Abstract

ANALISA VEGETASI HUTAN MANGROVE PELABUHAN LEMBAR KABUPATEN LOMBOK BARAT NUSA TENGGARA BARATAmir Syarifuddin1 & Zulharman21&2 Jurusan Kehutanan, Fakultas Pertanian dan PeternakanUniversitas Muhammadiyah Malange-mail: 1)amir_1958@yahoo.co.idABSTRACTThe research aimed to find out potential of mangrove forest in Pelabuhan Lembar Lombok Barat Residence Nusa Tenggara Barat area. The research was done in Pelabuhan Lembar Lombok Barat Residence Nusa Tenggara Barat area with 183,63 Ha area which was done in July 2011 until July 2012.Method used in measurement and observation of Mangrove vegetation observation using transect/double quarter line with measurement square 20x20 m2 for trees inside measurement square. In measurement square with size 20x20 m2 there made smaller square 10x10 m2 for pole level. While for 5x5 m2 square for pole and 2x2 m2 square for understory.From the research done in Pelabuhan Lembar, there found 5 kinds of 3 different famili: A. marina (Forsk) Vierh, R. apiculata BI, R. mucronata Lmk, R. stylosa Griff, S. alba J.E Smit. In Pelabuhan Lembar area dominated kind was R. apiculata BI and R. stylosa Griff. Vegetation with highest INP value for trees was R. apiculata BI that was 88,8%, for pole kind was R. apiculata BI that was 89,2% and pole variance was R. apiculata BI that was 79,4%.In general, there could be seen zone mangrove forest in Pelabuhan Lembar Lombok Barat Residence Nusa Tenggara Barat area as: close beach zone, R. apiculata BI, R. mucronata Lmk, R. stylosa Griff and S. alba J.E Smit Lamk. Middle zone were A. marina (Forsk) Vierh.According to research done in Pelabuhan Lembar Lombok Barat Residence Nusa Tenggara Barat area, there were Mangrove destruction caused by tritip pest caused damaged in mangrove stand also destruction by people around the beach. That’s why there needed reservation and safety in mangrove forest at Pelabuhan Lembar Lombok Barat Residence Nusa Tenggara Barat area so that mangrove forest could be benefit for people around the beach and Life Environment and Research Institution and another related institution. Sebagai Agensia Pengendali Hayati Penyakit Antraknosa pada CabaiDian IndratmiStaf Pengajar Jurusan Agronomi, Fakultas Pertanian dan PeternakanUniversitas Muhammadiyah Malang e-mail: indratmi_dian@yahoo.co.idABSTRACTThe aimed of this research to find out a low cost media culture formulation for yeast fructoplant Rhodotorula sp. biomass production for their application on field to suppressed anthracnose disease on pepper.The laboratory experiment with Complete Randomized Design and 3 replication. There were 10 treatment, it’s M1 (rain tree pod extract + potato extract); M2 (rain tree pod extract + chilli extract ); M3 (corn meal+ chilli extract); M4 (sugar potato extract); M5 (sugar chilli extract); M6 (potato dextrose broth); M7 (corn solid media); M8 (100% chilli extract); M9 (sugar corn meal); dan M10 (100% rain tree pod extract) Results of the experiment indicated from 10 of the yeast media culture test 100%Chilli extract medium and rain tree pod extract + potato extract medium resulted better spore weight and cell density of Rhodotorula sp. yeast. Its shown with spore weight 0.4833 g/ 10 ml to 100% chilli extract and cell density 59.67 x 103 cell/ ml. At rain tree pod extract + potato extract medium, spore weight 0.4845 g / 10 ml with cell density 70.67x103 cell/ml. Ice cream though assumed to originate from China, this product is already a special dish in many countries.Ice cream is a kind of semi-solid foods made with flour freezing of ice cream or a mixture of milk, animal and vegetable fats, sugar, with or without other foods and food ingredients that are allowed.Ice cream component consists of protein, fat, sugar, colorings, flavor and need additional material to stabilize the emulsion pemantap in a solution of milk fat and improve the texture of ice cream.This study aims to develop a form of functional beverages or health food (Nutraceutical Food) based milk and pumpkin to make ice cream products, as a strategy for the development of food security.The conclusion of this study is an herbal ice cream low-fat, can be made with a mixture of pumpkin and yogurt as a substitute for skim milk and cream by 15% of the total mixture or pumpkin 100gram and 200 gram of liquid yogurt. In the organoleptic texture formula D 4.85, which means very close to 5 and preferably low fat and protein composition, and have climbed the highest score. In orgasnoleptik formula D is a complete ice cream, soft and not easy to melt. Melting time up to 2 hours for all formula.Keywords: ice cream herbal, health food / functional, yellow squash

Thick seed coat of the results of analysis of variance there was no significant interaction between treatments. The surface area of seeds and water absorption of soybean seeds are the result of analysis of variance significant interaction between spacing and fertilizer P. The content of phosphorus compounds shows that there is significant interaction between the treatment plant spacing and fertilizer P. The content of glucose and protein from the results of analysis of variance there is a significant interaction between treatment and dose spacing P fertilizer, while the fat content is not real interaction in treatment spacing and fertilizer P. spacing of 40 cm x 20 cm and P fertilizer dose of 100 kg / ha of SP-36 increase the harvest index, number of pods, seed weight per plant, seed weight per hectare, and the weight of seeds per hectare. Treatment plant spacing and fertilizer P effect on the physical form of the surface area of soybean seed and water absorption and nutrient content of glucose and soybean seed proteins. After empirically n phase I in the first stage of the research conducted to-2 in the second year. In the second year of this study, the size of the seed as genetic and environmental characteristics (spacing and fertilizer P) is suspected to be the cause of differences in the quality and storability of soybean seeds. Therefore, the models estimate the necessary seed storability of soybean seeds with a large pengusangan techniques quickly.Key word : germination power, fast pengusangan, seed storability of seed, and germination models.

KUALITAS FISIK GARLIC OIL DAN POTENSINYA SEBAGAIANTIMIKROBA STREPTOCOCCUS AGALACTIAEPENYEBAB MASTITIS PADA SAPI PERAHLili ZalizarStaf Pengajar Jurusan Produksi Ternak, Fakultas Pertanian PeternakanUniversitas Muhammadiyah Malangemail: 1) lilizalizarthahir@yahoo.comABSTRACTThe research aims to determine the physical quality of garlic oil preparation with a carrier oil type and duration of the different savings and to determine potential as an antibacterial preparation have been made in the Livestock Department of Animal Health Laboratory Muhammadiyah University of Malang. This experiment uses two types of treatment are the type of carrier oil and storage time. The treatment consists of the type first carrier oil of garlic in olive oil (A1) of garlic in coconut oil; third treatment (A2) garlic in oil palm. The treatment consists of a long storage time 1 month storage (B1), storage for 2 months (B2) and storage for 3 months (B3). All treatment was repeated 3 (three) times. Variable measured in this study is the physical quality include odor, color, consistency, turbidity and microbiological quality: Minimum Inhibitory concentration (MIC) and Kill Minimum Concentration (KBM) against the test microorganisms S.agalactiae . Concentrations of garlic oil preparation is checked against the MIC and KBM from start 1.5%, 3.12%, 6.25%, 12.5%, 25%, 50% and 100%. From the results of this study concluded that the stock garlic oil with coconut oil carriers have better physical properties and durable storage. Garlic preparations with a carrier oil coconut oil have the power to kill the inhibition and higher against bacteria Sterptococcus agalactiae, which is one of the bacteria that cause mastitis in dairy cows.Key word : garlic oil, physical properties, antibacterial

The tools used in this study were the scales, oven, pole vault, plastic bags, cameras, phi band, meter, machetes / knives, scissors, kristin meter, plastic rope, tally sheets and stationery. The materials used are the branches of trees and plants to be analyzed in the laboratory.Calculation results of estimation of carbon stored in vegetation Plantation Teak (T. grandis Linn.F) this is expected to serve as the basis for calculating estimates of the carbon in the Teak Forest Vegetation in the National Scale.Key word : carbon, Forest Vegetation

Materials research include soil and sand media, microorganisms effektive-4 (EM4), cow manure, chicken manure, goat manure, sawdust sengon and teak, pine seedlings 30 days old.The tools used in this study are poly as a media, hoes, hand sprayer, sliding term, rulers, scales analytic, ovens, cameras and stationery. This study used a randomized block design (RGD) factorial with three replications consisting of two factors: factor 1 is a medium (M) M1 = sand, top soil, cow manure (1:1:1), M2 = sand, top soil, chicken manure (1:1:1), M3 = sand, top soil, sawdust sengon (1:1:1), M4 = top soil, sheep manure, teak sawdust (1:1:1) . The second factor EM4 solution concentration solution Eo = without EM, E1 = 5 ml / liter, E2 = 10 ml / liter, E3 = 15 ml / liter.The analysis showed an interaction range between the concentration of microorganisms effektive-4 and the planting medium to high range of pine seedlings at 14 DAP to 91 DAP, stem diameter at age 14 to 21. While the wet weight and dry weight is not an interaction.Solution concentration of microorganisms effektive-4 (EM4) 10 ml / liter (E2) and the planting medium sand: top soil: cow manure (M1) tend to produce the best treatment than the treatment (M3E2) and (M4E2).Key word : Concentration, solution Affektive, Microorganisme-4, Semai Pinus

In general, peanuts entered high generative phase ranges from 60-70 cm, depending on the varieties used, the alternative solution of the problem when using retardants effective time of administration to certain varieties of peanuts.Purpose of the study to determine the timing of the effective retardants in some varieties of peanuts. Conduct of research using randomized block design arranged in factorial. Factor I, consisting of three levels of administration time and factor II consisted of four varieties of varieties, each repeated three times.Observations show that there has interaction between timing of retardan giving and peanut varieries in all research variable.Conclusions of this study is the effective time of each delivery retardants varieties at the age of 2 weeks and no difference in the response of each variety on the provision of retardants on the age of 2 weeks, but different compared with the control and administration retardants at the age of 4 weeks. Giving retardants at the age of 2 weeks tingga plants obtained from four varieties of peanuts ranges from 34.55 - 35.21 cm with a weight range of the pithy pods per plot 1232.23 - 1233.98 kg per plot.Key words: retardants, and varieties

Interview were walked out in the rural of Palmerston north (sub tropics area) and Malang District (tropics area).The kind of feedstuff in the two area were same, namely forages and concentrate. The kind of forages and concentrate source were difference based on the seasons. The source of the feedstuff, technique of saving and technology for increase the feedstuff quality more complex and variation in tropics than in sub tropics area. The differences was caused by the farm management, area of paddock and human resources which were having in the two regions.Key words ; sources, kind and technology of feedstuff
