Abstract

The research methodology used was qualitative using variable-relevant journal mini-reviews of papers and will be completed later in this study. The results of research on various scientific articles, with organizational development in the university environment, also by strengthening with research results from existing scientific articles, the implementation of transformational leadership leadership style is proven in literature studies as well as organizational development for world campuses universities that have been described and answers from scientific article literature studies prove and researchers want to strengthen  The results of research that have been carried out. The recommendation is general because the object here has not yet been determined by the name of the campus and only describes the results of existing research, and can also make further research by other researchers in the future.

Abstract

Provision of infrastructure is needed to accelerate economic growth, improve people's welfare, and realize the availability of better public services. The involvement of the private sector as an innovation in infrastructure development will create better public services. The Government of Indonesia introduced the Public - Private Partnership (”PPP”) scheme in the provision of infrastructure to provide a room for the Government to cooperate with the private sector based on the principle of proportional risk allocation. The PPP project with the Availability Payment (AP) scheme is something new in Indonesia. PT Celebes Railway Indonesia (PT CRI) with its project" Makassar-Parepare Railway " is the first project to use this scheme.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic situation that occurred globally has significantly affected all aspects, one of which is the timeliness of submitting financial reports. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of timeliness of financial reporting on abnormal returns and whether profitability and company size can affect the relationship between timeliness of financial reporting and abnormal returns. This study uses secondary data obtained from financial reports and independent auditor reports published on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistics and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the timeliness of financial reporting affects abnormal returns, while profitability and company size do not strengthen the relationship between timeliness of financial reporting and abnormal returns during the COVID-19 period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and test the reaction of the capital market to geopolitical events. The invasion was carried out by Russia into Ukraine on 24 February 2022. The variables tested were abnormal returns before and after the events in energy industry companies in ASEAN. This study uses a different test (paired sample Wilcoxon signed ranked test) to determine the movement of the average abnormal return 11 days before and after the invasion occurred on 24 February 2022. The results obtained based on the different test say that there is no significant effect of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on stock prices. the energy industry in Indonesia, while there was a significant influence from the Russian invasion of Ukraine on the share price of the energy industry in Malaysia and Singapore.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of green transformational leadership and employee performance on employee performance. This study uses a probability sampling technique with a random sampling technique from the population regardless of the strata in the population. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% showed that: (1) green transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable (9,119 > 1,991) with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0 0.05), (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable (7,997 > 1,991) with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and (3) green transformational leadership and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the results of the Fcount > Ftable (45.409 > 3.12) with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) green transformational leadership and work motivation affect employee job satisfaction 60.0% while the remaining 40.0% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the research model. multiple regression equation value Y=2,942 + 0.470X1 + 0.416 X2 .

Abstract

This research examines the influence of investment on profitability at Tencent Ltd. The data used is secondary data, which is the financial statements of Tencent Ltd. for the period 2008–2022. The method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test by processing data using Eviews software 10. The results show that Investment Cash Flow and Dividend income, which are Investment variables, have no effect either partially or simultaneously on Return on investment, which are Profitability variables at Tencent Ltd. (influenced by a level of 6.93%). This condition indicates there is no increase in profitability from investment cash flows and dividend income.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of quality service (X1), emotional satisfaction (X2), and image of the company (X3) as variables free and loyal customers (Y) as variables bound. Data collection techniques include a questionnaire with a sample of as many as 145 people. The data analysis technique used To determine the influence between variables in the study is PLS-SEM. Research results show that Quality of Service influences customers' Emotional Satisfaction. Quality of Service and Emotional Satisfaction influence Corporate Image. Corporate Image influences Customer Loyalty. Quality of Service and Emotional Satisfaction have no influence on Customer Loyalty to Indihome at Plasa Telkom Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) is formed from the opinions of a consumer, potential customer, and former customer. This study aims to analyze the effect of Motivation on the decision to choose a high school of administrative science in South Kalimantan, with electronic word of Mouth as an intervening variable. This study used a quantitative research approach, with the object of research being students of High Schools majoring in Administrative Sciences in South Kalimantan, namely STIA Bina Banua Banjarmasin, Amuntai, and Tabalong. The analytical method uses Structural Equation Modeling and offers Path analysis capabilities. The path analysis used in this research is Partial Least Squares (PLS), using Smartpls. The results of the study show that Motivation has a significant effect on Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WoM). Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WoM) influences Voting Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the stocks of companies that went IPO in 2014 using fundamental and technical analysis with the variables Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Earnings per Share (EPS), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Price Book Value (PBV) and Trading Volume (VP). The approach used in this research is quantitative, with a purposive sampling data collection technique and a total sample size of 126. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression with a random effect model. The results showed that Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Price Book Value (PBV), and Trading Volume (VP) had no effect, and were not significant on the IPO share price in 2014, while Earnings per Share (EPS) had a positive and significant influence on the IPO share price in 2014. The variables jointly affected the IPO share price in 2014.

Abstract

The aims of this research were 1) to examine and measure the influence of work motivation on work achievement in employees. (2) To test and measure the effect of team work on work performance in employees. (3) To find out whether the use of information technology as a moderating variable weakens or strengthens the effect of work motivation on work achievement for employees. (4) To find out whether the use of information technology as a moderating variable weakens or strengthens the effect of teamwork on work achievement for Widya Trans Cargo employees. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Widya Trans Cargo Jakarta. The population in this study were all employees at Widya Trans Cargo consisting of central employees and branch employees, namely 78 employees. The entire population in this study, totaling 78 employees, were all taken as samples, with saturated sample sampling. The results of the study found that motivation and teamwork had a significant positive effect on the work performance of Widya Trans Cargo Jakarta employees. Utilization of information technology strengthens the influence of work motivation and teamwork on employee performance.
