Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of solvency and liquidity on profitability in pulp and paper sub-sector companies. The sample in this study was the financial statements of eight manufacturing companies in the pulp and paper sub-sector for the period 2017–2021, obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research also uses panel data (pooled data), which is a combination of time series data (time series) and cross-sectional data (individual). The results processed in this study on the liquidity variable have a significant effect on the profitability variable, with a value of 0.0231 <0.05. The solvency variable has no significant effect on the profitability variable, with a value of 0.1173 > 0.05. While simultaneously the liquidity and solvent variables have a significant effect on the profitability variable with a result value of 0.016126 <0.05.

Abstract

Research on Community Participation of RT 027 Residents in Waste Management in the Puspita Bengkuring Housing Environment, Samarinda City, along with the level of community participation in managing waste The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, using interactive model data analysis from Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014). The results of the research show that residents of Rukun Tetangga 027 actively participate directly in thoughts, labor, goods and money. The level of community participation in terms of waste management is still not optimal, so it is necessary to increase participation, especially in terms of participation in separating waste based on its type, participating in waste management fees so that waste management can be properly organized, increasing community participation in community service implementation, and realizing the program as soon as possible, so that a high level of participation can be achieved.

Abstract

This study identifies key strategies for developing Green Economy-based village tourism in Denai Lama Village, Deli Serdang. It assesses internal and external conditions and emphasizes crucial steps for focused development. Using qualitative methods like SWOT analysis and QSPM, five local SMEs and five experts responded to the questionnaire. SWOT analysis places strategies in Quadrant I, implying progressive use of strengths and opportunities. QSPM highlights showcasing authentic Nusantara art in Pasar Kamu as the top priority. This aims to attract both local and international tourists, establishing it as the village's unique attraction.

Abstract

The activities of the Assisted Village Empowerment Program, which are carried out in Catur Village, Kintamani, and Bangli-Bali, aim to increase the knowledge and skills of groups of housewives in managing the results of citrus fruit products into various processed citrus fruits that have economic value. The Housewives Group has become a leader in citrus fruit management at the household level. The methods used include observation, counseling, education, and direct practice. Based on the results, 100% of the Housewives Group can use tools for the product manufacturing process to produce various processed citrus fruits that have economic value and quality. The group of housewives in Catur Village, after receiving socialization and training, is committed to producing citrus fruits and making various processed citrus fruits into products that have economic value and quality.

Abstract

This study aims to discover how the primary priority strategies for the development of the Halal Food Industry can enhance consumption activities in the community of Medan City by presenting the internal and external factors that have been undertaken thus far. Additionally, the researcher highlights several urgent measures that need to be implemented to ensure a more focused development of the Halal Food Industry. The method employed is qualitative, using SWOT analysis and QSPM analysis. The questionnaire was completed by a total of five respondents, five of whom were SME practitioners in Medan City and five of whom were expert professionals. Based on the SWOT analysis results, the strategy quadrant derived after processing through the IFE and EFE matrices falls within Quadrant I. This indicates that the strategy employed is a progressive one. This strategy signifies that the Halal Food industry possesses strengths and opportunities. Moving forward to the QSPM analysis, the outcome indicates that the primary priority strategy to be undertaken is to capitalize on the Halal Product Training Program, thereby enabling the Halal Industry to tap into global markets.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the partial or simultaneous influence of the independent variables Work Discipline, Incentives and Teamwork on the dependent variable Employee Performance at BAZNAS Surabaya City. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this study was a survey technique with a questionnaire as an instrument. Data analysis in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination (R2), while hypothesis testing techniques use the t test and F test. Work Discipline partially has a significant positive effect on Employee performance; incentives partially have a significant positive effect on employee performance; and teamwork partially has a significant positive effect on Employee performance. Simultaneously, work discipline, incentives, and Teamwork have a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of organizational culture and work motivation on OCB and the performance of Sahid Montana hotel employees and to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance if mediated by OCB. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of the study show that the better the organizational culture and the higher the employee's work motivation, the better organizational citizenship behavior will be. The better the organizational culture and the higher the employee motivation, the better employee performance will be. Organizational culture and work motivation affect employee performance through OCB. To be able to improve the performance of Sahid Montana hotel employees, leaders need to create a good organizational culture by keeping abreast of science and technology developments and paying attention to employees to achieve satisfaction. Employees are motivated by opportunities to innovate, and leaders can provide suggestions and constructive criticism.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of recruitment, job training and compensation on employee performance at CV. Bina Reka Lamongan. This research uses quantitative methods. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique with a total of 70 CV employees as respondents. Bina Reka Lamongan The method in this research uses a validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test, data analysis is carried out using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Determination Coefficient Analysis (R²), while the hypothesis testing technique uses the t test and F test. The results of the t test research are carried out partially shows that the Recruitment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the Job Training variable has an effect but is not significant on employee performance, the Compensation variable has an effect but is not significant on employee performance. Regarding the F test, it shows that the variables Recruitment, Job Training and Compensation have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance at CV. Bina Reka Lamongan.

Abstract

In minimizing the risk of non-performing loans, banks need to conduct credit analysis to assess a credit application that contains various information, namely accounting information and non-accounting information. SulutGo Bank, Calaca Branch. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that is descriptive and the data obtained through interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that (1) accounting information is taken into consideration in the credit decision-making process at PT. Bank SulutGo Calaca Branch which is based on the use of financial ratio analysis related to credit (2) Non-accounting information is taken into consideration in the credit decision-making process at PT. Bank SulutGo Calaca Branch which refers to the 5c principle.

Abstract

Good government performance greatly influences public satisfaction, timeliness of service is one indicator that determines the good and bad performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). This research aims to determine the role of the Head of Village communication in improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus, as well as what factors influence the role of the Head of the Village in improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus. The theory used is Effendy's communication theory, a type of qualitative descriptive research. The results of the research show that the role of village head communication in improving the performance of state civil servants at the Gunung Kelua sub-district office, Samarinda Ulu sub-district, Samarinda City is quite good.
