Abstract

Dalam era persaingan global, sumber daya manusia (SDM) menjadi faktor penentu keberhasilan organisasi, baik di sektor publik maupun swasta. Kualitas kinerja pegawai sering kali dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti motivasi, disiplin, dan komitmen kerja. Pada sektor publik, khususnya lembaga yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan masyarakat, peningkatan motivasi dan disiplin pegawai menjadi tantangan penting untuk mendukung efektivitas program pembangunan. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan komitmen sebagai variabel mediasi di Pusat Pengembangan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa, Daerah Tertinggal, dan Transmigrasi (P3MD). Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 110 pegawai yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik motivasi kerja maupun disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan komitmen berperan sebagai variabel mediasi yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara disiplin kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Namun, komitmen tidak memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meningkatkan motivasi dan disiplin kerja dapat memperbaiki kinerja pegawai, menekankan perlunya strategi yang efektif dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di organisasi publik.

Abstract

Dalam era birokrasi modern, capaian kinerja aparatur sipil negara (ASN) tidak hanya mencerminkan efektivitas individu, tetapi juga menjadi indikator keberhasilan organisasi publik dalam melaksanakan reformasi birokrasi. Salah satu ukuran kinerja yang strategis adalah Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU), yang digunakan pemerintah untuk menilai keberhasilan instansi dalam mencapai sasaran pembangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas kerja, dan pengaruhnya pada capaian Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) pegawai di lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Pembangunan dan Pengembangan Kawasan Transmigrasi (Ditjen PPKTrans) pada periode 2020–2024. Fenomena fluktuasi capaian IKU dalam lima tahun terakhir menunjukkan pentingnya faktor internal sumber daya manusia dalam menentukan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory research dan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Responden penelitian adalah pegawai aktif Ditjen PPKTrans yang bekerja selama minimal 3 tahun. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menguji lima hipotesis, pengaruh langsung kompetensi kerja serta kepuasan kerja terhadap capaian IKU melalui loyalitas kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan manajemen kinerja ASN, khususnya dalam meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi sektor publik berbasis indikator objektif. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini juga dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan kebijakan penguatan SDM dalam rangka reformasi birokrasi dan pencapaian target strategis instansi pemerintah.

Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya Direktorat PPDK dan Direktorat PPSP memiliki IKU (Indikator Kinerja Utama) yang telah ditetapkan. Untuk mencapai IKU yang telah ditetapkan, kedua direktorat teknis ini didukung oleh pegawai-pegawai dari berbagai latar belakang. Masing-masing pegawai memiliki beban tanggung jawab berbeda yang ditetapkan dan dibagi dalam kelompok kerja yang nantinya akan dinilai melalui SKP (Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai) setiap tahunnya. Dalam mencapai target IKU, Direktorat PPDK dan Direktorat PPSP telah berupaya untuk mendorong para pegawai untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. Dalam hal capaian kinerja pegawai, terdapat variabel-variabel yang turut berperan dan berpengaruh yang menjadi latar belakang dari penelitian ini. Variabel-varibel tersebut diantaranya adalah motivasi, budaya kerja serta disiplin kerja. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti berdasarkan hipotesa awal, ingin mendapatkan gambaran bagaimana pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, bagaimana pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, bagaimana disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, bagaimana pengaruh motivasi terhadap disiplin kerja, bagaimana pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap disiplin kerja, bagaimana disiplin kerja memediasi hubungan antara motivasi dengan kinerja pegawai, serta bagaimana disiplin kerja mampu memediasi hubungan antara budaya kerja dengan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross yaitu penelitian dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara variabel satu dengan variabel lainnya, dengan sumber data yang akan digunakan yaitu sumber data primer melalui kuisioner, dengan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah model persamaan struktural (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) berbasis variance atau component based SEM, yang dikenal dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, budaya kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, budaya kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, disiplin kerja mampu memediasi hubungan antara motivasi dengan kinerja pegawai, serta disiplin kerja mampu memediasi hubungan antara budaya kerja dengan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the efficiency of bearing spare parts inventory management at PT. XYZ by applying the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. Optimal spare parts availability is crucial to maintaining smooth production processes, reducing machine downtime, and minimizing inventory costs. PT. XYZ frequently faces issues due to inadequate stock, which hinders machine repairs and increases production costs. This study applies the EOQ method to determine the optimal order quantity for spare parts and the ideal ordering frequency to minimize total inventory costs. The results show that using the EOQ method, the optimal order quantity for bearings is 105.15 units, with an order frequency of 5 times per year. Additionally, the recommended safety stock is 5 units, with a reorder point set at 55 units. The implementation of the EOQ method successfully reduced total inventory costs from Rp 509,400 to Rp 378,600, representing a savings of 25.7%. These findings indicate that the EOQ method offers an effective solution to optimizing inventory management at PT. XYZ, improving production efficiency, and significantly lowering operational costs.

Abstract

ood waste is a global problem faced by every country. Food and Agricultural Organization stated that Indonesia ranks second as the country that produces the most food waste in the world. The actions of the household food manager are based of various kinds of action motives. This study aims: (1)to identify the types and volumes of food waste produced by households through household food managers (2)to Identify forms of food action that can produce household food waste (3)to Identify food action motives that can produce food waste. household food waste (4)to Analyze the relationship between food actions and types and volume of household food waste (5to) Analyze the relationship between household characteristics and the actions of household food managers in producing food waste (6)to Analyze the relationship between action motives and actions to produce waste food. The research method chosen was a survey and observation of the main actors who manage household food (mother / wife) in one village in Bogor district. The sample respondents were 50 people selected by stratified random sampling technique. The relationship between variables was analyzed using the Rank Spearman correlation test. The results of this study indicates that: (1) there is a correlation between the action of food planning and the type of household food waste with a correlation value of 0.036 (<0.05), and (2) there is a correlation between the act of food consumption with the volume of food waste,with a significancy 0.025 (<0.05) (3) there is a relationship between action motives and social actions of food managers (4) there is a relationship between household layers and social actions of food managers, with a significance of 0.033 (<0.05) in the planning action, 0.003 (<0.05) for the storage action, and 0.034 (<0.05) for the consumption action and (5) there is no relationship between household size and the social action of food management, with the exception of consumption measures with a significance of 0.014 (<0.05)

Abstract

The automotive industry is one of the key industries in Indonesia's economy. This industry continues to grow rapidly due to the increasing demand for private vehicles. This encourages automotive companies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in their production processes. This study aims to describe the application of the FIFO (First In, First Out) method in inventory control. The research employs a case study method with a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that the use of color labels and systematic record-keeping has helped ensure product quality and prevent damage to goods. In-depth analysis of fluctuations in the volume of incoming and outgoing goods should also be considered by PT. ABC to predict future warehouse capacity needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of heat treatment and quenching processes on the hardness value of ST 60 steel. ST 60 steel is a medium carbon steel with a carbon content of 0.564% and manganese content of 0.697% which has hard and wear-resistant properties. The research method uses an experimental approach with heat treatment process at 950°C temperature with holding time variations of 20 and 50 minutes, followed by quenching with water media. Hardness testing was performed using the Vickers method with an indentation load of 5 kgf at 5 different points for each specimen. The results showed that the hardness value of ST 60 steel increased significantly after heat treatment. Maximum hardness was achieved at 20 minutes holding time with a value of 734.521 HVN, increasing 137% compared to the initial material which had a hardness of 309.308 HVN. At 50 minutes holding time, the hardness obtained was 615.924 HVN. The increase in hardness is caused by the formation of martensite structure due to rapid cooling which causes carbon atoms to be trapped in supersaturated solid solution. This research shows that holding time variation affects the hardness value, where the optimal holding time is 20 minutes to achieve maximum hardness in ST 60 steel. , ,, ,

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector play a strategic role in Indonesia's economy, but face various challenges in business management and development. This study aims to analyze the development strategy of Pempek Dapur Bunda culinary MSME through a SWOT analysis approach. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation of 11 informants consisting of business owners, employees, and customers. The SWOT analysis results show that Pempek Dapur Bunda is in quadrant I with IFAS score of 3.665 and EFAS score of 3.275, indicating a strategic position to implement aggressive growth strategies. The main strengths lie in customer loyalty, product quality, and reliable human resources, while weaknesses are found in fluctuating financial conditions and dependence on digital platforms. The greatest opportunities come from the development of social media and e-commerce, while the main threats are relatively expensive raw material prices and unstable economy. Recommended strategies include improving HR quality in technology, product innovation, and strengthening cooperation with the government.

Abstract

This study examines the development of Constitutional Law in Indonesia from the perspective of democracy and the rule of law using a normative legal research method. The evolution of Indonesia’s constitutional system since independence reveals close ties with the dynamics of democracy, ranging from the early parliamentary system, guided democracy, and the authoritarian New Order, to the constitutional reforms that strengthened checks and balances. The application of the rule of law affirms the constitution as the highest norm and a substantive instrument of democracy, although in practice it still faces challenges such as weak law enforcement, political intervention, and a lack of legal culture. The findings confirm that Constitutional Law in Indonesia is never static but continually evolves according to political configurations, social dynamics, and historical needs. The study highlights the importance of consistently strengthening the rule of law to ensure constitutional law functions effectively in safeguarding justice, human rights, and democratic resilience in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Quality, Customer Engagement, Perceived Value, and Satisfaction on Future Intention of fitness center service users. This study is motivated by the importance of maintaining Future Intention through their Perceived Quality, Customer Engagement, Perceived Value, and Satisfaction towards the services provided. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed to fitness center users and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of the study show that of the six hypotheses proposed, three of them are proven significant, namely the influence of Customer Engagement on Perceived Value, Perceived Value on Satisfaction, and Satisfaction on Future Intention. Meanwhile, the other three hypotheses, namely the influence of Perceived Quality on Perceived Value, Perceived Quality on Satisfaction, and Customer Engagement on Satisfaction, do not show a significant influence. These findings indicate that Customer Engagement plays a significant role in increasing Perceived Value, which in turn positively impacts Satisfaction and Future Intention to continue using fitness center services. Perceived Service Quality does not necessarily directly shape Perceived Value or satisfaction, so a more comprehensive strategy is needed to improve overall Future Intention.
