Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dalam pemilihan ketua, dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). Metode TOPSIS digunakan untuk membantu proses pengambilan keputusan yang lebih objektif dan akurat dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai kriteria yang relevan. Hasil dari implementasi ini adalah sebuah sistem yang mampu memberikan perangkingan calon ketua secara efisien berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, sehingga mempermudah proses pemilihan dan meningkatkan transparansi. SPK berbasis metode TOPSIS ini telah terbukti efektif dalam berbagai kasus seperti pemilihan ketua RT/RW, ketua program studi berprestasi, dan pemimpin lainnya dalam organisasi

Abstract

Puskesmas are the frontline of primary healthcare services that generate a large amount of data related to patient visits, types of diseases, drug availability, and public health performance. However, this data is often not processed and presented effectively, making it difficult for puskesmas management and health departments to monitor and make quick and accurate decisions. This study aims to design an interactive dashboard and data visualization model to facilitate the monitoring of healthcare services at puskesmas. This dashboard model will visually display key performance indicators (KPIs) such as visit statistics, disease trends, and program effectiveness in one easy-to-understand interface. The research method used is a design and development method with a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach, where the needs of users (puskesmas management and staff) are the main focus. The research stages include (1) literature study and needs analysis, (2) designing the dashboard model using data visualization tools, (3) implementing a prototype, and (4) evaluating the model through user testing. The results of this study are expected to be a dashboard prototype that can present health data comprehensively, intuitively, and in real-time, thereby supporting the improvement of efficiency and quality of healthcare services at puskesmas

Abstract

Evaluasi objektif dan sistematis kinerja karyawan sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam lingkungan pendidikan, seperti di SMP Negeri 3 Wamena. Namun demikian, proses evaluasi kinerja yang terus dilakukan secara manual membawa risiko menimbulkan bias, kurangnya transparansi, dan mempersulit pengambilan keputusan. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, upaya penelitian ini berupaya merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang didasarkan secara metodologis menggunakan pendekatan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk memfasilitasi proses penilaian yang efisien dan akurat untuk memilih karyawan yang paling cocok. Metodologi SAW dipilih karena kemampuannya untuk menghasilkan hasil yang optimal dengan melakukan pembobotan dan penjumlahan skor di berbagai kriteria evaluasi, termasuk disiplin, tanggung jawab, daya tanggap, inisiatif, produktivitas, dan kerja sama. Sistem ini disusun menggunakan pendekatan metodis, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem melalui diagram alur dan Diagram Aliran Data (DFD), dan Implementasi sistem, dengan demikian, SPK ini dapat menjadi alat bantu yang efektif bagi pimpinan sekolah dalam menetapkan pegawai terbaik secara adil dan terukur

Abstract

In today's digital era, children's interest in games is very high, but often games only provide entertainment without educational value. This research aims to create an adventure game that integrates elements of South Sulawesi culture into gameplay that can provide an interactive and useful learning experience. Experimental research methods using Unity and Blender and visual studio code, which was implemented in the laboratory of the University of Muhammadiyah Parepare. The results of creating an adventure game application can integrate elements of South Sulawesi culture, such as traditional weapons, traditional clothing, and traditional food. These games can enhance children's understanding of the local culture while providing an engaging and educational gaming experience and making a contribution that blends entertainment with cultural education.

Abstract

The large number of types of shallot seeds makes it difficult for farmers to choose quality seeds that are in accordance with land conditions, which causes crop yields to be less than optimal. The purpose of the research is to create an application that can help farmers select optimally superior seeds according to agricultural land conditions. The research uses a type of quantitative research based on data obtained at the Anggeraja Agricultural Extension Agency, which will be carried out for three months in 2024 using web technology and the SAW method. The research produced a WEB based application that can determine superior seeds and evaluate the quality of seedlings based on factors such as land height, harvest age, soil pH, tuber size, moisture content, disease resistance, and variety purity. The results of the test show that this application is able to identify the seeds that have the best characteristics.

Abstract

This research focuses on energy-saving solutions through IoT-based smart homes. Telegram-based multi-point control system is designed to optimize the use of electronic devices. The purpose of this research is to design and develop a Telegram-based on/off multi-point control system on automatic lights to optimize the use of electronic devices, improve energy efficiency, and adapt to technological developments and modern lifestyle needs. The method used in this study is qualitative based on RND, which aims to develop and test new or improved products with a focus on numerical measurements. The test results were analyzed to assess the performance of the system in responding to commands at various distances and conditions, both with and without obstacles.

Abstract

Currently PDAM 3-phase water pump voltage monitoring is still manual, handling problems such as damage, loss of phase voltage, is difficult to detect quickly. However, this research aims to make it easier and save time in monitoring the voltage and current on the panel, especially when the voltage on one of the phases does not match the specified parameters. This research uses an experimental method, by testing the function of a series of tools using ESP32, PZEM 004T Sensor, I2C LCD Module, SSR Module, Buzzer, and the Telegram Bot application as data receivers. The research results show that this tool can identify problems that occur on the panel. The results of the measurement data for voltage readings on measuring instruments and sensors show an error rate in the R phase = 0.34%, S phase = 0.32%, T phase = 0.52% and comparison results in the current phase R = 6.7%, S phase = 2.3% T phase=3.56%. The sensors used to read voltage and current have a low error rate and are good to use.

Abstract

Technology in vehicle helmets has developed rapidly to improve safety, comfort, and the driving experience for users. Development research using the Research and Development method. The system designed uses an ESP32, voice recognition module, servo motor, and lithium-ion battery. The aim of this research is to design a helmet visor opening and closing system using a microcontroller-based voice recognition module. The results of testing several human voices were not detected, of the 5 (five) people who carried out commands, only 3 (three) people received a response from the module. Noise levels also affect the module's ability to receive commands. Testing the entire system shows that the system created can run well and as designed.

Abstract

This research aims to design a microcontroller-based multisensor fire warning system. The main objective of this microcontroller-based fire warning system is to increase the speed and accuracy of early fire detection. Using quantitative research methods based on research and deployment by testing the function of a series of tools as expected and referring to previous literature studies that have been collected. The test results are analyzed to see the accuracy and speed of the sensor responding when there is a fire and providing a warning via speaker.

Abstract

The lack of understanding of the farming community in making quality and affordable organic fertilizer is a problem among the community. The aim of the research is to create an application to provide the public with an understanding of the procedures for making and using organic fertilizer. The research method used was experimental, conducted through a literature study. Located on Lia'e Jl. Lappa Anging in Parepare City, research time was three months. A tool that helps in analyzing and designing applications using the Kotlin programming language with Android Studio tools. The resulting application, called AgrismartApp, has several menus that show two main menus, namely: a catalog menu containing text on tips for making organic fertilizer, tools and materials, and the use of organic fertilizer; and a video menu containing procedures for making eleven types of organic fertilizer
