Abstract

Methane capture is very helpful in the development of garbage recycling system to be producedinto bio gas as a substitute for gasoline (petrol), which lately has been difficult to find.This study aimed to design a methane capture waste, low cost and good performance made ofplastic polyethilene for a small scale. This research design produces methane capture-based plasticspolyethilene with the following specifications: biodigester with a total volume of 11 m3, 8.8 m3 ofwet volume, processing time 40 days, fulling material 220 kg / day, total area 18 m2, and has a gasreservoir with dimensions of 4.6 m height, diameter of 0.954 m, the effective volume of 2.5 m3.

Abstract

Application of technology for the benefit of society by utilizing matahahari rays, where it ispossible use in locations that do not allow use of other alternative energy sources. Sunlight cangenerate electricity with solar cell power plant applications, this energy is almost never missing aday at certain locations with enough intensity radiation to produce electrical energy. Althoughcurrently still requires relatively high costs for solar cells, but by considering the factors easymaintenance and does not require routine maintenance every day, the charger circuit componentsreadily available in the market, may be set with the charging rate varies.In this scheme by considering the design of circuits that are sensitive to the setting conditionsof charging batteries in the charging condition or already full, with utilization of the op-amp as acomparator and SCR components as a component of the charging rate of electric energy to the solarbatteries, besides that also use power transistors as switches electronically at the time of chargingand at the electric charge on the batteries is full.The result of design equipment design charger with practical design with a very low cost, setthe charging rate can vary up to 10 Amperes and components are also easily available in the market.Tools charger allows for use on other plants originating from, for example, diesel generators,hydroelectric power, wind power, generating electricity from ocean waves, and so forth.

Abstract

Bamboo construction is widely used by Indonesian people, especially in rural areas, to buildinghouses, bridges, fences, etc., because it is cheap and quick to grow (bamboo can be harvested at theage of 3-5 years, compared with wood 30-50 yrs.). So much bamboo growing in the yard behind thehouse and in the field as a backup. Today’s technology can process the bamboo into bamboo laminate,so that could be used for floors, skateboard, furniture furniture until frame (frame) bike sport.Bamboo has the mechanical properties, particularly in the direction of fibers, which are quitegood. For the construction of bamboo has a weakness in the joint system. At the time of construction,connection systems rely solely on the strength of friction from the rope. Lately, research on bambooswitching system design is very diverse, but very little literature that reveal the mechanical properties(tensile strength, bending, shear, fracture and dynamic) bamboo joint system, thus avoiding thearchitects design, construction using bamboo.This study is the beginning, of a series of research on bamboo and bamboo test connection forthe dynamic character for construction. This initial research to produce a model of dynamic loadtesting tools for the construction of bamboo, for a maximum load of 5 kg, for further necessaryresearch for the design of advanced test equipment dynamic load 5000 kg and a test of the dynamiccharacter of the bamboo joint, resulting in a dynamic test data connections bamboo, thus the designerhas refrensi about the mechanical properties of bamboo and bamboo connections, which in turn canuse the software as a CAD-CAE design tool bamboo construction.

Abstract

o simplify the planning process needs reinforcement in reinforced concrete structures in simplehouses, which meet the requirements of security and comfort, requires the calculation process byusing a formula that is long enough that perhaps could only be understood by an engineer in thefield of Civil Engineering. In this subprogram II will be built a Dimension Beam OptimizationProgram Child and Parent Beams in Neutron Numerical approach Moment Style, Style and StyleNormal latitude necessary to determine the need for reinforcement beams. By simply entering someform of data input length of the beam on the program this application will get installed on thereinforcement requirements for reinforced concrete structures along with their material needs onthe job for the House Story Concrete Simple. Thus it is possible people will be able to calculateawampun needs reinforcement and concrete materials that are required on the job simple storyhouse.

Abstract

Batu, with the aim to determine the effect of different concentrations of materials in fish spermdiluent “Skim Yellow Egg” on the fertilization rate, hatching rate and sintasan carp (Cyprinus carpioL. ). The information gained is expected to assist fish farmers in general and fish hatchery unit orthe people in the context of intensification and efficiency in particular fish spawning carp (Cyprinuscarpio L.)The research method used is an experimental method, a Completely Randomized Design (CRD).Treatment to be studied consisted of 4 treatments and 1 control with 3 replicates, four treatments isthe ratio of diluent materials Skim Yellow Egg.The results of the research are the highest fertilization rate was found in treatment A (53.33%)and lowest in treatment D (37.67%), the rate of hatch (hatching rate) are the highest in treatment A(41.67%) and lowest in treatment D (31.33%), survival (survival rate) are the highest in treatment B(94.67%) and lowest in treatment A (93.33%).The conclusions showed that differences in the concentration of fish sperm diluent “SkimYellow Egg” has a very significant effect on fertilization rate but no effect on hatching rate andsintasana carp (Cyprinus carpio L.). From the results of this study are advised to obtain the bestfertilization rate, should be used in treatment A formulation as follows: 50 ml distilled water, 6.25 gSkim Milk, Egg yolk 3.125 g, 0.625 g Fructose, Penicilin 0.213 g and 0.1 g streptomycin

Abstract

The aimed of this research to find out the effectifity some adjuvant to enhance Debaryomycessp. and Schizosaccharomyces sp. actifity as agens biocontrols against anthracnose pathogen C.gloeosporioides on mango.The laboratory experiment included testing adjuvant conferral for enhance anthracnose diseaseobstruction on mango. The experiment with Complete Randomized Design and 3 replication. Therewere 13 treatment,it’s A1 = control (only pathogen); A2 = yeast Debaryomyces sp. ; A3 = yeastSchizosaccharomyces sp.; A4 = yeast Debaryomyces sp.+ Schizosaccharomyces sp.(mixture); A5 =Debaryomyces sp. + Tween 1 %; A6 = Schizosaccharomyces sp. + Tween 1 %; A7 = mixture yeast+ Tween 1 %; A8 = Debaryomyces sp. + CaCl2 2%; A9 = Schizosaccharomyces sp. + CaCl2 2%;A10 = mixture yeast + CaCl2 2%; A11 = Debaryomyces sp. + Trehalose 2%; A12 =Schizosaccharomyces sp. + Trehalose 2%; A13 = mixture yeast + Trehalose 2%.Results of the experiment indicated Debaryomyces sp. and Schizosaccharomyces sp. yeast insingle or mixtures with or without adjuvant to be able to grow on mango fruit surface, and effectiveinhibited development of the anthracnose disease caused of C. gloeosporioide on mango fruit thatshown with significantly reduced lesion size and incubation periods 4 days longer.

This research method is combining between RRA method and PRA expected can dig the information that required suitable with the target of research.Result of research indicates that the society participation in identifying the problems in societycommunity needs to be improved as form of empowering of society potency. Abstract

The mastitis in dairy cattle is caused by Staphylococcus aureus. The bacteria are multiresistantto antibiotic. Isolated of Aloe barbadensis Miller, that has antibacterial, saponin is needed to replacesynthetic antibiotic. The research has conducted to tested antibacterial activity of saponin for thegrowth of Staphylococcus aureus.Saponin was exstracted from gel of Aloe vera leafs by 95% ethanol, 50% ethanol and nbutanol.Isolated of saponin used to the Coulom Cromatography and Thin Layer Cromatography. Itneeds “Liebermann-Burchad” reagent, acetic anhidryde and sulfuric acid (1:1:1:1) for identifyingof saponin. These saponin preparation were detected by short wave U.V lamp on silica gel G platesdeveloped with solvent of butanol-ethanol-water (2 : 4: 4). The saponin’s powder was produced bydrying process, amylum or dexstrin as kinds of filler. The ratio of saponin and dexstrin was 80% :20%. Six levels of saponin were used in experiment i.e : 1,5%; 3,0%; 6,2%; 12,5%; 25% and 50%.The parameters of the research were Minimum Inhibition Concentration (MIC) and cakram disk.The result of experiment was analysed with descriptively, penicillin was used as positive control.The saponin’s powder give antibacterial activity that higher than saponin’s concentrated. Therewere similarity in antibacterial activity between the saponin’s powder was added dextrin withpenicillin.

Abstract

The involvement of financial institutions is needed in the development of its business. What isthe mechanism between home industry partnerships with financial institutions is something thatneeds to be studied so that the synergy between the home industry with a financial institution canrun.This study is proposed as a whole is completed in 2 stages. Phase I aims to: Describe theprofile of home industry & financial institutions in the research area, describe the performance of anexisting home industry in the research area. Phase II aims to: analyze the ever growing system ofcooperation between the home industry with financial institutions in the research area, formulatethe concept of cooperation in order to knit synergy between the home industry with financialinstitutions in order to be profitable for both parties.
