Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to discover problematic financing products and how the Bank Syariah Indonesia Jambi branch office handles the problematic financing. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. As for collecting data through interviews with Bank Syariah Indonesia Jambi branch office employees. Direct observation of the particular object at which the research point and record everything related to problematic financing and documentation related to this research. The results of research that the author has conducted at Bank Syariah Indonesia's first Jambi branch office are the existence of 200 iB Microfinance products that are problematic, then how to deal with problematic financing by rescheduling, restructuring reconditioning. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya produk pembiayaan yang bermasalah dan bagaimana cara Bank Syariah Indonesia kantor cabang Jambi menangani pembiayaan bermasalah tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun metode pengumpulan datanya dengan cara wawancara kepada karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia kantor cabang Jambi. Observasi secara langsung terhadap objek tertentu yang menjadi titik penelitian serta mencatat segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan pembiayaan bermasalah dan dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh penulis di Bank Syariah Indonesia kantor cabang Jambi yang pertama adalah adanya produk pembiayaan mikro 200 iB yang bermasalah, selanjutnya bagaimana menangani pembiayaan bermasalah yaitu dengan cara rescheduling, restructuring dan reconditioning.

Abstract

Agama Islam telah mengatur segala bentuk kegiatan yang ada di dunia inimelalui al-Qur’an dan juga al-Hadist, begitupula dengan kegiatan ekonomi yangsering dilakukan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari sudah diatur dalam agama Islam, apakahkegiatan ekonomi sudah memberikan kemaslahatan bagi seluruh masyarakat, dengancara apa agama Islam memiliki solusinya. Seiring berkembangnya zaman ekonomi dinegara Indonesia pun mulai mengikuti perubahan dan perkembangan zaman. NegaraIndonesia sendiri pada kegiatan ekonominya menerapkan 2 instrumen, dimana padapenerapan instrumen keuangan publik konvensional dikenal dengan instrumen pajak,sedangkan pada instrumen khusus yang diterapkan pada kegiatan sistem ekonomiIslam menggunakan zakat, diantara kedua instrumen tersebut tentunya memilikifungsi dan perbedaan yang tentunya dianalisis mana yang lebih mengedepankankemaslahatan masyarakat dalam kegiatan distribusinya, namun dilihat dari sudutpandang agama Islam yang telah mengatur segala kebaikan dalam kegiatanekonominya, zakat adalah sebuah instrument yang tentunya akan memberikan banyakmanfaat dan kemaslahatan bagi masyarakat, sehingga zakat merupakan hal yangsangat penting dalam perekonomian untuk mengatasi masalah kemiskinan yang terjadidi negara Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of Islamic mobile banking at the University of Yudharta Pasuruan students. This study aims to determine how the quality of service, satisfaction, trust and customer loyalty to Islamic mobile banking. This research is a type of quantitative research using a descriptive approach. The data collection technique is using questionnaires or questionnaires distributed to students at the University of Yudharta Pasuruan who use mobile banking. The object of this research is 106 people. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that: service quality has a positive effect on the variables of service quality, satisfaction, trust, most of them answered agree, strongly agree and a small part choose less agree. From the results of the research instrument, all items have a correlation index greater than 0.05 and a Cronbach Alpha index of 0.769 (X1), Cronbach Alpha 0.705 (X2), Cronbach Alpha 0.767 (X3) which means that it is reliable in accordance with the provisions of the reliability of the alpha value. Variables of service quality, satisfaction, trust have a positive effect on the loyalty variable, this is indicated by the value of multiple linear regression coefficients of 0.08 (X1), 0.062 (X2), 0.727 (X3) units, this means if there is an increase of one the unit for the Loyalty variable, then the level of service quality satisfaction, trustworthiness is .08 (X1), 0.062 (X2), 0.727 (X3), and vice versa. Based on the t-test, it explains the significant results, between the loyalty variables and the service quality, satisfaction, and trust variables. this is indicated by the value of tcount > ttable. Simultaneously the quality of service and trust have a positive and significant effect shown 0.000 <a 0.05.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is a top priority in this study because the level is getting sharper among banking companies in Indonesia. The main thing so that companies can survive, compete and dominate the market, the quality of service and interest must be improved. Banks must pay attention to the things that are considered important by customers. So that customers feel comfortable and do not switch to other banks. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of service quality and interest variables on customer loyalty to the iB Hasanah savings product.

Abstract

The most fundamental reason why economics arises and is needed by humans, is because human needs are unlimited while the resources to meet those needs are limited. To overcome this, there are two main things that become the orientation of economics, namely choosing and creating. Choosing related to consumption and distribution, and creating related to production. Thus, the three activities (production, distribution, and consumption) have a very important role in solving economic problems. Islam in its universal and comprehensive teaching also discusses how production, distribution and consumption should be done. Consumption patterns and production behavior determine the wheels of the economy. The Qur'an as a source of teachings, has teachings on consumption, production and distribution in addition to other economic activities. In the context of production, of course, Muslim producers should not be tempted at all by the habits and behaviors of economists who are committing sins, consuming illicit property, spreading hostility, contradicting the sunnatullah, and causing damage on earth. However, as sophisticated as a tool for calculating the blessings of Allah certainly will not count. In conceptual consumption there are several principles that must be obeyed by Muslim consumers, which include: the principle of halal and good, the principle of absence following the passions, the principle of gratitude. Islamic economic systems offer a system economic distribution which prioritizes the value of freedom of action and action based on religious teachings and the value of justice in ownership which is based on two joints, namely freedom and justice

Abstract

This research is motivated by the competitive conditions of Islamic microfinance institutions, especially in BMTs which are getting tighter from time to time, so that each BMT must create a new marketing strategy in order to maintain and achieve a wider market share and can increase member satisfaction, namely with social factors. , culture, and religiosity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social, cultural and religiosity factors on members' decisions to save at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Sempu and to determine the econometric model of the problem. In this study using a quantitative approach. Hypothesis testing using t-test and f-test shows that: (1) social variables have a significant effect on members' decisions to save at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Sempu. (2) The cultural variable has no significant effect on members' decisions to save at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Sempu. (3) The religiosity variable has a significant effect on members' decisions to save at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Sempu. Social, cultural and religious factors have an influence of 20.1% on members' decisions to save at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Sempu while the remaining 70.9% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan (X1), religiusitas(X2) dan pengetahuan zakat (X3) warga Nu Desa Kesilir Kecamatan SiliragungKabupaten Banyuwangi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Minat (Y) membayarzakat melalui LAZISNU. Adapun penulisan artikel ilmiah ini menggunakan metodepenelitian kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan explanatory research. Sampel dalampenelitian berjumlah 93 responden. Hasil penelitian secara positif dan signifikanpendapatan (X1), religiusitas (X2) dan pengetahuan zakat (X3) warga Nu Desa KesilirKecamatan Siliragung Kabupaten Banyuwangi secara parsial dan secara simultanberpengaruh terhadap Minat (Y) membayar zakat melalui LAZISNU. Hasil daripenelitian disimpulkan penelitian mampu menjawab hipotesis yang menyatakanbahwa variabel pendapatan (X1), religiusitas (X2) dan pengetahuan zakat (X3) wargaNu Desa Kesilir Kecamatan Siliragung Kabupaten Banyuwangi berpengaruh secaraparsial dan secara simultan terhadap Minat (Y) membayar zakat melalui LAZISNU.

Abstract

The quality of service provided depends on the ability of service providers to meetcustomers’ expectations. This study aims to determine the impact of Islamic servicequality and floating market methods on the competitiveness of Islamic banks. Thisstudy used quantitative methods with non-probability sampling techniques, usingpurposive sampling techniques. The study population was BTN Syariah customers.The data acquisition was made by spreading questionnaires to customers. Informationgleaned from specific considerations tailored to the research’s purpose or problemand data analysed by multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed thatIslamic service quality affects the competitiveness of Islamic banks, and marketingmethods based on the floating market affect the competitiveness. The study improvedBTN Syariah Indonesia’s competitiveness in Islamic service quality and marketingmethods based on the floating market. This research helps banks recognise the pointsand strategies for strengthening Islamic banks’ competitiveness and generatingpositive experiences to gain customer loyalty with the proper approach, namelyIslamic service quality and marketing strategies with floating market methods.

Abstract

This study aims to Knowing the Effect of Margin (X1) and Islamic Service Quality (X2) on Member Satisfaction (Y) on Murabahah Financing at BMT Muamalat Kalibaru. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of explanatory research. The sample in this study was a member of BMT murabaha financing that had been a member of 1 year using probability sampling techniques obtained by the number of respondents 40 members. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPPS 23. The results of the study 1) Margin (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Member Satisfaction (Y) on murabaha financing; 2) Islamic Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Member Satisfaction (Y) on murabaha financing; 3) While from the simultaneous F test it is known that Margin (X1) and Islamic Service Quality (X2) have positive and significant effect on Member Satisfaction (Y) on murabaha financing at Muamalat Kalibaru BMT.

Abstract

Abstract Motivation is an encouragement to someone in order to achieve the desired goal. With the motivation to improve employee performance and work discipline in the company. The purpose of this study was to determine whether work motivation has a direct effect on employee performance and to determine whether work discipline mediates the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Palembang City State Treasury Service Office (KPPN). The research variables used were work motivation, discipline and work ethic as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the study are in line with the theoretical study used in this study, namely for the work motivation variable in accordance with Herzberg's theory that motivation can form a person who can improve performance in achieving organizational goals, for the leadership style variable in line with the Target Path theory developed by Robert House where Leadership can help employees to improve their performance. As for the work discipline variable, it is in line with Hasibuan's opinion where work discipline will affect the performance of the employee concerned. Thus, the results of the study show that the variables of work motivation, work discipline and work ethic have a significant influence on leadership at KPPN Palembang City.
