Abstract

The purpose of this research was for determine of human resources development, disciplination, and motivation of employee productivity performance partially and simultaneously. The range of this research includes human resources development,disciplination,motivationandemployeeproductivity performance.This research was using quantitative data which sourced from primary data that has been collected. The population in this research were all the employees of PT Pantai Melayu Batam, as many as 58 employees, and this research was using census data as collecting data technique, which is means the total of population as many as sample data, they are 58 employees. Collecting data was using questionnaire and analyzed using regression method using SPSS software. Partial test’s results of this research showed that human resources development partially has detereminant significant to employee productivity performance in PT Pantai Melayu Batam. Disciplination partially has determinant but not significant to employee productivity performance in PT Barakah Pantai Melayu. Motivation partially has determinant but not significant to employee productivity performance. And the result of simultaneous test showed that human resources development, disciplination, and motivation simulataneously has determinant significant to employee productivity performance in PT Pantai Melayu Batam

Abstract

This study describes the purpose Determination of Compensation, Work Environtment and Organizational Commitment Of Performance Employee On Province Riau Islands Department of Revenue Services. The research method used survey method, in which the respondent as many as 80 people as population and drawn sample of 91 people with a sample proportional random sampling method using Slovin formula with looseness rate of 5%. Collection of data techniques using the instrument from the questionnaire form for variable analsisis. These results indicate that compensation determination significant on performance employee, work environment determination significant on performance employee and organizational commitment variables determination significant on performance employee. While simultaneously discovered that there is significant influence between three variables of compensation, work environment and organizational commitment of performance employee

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the determination of mutations, compensation and oversight of the performance of employees at PT BPR. The variables in this study include the independent variables are working mutation (X1) compensation (X2) supervision (X3) and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the mutation, compensation and oversight is determined to employee performance in PT BPR. This research uses quantitative data derived from primary data collected through questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees at PT BPR many as 210 people and sampling using the formula slovin with a standard error of 5% or 0.05 obtained by 138 people. The data analysis method used is the test instrument testing done by testing the validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that in partial mutation is determined significant work on employee performance, compensation is determined significantly to the performance of employees, monitoring the performance of employees is determined significantly. And the results of simultaneous testing of employee performance, compensation and oversight is determined significantly on employee performance.

Abstract

Business competition in services is very competitive, especially services of Tour and Travel. Finally, these services businesses competing to attract customers using the services of Tour and Travel respectively. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of service quality, price, and promotion of the service user satisfaction PT. Trans Travel, the sample size of the sample used in the study was 86 customer respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is simple regression analysis as well as a means of data collection questionnaire respondents. Based on the resulting value of R Square of 0.961 and the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.959 - 95.9% means that customer satisfaction can be explained by the quality of service, price and promotion by 95.9%. While the remaining 4.1% can be explained by other factors. The results of this study indicate that there is significant influence of the variable quality of service to customer satisfaction PT service user. Trans Travel.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the organizational culture, competency, and compensation on the work performance of police personnel at the regional police directorate Sabhara Riau islands. The scope of the variables in this study include organization culture, competency, dan compensation on the work performence of personnel. This study uses quantitative data from primal sources those that gathered through a questionnaires. Subjects of the research are all of police personnel at the regional police directorate Sabhara Riau islands. Data processing techniques used were the population method in which allof police personnel at the regional police directorate Sabhara Riau islands as a sampled in this study. Data analysis method used is testing instruments made by testing the validity and reliability. While the technique of data analysis used is descriptive analysis method, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that simultaneous, system and procedure of the procurement and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to get empirical evidence of the influence of organizational culture, communication, and motivation on employee performance in Batam City District Office. In the stages of testing in this study using the sampling method used is the census. The sample in this study was 43 Employees Head Office Batam City. Methods of data collection conducted by questionnaire.Hypothesis testing is performed using linear regression models and test the T-statistic. Hypothesis testing is done by using SPSS software. Based on the results of testing the first hypothesis, it is known that the organizational culture significantly influence employee performance Batam City District Office. And the results of the second test, it is known that the communication is not significant to the performance of the staff of the Head of Batam. And a third test results, it is known that motivation has a significant influence on employee performance Batam City District Office.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyzed the determination of training, competention, and compensation on employee job performance. This study uses three independent variables, training, competention and compensation with one dependent variable namely performance. The use of variables in this study is expected to determine how the process is going on and what are the factors driving the creation of a good performance in the office of . Samples were 52 people. Samples were taken by sampling techniques. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, multicoloniarity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f- test the coefficient of determination R2.

Abstract

Hotel firms began compelled to further strengthen the basis of the strategy with concepts such as customer focused or market oriented culture to still be able to access the market profitably and ensure sustainable growth. The purpose of this study is as follows: first to determine the effect the facility partially on customer satisfaction Hotel Batam. The second to determine the effect on the price of partially towards customer satisfaction Hotel Batam. Third to determine the effect Citra hotel partially towards customer satisfaction Hotel Batam. Fourth to determine the effect on the amenities, price and image simultaneously on customer satisfaction Hotel Batam. From result research and discussion on the Effect of amenities, price and image on customer satisfaction Hotel Batam then obtained the following conclusions: first that the variable facility has an influence on customer satisfaction in Hotel Batam. The second that the price variable has an influence on customer satisfaction in Hotel Batam. Third that the variable image has an influence on customer satisfaction in Hotel Batam. Fourth F count was 179.044 with Sig0,000 <α0,05 and the coefficient of influence or R2 of 0,868 or 86,6%. 86,6% means that the performance of the research is affected facilities, price and image. While the remaining 13,2% is influenced by other variables that are not the focus of this study. Thus these data suggest a significant means There is influence amenities, price and image simultaneously on Customer Satisfaction Hotel Batam.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to get empirical evidence of the effects, of perception price, promotion and product quality at PT. Alfa Scorpii Bengkong partially and simultaneously. The range of variables of this research are price, promotion, and product quality. This research was using quantitative data which sourced from primary data that has been collected. The population in this research were the customers of PT. Alfa Scorpii Bengkong, as many as 125 customers, and sample as many as 95 customers. Collecting data was using questionnaire, hyphotesis testing was using multiple linear regression and T- Statistic test using SPSS software version 21.The result of first hyphotesis test showed that promotion, product quality has a significant effect on purchase decisions in PT Alfa Scorpii Bengkong, second hyphotesis test showed that quality of the product has an effect but not significant influence purchase decisions in PT Alfa Scorpii Bengkong, and third hyphotesis test showed that price have a significant effect on purchase decisions in PT Alfa Scorpii Bengkong.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the determination of building construction, service and price on volume of house sales. This study uses three independent variables construction, service and price, with one dependent variable namely sales volume. The use of variables in this study is expected to determine how the process is going on and what are the factors driving the creation of a good sales volume in PT. Adi bintan Permata Batam. Samples were the buyers of the house in Citra Permata Residence 154 people. Samples were taken by sampling techniques. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, multicoloniarity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test the coefficient of determination R2. Based on the results of data analysis showed that: the variable construction has a significant influence on the performance of the test value t sig of 0.068 > 0.05, service variables have significant effects on sales volume with a value of 0.179 t test sig > 0.05 price variable also has a significant influence on the performance of the test value t sig of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on calculations Test f, together variable construction, service, and price have a significant effect on sales volume with the value of F sig 0.000 < 0.05.
