Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect between variables in this study. The results showed that there was no positive and significant partial effect of Employee Performance on Job Satisfaction. This can be interpreted that the perception of Employee Performance has not been able to work on employee job satisfaction.  However, there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of Motivation, Career, Employee Engagement, and Employee Performance on employee Job Satisfaction. This can be interpreted that higher perceptions of Motivation, Career, Employee Engagement, and Employee Performance can increase employee Job Satisfaction.  This research uses quantitative methods and path analysis of the SPSS Version 22 program, a sample of 58 people from various representative transportation and logistics companies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find factors that influence talent management. The purpose of this article is to identify and summarize literature reviews related to recruitment, training, mentoring, and management, and to review the findings of the variables considered and the impact of one variable on another. am. This study uses a literature search by looking for variable references in several international articles. This study provides an overview of incoming articles describing the effects between variables. Results showed that several variables influenced the exposure index matrix. The research on talent management in this literature review article focuses specifically on the variables that can potentially improve talent management effectively recruitment, training, mentoring, and leadership.

Abstract

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the performance of the central government using the value for money method. Measurement of financial performance is useful as a periodic government report in evaluating the level of effectiveness and efficiency of an organization in monitoring estimated costs with actual costs as well as as a tool for monitoring and evaluation materials of the organization. One of the tools in measuring government performance is using value for money. The object of this research is the Ministry that exists in Indonesia with a total sample obtained by 23 Ministries. This study is a quantitative descriptive study. The results of this study are the Economic Ratio for 2020 with economic results. In 2021, with economic outcomes. Efficiency ratio for 2020 with fairly efficient results. In 2021, the results are inefficient. Efficiency ratio in 2020 with very effective results. In 2021, with very effective results. Implications of this research to various parties especially to governments and regulators for the formulation of public policy in the central government environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leverage, the previous year's audit opinion, and company growth ongoing concern audit opinions, in various industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. The method of data analysis in this study is multiple linear regression analysis which is pooled data where the software used is Eviews.9. The results showed that leverage had a negative and insignificant effect on going-concern audit opinions, while the previous year's audit opinion and company growth had a positive and significant effect on going-concern audit opinions.

Abstract

The purpose of the   study is to describe and provide   explanations for variables written using a literature review of various scientific articles related to this scientific article.  The results of the research of the recruitment system with significant work performance, occupational safety to the performance of the crew    are significant there is a mediation of motivational variables, the importance of maritime English for sailors, knowledge of sailing safety, as well as, the health of the crew has a positive impact on the performance of the crew during sailing.  Recommendations for the future with the limitations of current researchers   in seeking literature review, the results of this study can add to the characteristics and knowledge in the field of marine transportation in general.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to provide an overview with a literature review of scientific articles related to variables and will be given an answer according to the perspective of the researcher in this scientific article and also to make a reference to science and knowledge, especially in regional development, banking, and other related sciences.  The research method used is a literature review derived from   existing scientific articles from various journals in the world related to variables. The research result that is related to variables and can be used as an additional reference for novelty or giving rise to a phenomenon.   The researcher concluded there are three according to the discussion   of the first research methods and objects of scientific articles, secondly the perspective of the reference researcher exists and this is only a small part, the three results of scientific articles have been compiled and given perspective by researchers in this scientific article.
