Abstract

The competitive conditions of Islamic microfinance institutions, especially in BMTs are getting tighter from time to time, so that each BMT must create a new marketing strategy in order to maintain and gain a wider share and can increase the loyalty of its members, namely by improving the company's image and the quality of Islamic services as one factor. This study aims to determine the effect of corporate image and Islamic service quality on member loyalty at BMT UGT Sidogiri either partially or simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative approach with a sample of 80 respondents who are members of the BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Sempu. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between corporate image and Islamic service quality on the loyalty of members of BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Sempu either partially or simultaneously. Variable corporate image and Islamic service quality can explain the variable loyalty of members by 89.1%, which means that the image of the company and the quality of Islamic services affect the loyalty of members at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Sempu by 89.1%. And the model formed is Member Loyalty = 0.591 + 0.186 Corporate Image + 0.660 Islamic service quality.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and know the implementation of Islamic business ethics on online buying and selling transactions on the most popular e-commerce in Indonesia. This research method is qualitative that uses the field of literature review. Data collection is done by collecting the source of articles in the form of journals and previous proceedings as many as 13 selected articles that are relevant. The results of this study can be concluded that online buying and selling transactions on e-commerce Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and Bukalapak in their application have tried to conform to Islamic business ethics, but some cases of human error or lack of understanding of sharia economy are good and correct from the agency and users, this causes doubts about the implementation of Islamic sharia principles in e-commerce.

Abstract

Tingkat persaingan yang semakin tinggi antar bank dikarenakan banyaknya produk unggul yang diciptakan menjadi alasan untuk setiap bank meningkatkan strategi pemasaran. Seperti halnya bank syariah, BPRS dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah dan jumlah nominal penghimpunan dana adalah dengan menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat dan menarik. BPRS mempunyai visi, misi, tujuan dan sasaran yang harus dicapai, sehingga strategi pemasaran perlu untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran produk penghimpunan dana Tabungan Rinjani IB BSR pada BPRS Bumi Rinjani Kepanjen Kantor Kas Lawang Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif berupa analisis deskriptif. Dimana data diperoleh melalui wawancara secara langsung dengan informan yang disebut dengan data primer dan data – data dari buku, jurnal dan literatur lainnya yang disebut dengan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa BPRS Bumi Rinjani Kepanjen kantor kas Lawang menerapkan beberapa strategi pemasaran pada produk Tabungan iB BSR yang dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan pemasaran. Strategi tersebut diantaranya adalah menentukan Target Pasar, dilakukan dengan merangkul semua sasaran dengan strategi jalur nasabah dan pemanfaatan relasi. Menentukan Bauran Pemasaran melalui penerapan marketing mix 4P (product, price, promotion, place) serta strategi jemput bola dengan metode pendekatan, pengenalan diri, pengenalan produk (promosi) terhadap calon nasabah dengan mendatanginya secara langsung.

Abstract

Waqf has long been known by the Muslim community as a form of charity that plays an important role in social, economic and cultural development in order to improve the welfare of the community. One form of waqf that has recently been introduced is cash waqf. Cash waqf as an alternative to poverty alleviation has been implemented in several Islamic countries. In Bangladesh waqf has been managed by Social Investment Bank Ltd (SIBL) which has developed a social capital market in the voluntary sector, cash waqf opens unique opportunities for investment creation in the fields of religion, education and social services. This research is a qualitative research that is literature review. The approach used is descriptive critical analysis. Types and sources of data are secondary data obtained from research results, articles and reference books that discuss the same topic. Waqf is a muamalah activity that has spiritual, social and economic dimensions. Traditionally, so far, waqf has only been interpreted as a gift in the form of immovable property such as land and buildings whose purpose is limited to the construction of houses of worship and education. However, in fact waqf of movable goods such as cash waqf (money) has long been practiced by Muslims such as during the Umayyad and Abbasid dynasties, only not as popular as land or building waqf. Abstract

This study aims to find out 1) How is the analysis of determination of the case study of hajj funding financing case study at BMT UGT Sidogiri Glenmore?, 2) What is the Islamic Economic perspective on the determination of the ujroh in financing the hajj bailout fund at BMT UGT Sidogiri Glenmore?This type of research uses the type of field research, with a descriptive qualitative approach, and the data collection technique used is a direct interview technique. The conclusion from the results of this study is related to the determination of ujrah which is in accordance with DSN fatwa no. 09 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000, that the community's need to obtain the benefits of an item often requires another party through an ijarah agreement, namely the transfer of use rights (benefits) contract for an item / service within a certain time with lease payments (ujroh), without must be followed by the transfer of ownership of the goods themselves. Then that the contract (ijarah) is in accordance with Islamic teachings. DSN considers it necessary to stipulate a fatwa on the ijarah agreement to be used as a guideline by the LKS.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) untuk mengetahui penerapan etika bisnis Islam di Toko Ausath Mart Pondok Pesantren. Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi. 2) Untuk mengetahui sudah sesuaikah Toko Ausath Mart dalam mengembangkan usahanya menurut Etika Bisnis Islam. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik. Yaitu data yang diperoleh tidak dianalisis menggunakan rumus statistika, namun data tersebut dideskripsikan sehingga dapat memberikan kejelasan sesuai kenyataan realita. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan. 1) Penerapan Etika Bisnis Islam yang dilakukan oleh Toko Ausath Mart Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi telah tergambar jelas sesuai dengan prinsip bisnis yang dicontohkan oleh Rasulullah yakni: a) Jujur; penyampaian yang dilakukan dari pihak Ausath mart kepada pengurus pesantren dan pengurus Pesantren kepada kepala Asrama kemudian kepala Asrama menyampaikan kepada warga asrama, disampaikan murni tanpa dengan menambahkan kebohongan. b) Amanah; penyampaian yang dilakukan dari pihak Ausath mart kepada pengurus pesantren dan pengurus Pesantren kepada kepala asrama kemudian kepala Asrama menyampaikan kepada warga asrama, di sampaikan dengan benar dan tidak dengan pemaksaan. c) Fatanah; penyampaian yang dilakukan dari pihak Ausath mart kepada pengurus pesantren dan pengurus Pesantren kepada kepala asrama kemudian kepala asrama menyampaikan kepada warga asrama, ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan dari unit Ausath mart. d) Tabligh; penyampaian yang dilakukan dari pihak Ausath mart kepada pengurus pesantren dan pengurus Pesantren kepada kepala Asrama kemudian kepala Asrama menyampaikan kepada warga asrama, semua penyampaian dilakukan dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan apa yang disampaikan di awal dan tidak merugikan sebagian pihak. 2) Apakah sudah sesuai pengembangan usaha yang dilakukan unit Ausath mart menurut etika bisnis islam berdasarkan cara kerjasama dengan pengurus Pesantren dan pengurus Pesantren menyampaikan kepada seluruh Kepala Asrama kemudian kepala Asrama menyampaikan kepada warga asramanya dengan tidak ada unsur pemaksaan yang melanggar aturan etika Islam dalam berbisnis. Karena dengan prinsip tersebut dapat menjadikan bisnis yang dijalankan oleh unit Ausath mart akan meraih kesuksesan baik kesuksesan di dunia maupun di akhirat.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss how to overcome the challenges of cooperatives through community socialization as a form of seeking the welfare of cooperative members during the pandemic, especially industry 4.0, in which the authors use qualitative methods with the type of descriptive research discussed. The data collection procedure was carried out online by the author to the management of the PT X cooperative and several members of the PT X cooperative who were randomly selected to fulfill the research of this journal. In addition, the evaluation of the IT 4.0 challenges on the socialization of cooperatives to members aims to provide opportunities for the community to obtain economic stability for the feasibility of their daily lives.

Abstract

Di era revolusi industri 4.0 saat ini, banyak terjadi perubahan dan perkembangan di berbagai aspek, salah satunya adalah aspek ekonomi yang paling terpengaruh. Hal ini menyebabkan para pelaku ekonomi saling bersaing untuk mendapatkan yang terbaik, yang menjadi tantangan bagi koperasi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Bagi Hasil, Financing Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Biaya Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Inflasi, BI Rate, LQ 45, dan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) terhadap jumlah simpanan Deposito Mudharabah pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode tahun 2010-2020. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda yang dapat menganalisa pengaruh antara dua atau lebih variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen dengan skala pengukuran rasio dalam suatu persamaan linier. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan bahwa Bagi Hasil, Financing Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Biaya Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Inflasi, BI Rate, LQ 45, dan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah simpanan Deposito Mudharabah. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel Bagi Hasil dan Financing Deposit Ratio (FDR) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah simpanan Deposito Mudharabah, dilain pihak variabel Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah simpanan Deposito Mudharabah, sementara itu variabek Non Performing Financing (NPF), Biaya Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Inflasi, BI Rate, dan LQ 45 berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap jumlah simpanan Deposito Mudharabah.

Abstract

This paper aims to validate a potential financing of sharia banking to profit and operational cost on Covid-19 era. The secondary monthly SPS data is used to support the double-simple linear regression analysis. The result of f-statistic and t-statistic analysis shows that the potential financing of sharia banking significantly influence to the profit only. It means that a risk-sharing regulatory framework in sharia banking may provide the inner adjustment which any mismatch regarding maturity, risk, value or linkage with the real economy is corrected systematically on covid-19 era. It offers policy implication for regulators, supervisors and sharia banking Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
