengalami peningkatan 54,35% pada pra siklus, 71,4% pada siklus I dan 85,0% pada siklus II.  Pembelajaran dengan metode pembelajaran Guided Discussion dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran fisika.

Abstract

This study is by the difficulties of students in understanding the subject matter of physics, thus resulting in low students learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of the Implementation of Cooperative Learning Models Pair Check Type of Physics Learning outcomes Class VIII SMPN 3 Batang Anai. This type of research is a quasi experimental. Sampling technique with cluster random sampling. Learning outcomes in the cognitive domain obtained the average value of the experimental class students 78,13 and the control class 67,34. Then with t analysis, t count = 3,69 is greater than t- (1/2 α) = 2,01 and - t- (1/2 α) = - 2,01 (at a real level of 0.05), then the alternative hypothesis is accepted. So there is influence of applying cooperative learning models pair check type to physics learning outcomes of class VIII SMPN 3 Batang Anai Keyword: Cooperative learning, Learning outcomes, Cognitive domain.

Abstract

Science learning has potential in the nation's development efforts in terms of process. Applicative science materials can be used to develop the entrepreneurial spirit of students. However, the lack of student awareness in the application of science science has resulted in science education being only seen as science learning materials for junior high schools. Students lack the ability to have a scientific attitude that affects their entrepreneurial abilities. The purpose of this study is to determine the entrepreneurial ability of students by applying the PjBL learning model. This research is a quasi-experimental study with one group pretest-posttest design. The research population is the students of Science Education, Tidar University. Sampling by random method. The instrument used is a student entrepreneur response questionnaire. Data collection techniques through questionnaires. The results showed that the students' pretest results in the very low category were the highest at 43%. However, the posttest results showed progress with the highest percentage, namely the high category with a percentage of 38%. Thus, project-based learning (PjBL) has a good effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship
