Abstract

Lapindo mudflow caused by leakage natural gas drilling in charge by neglation of PT. Lapindo Brantas since 2006. It has been 14 years ago but mudflow still can not be stopped and inflict a financial loss to citizen who lived around the embankment. Eventough the embankment and guardrails were built but sometimes the mud flow into resident’s houses while its raining caused of increases water discharge or the embankment subsidience or reep. In fact, there isn’t any mitigation disaster system from any institution who responbility of this disaster. Whereas the resident’s houses located not far from the embankment, around 500 m away.That happens usually is the mudflow is already stagnate at their house it will took for more days to reconstruction the embankment. therefore it will be more efficiently if we monitoring the embankment vibration using accelerometer sensor where located in dike-prone points then it send via smartphone using Blynk application. Every vibration will show real time at Blynk, so the citizen can monitoring security of this Lapindo embankment. When the accident happened the application will send warning and notification to smartphone so they can save their live and property.

Abstract

In the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 the main drivers of economic growth in Indonesia are Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). According to data from the Ministry of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises in 2018, the number of MSMEs is 64.2 million or 99.99% of the number of businesses in Indonesia. The absorption of MSMEs is as much as 117 million workers or 97% of the absorbency of the business world workforce. Meanwhile, the contribution of MSMEs to the national economy (GDP) amounted to 61.1%, and the remaining 38.9% was contributed by large businesses amounting to only 5,550 or 0.01% of the number of businesses. But in the midst of the growth of MSMEs that have the potential of economic growth in Indonesia is increasing rapidly does not mean that rapid growth is free from problems. Various problems will certainly come to an end. The way to overcome the various problems that msmes will face is to overcome the risks that may occur and arise in the future. The method used in risk management is to use the STANDARD ISO 31000 method.

Abstract

Risk is a situation where there is an element of uncertainty and an element of danger, a result or consequence of an ongoing process or future event. A risk can occur because there is no or lack of information about something that will happen in the future, whether it is in the form of a good thing or something that is detrimental. Risk management is all process activities carried out solely to minimize and even prevent risks to the industry. This includes identifying, planning, strategy, action, monitoring and evaluation of negative things that are likely to happen to the business. Risk management is an approach that adopts a consistent system to manage all risks faced by a company. Tofu Factory XYZ is an industry that operates in the production of soy milk processing into tofu. Of course, XYZ Tofu Factory has many risks. Especially at the time of disposal of liquid waste during the production process, which will certainly have an impact on the environment if not handled properly. In the application of risk management at the XYZ Tofu Factory using ISO 31000 standards, the researcher used apu wood media with the aim of conducting an environmental risk management analysis..

Abstract

Companies engaged in the transportation sector, especially public transportation in Indonesia, continue to seek ideas and innovations to pamper passengers and also seek to make passengers become subscribers which will provide benefits for the company. Research carried out by researchers is one form of evaluation of the services that have been provided by PT. XYZ to customers, where in this study the factors of customer satisfaction will be the focus point of the study. This study will be divided into 4 categories, namely vehicle factors, price factors, time speed factors and service factors. Where the four factors are factors that can affect customer satisfaction with PT.XYZ. The research method that will be used in this research is a combination of data sampling and descriptive analysis, so that this research can generate feedback from customers of PT.XYZ and also become the best service strategy to face the challenges of competitors who are increasingly competing

Abstract

This study aims to see the performance of the office employees of PT. Petronika for 1 month. This study uses the ms excel method which filters and provides final results for the 1 month. The sample in this study is 11 employees (total sampling). 65 employee performance scores with the lowest score of performance and the highest employee performance. Factors that affect the performance of employees of PT. Petronika is an individual factor and an organizational factor. The factor that has the greatest influence on the performance of the employees of PT. Petronika for 1 month is in the middle to lower average. The results of research on the performance of the office employees of PT. PEtronika for 1 month underperformed. Improving the quality of human resources will increase the ability of employees to carry out work so that employee performance increases.

Abstract

Maturity level assessment is considered very important in the information technology sector, one of which is in the field of education. It includes not only academic activities in the classroom, but also non-academic activities such as organization and committee. During pandemic condition, all activities on campus are required to be completely online, including the orientation period for new students as an annual routine. XYZ University is one of the educational institutions that also implements an online orientation period. Not only meeting with the video conference application as a media, which are members of the committee also create a web-based application where the application contains all information related to orientation period activities, including materials, values, and information about the campus activities which must be shared digital in this situation. The application previously described must be calculated for its maturity level to find out whether it has provided maximum benefits or vice versa for the university as the party that should provide funds and looking for parties from outside the university. To answer this problem, it is necessary to measure IT performance using VAL IT 2.0 which can provide a conclusion of the benefits.

Abstract

Proses Desain Rekayasa adalah merupakan sebuah rangkaian tahapan didalam mendapatkan sebuah solusi yang harus dilalui oleh seorang desainer dengan latar belakang teknik. Tahapan ini dimulai dengan studi secara sosial untuk melakukan pengumpulan informasi-informasi dan juga observasi mengenai permasalahan dan kebutuhan pada satu lingkungan yang ada di masyarakat sehingga teknologi yang di hasilkan dapat diaplikasikan secara tepat di masyarakat tersebut. Pene;itian dilakukan pada sebuah perpustakaan di kota Tanjung pinang, dimana melalui banyaknya jumlah pengunjung yang datang, suatu sistem keamanan sangat diperlukan di perpustakaan guna melindungi barang-barang penting dari para pengunjung perpustakaan. Oleh sebab itu, diusulkan sebuah inovasi teknologi bernama loker penyimpanan berbasis sistem RFID. Inovasi ini adalah suatu perancangan sistem keamanan dimana RFID Tag yang memiliki Card UID diinisialisasikan sebagai kartu anggotaperpustakaan yang kemudian dipindai pada RFID Reader agar mengetahui loker tersebut akan terbuka atau tetap terkunci. Loker penyimpanan berbasis RFID ini dirancang dengan terdiri dari beberapa perangkat utama, yaitu Arduino Uno, RFID Reader, RFID Tag, motor servo, buzzerdan LED. Penelitian dimulai dengan observasi, selanjutnya diskusi untuk mendapatkan usulan solusi dari beberapa permasalahan yang ditemukan. Tahapan pembuatan purwarupa sederhana diperlukan untuk mendapatkan bentuk rancangan awal yang sesuai, dan tidak kalah pentingnya adalah tahapan ujicoba purwarupa serta pengalaman terhadap calon pengguna.

Abstract

Revolusi industri 4.0 menjadikan teknologi sebagai sebuah kebutuhan. Oleh sebab itu perguruan tinggi pada bidang penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berusaha untuk memdesiminasikan hasil penelitian dengan tujuan untuk penguatan masyarakat dan memberikan solusi-solusi cerdas terhadapat permasalahan yang dapat menghambat akselerasi perekonomian masyarakat , diharapkan nantinya masyarakat tidak hanya sebagai pengguna tetapi sebagai technopreneur yang mampu memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan perekonomian daerah. Dari hasil observasi di sekolah, ditemukan sebuah permasalahan siswa didalam menghitung cepat untuk menyelesaikan tugas sekolah. Oleh sebab itu, di usulkan sebuah solusi cerdas bernama Smart Book Calculator, yaitu sebuah alat hitung berbasiskan Arduino dengan menggunakan keypad. Inovasi ini,selain bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan perhitungan, juga memperkenalkan penggunaan mikrokontroller Arduino Uno yang kedepannya akan dapat diaplikasikan untuk semua peralatan cerdas yang dipergunakan pada era revolusi industri 4.0

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Pemasaran Olahan Batu Kapur Pada PT Amir Hajar Kilsi di Rembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan sistem informasi pemasaran olahan batu kapur yang dilakukan PT Amir Hajar Kilsi, yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang menambang dan mengolah batu kapur yang terletak di kabupaten Rembang, Jawa Tengah. Alasan dilakukan penelitian ini karena kebutuhan akan batu kapur meningkat setiap tahunnya. Sedangkan pemilihan metode wighted directed acyclic graph karena perhitungan representasi dari metadata berbasis root concep. Selanjutnya kami mengkaji strategi pemasaran yang digunakan perusahaan dengan sumber-sumber dari buku dan jurnal terkait strategi pemasaran. Dalam penulisan laporan ini penulis menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya analisis data menggunakan teknik menurut Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data yang masih kasar dari lapangan, penyajian data yang diperoleh dari berbagai jenis dan jaringan kerja. Setelah mengkaji dengan sumber-sumber terkait, strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh PT Amir Hajar Kilsi meliputi subkontraktor, direct seller, dan internet marketing. Strategi internet marketing belum mengalami pengoptimalan dalam melakukan promosi perusahaan maka pengembangan sistem informasi ini dirasa cocok untuk mengoptimalkan promosi penjualan.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan sistem informasi sebagai media melalui website yang berguna untuk memberikan informasi profildan potensi desa juga selaras dengan undang-undang no. 6 tahun 2014 tentang desa, dimana desa berhakmemperoleh akses yang lebih besar untuk mendapatkan dan menyebarkan informasi pembangunan. Analisiskualitas portal berbasis web menggunakan Content Management System pada model kualitas produk ISO/IEC 25010 dilaksankan di Kelurahan Turi, Kota Blitar. Kuisioner yang telah dibagikan kepada pegawai kelurahan dan masyarakat sekitar secara keseluruhan, dengan diambil presentase terbesar terkait Appropriateness recognizability menampilkan sangat setuju dengan persentasi 52,9%, Learnability menampilkan sangat setuju dan setuju dengan persentase 47,1%, Operability menampilkan sangat setuju dengan persentase 52,9%, User error protection menampilkan sangat setuju dan setuju dengan persentase 47.1%, User interface aesthetics menampilkan sangat setuju dengan persentase 52.9%, Accessibiltiy menampilkan sangat setuju dengan persentase 64.7%.
