Abstract

In the midst of global economic turmoil, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises MSMEs in Indonesia play an important role as the backbone of the local economy. MSMEs face serious challenges that affect the performance of MSMEs. The novelty of this research lies in the approach of a combination of systematic literature review and in-depth empirical research. Involving stakeholders, especially MSME owners and financial management practitioners, provides valuable practical perspectives. This research has important implications for government policy, related institutions, business practitioners, and academia. The findings are expected to be a strategic guide for the development of training programs, more effective financial management models, and policies that support MSME growth. The method used in this study is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found  that the need for more in-depth regarding the relationship between financial management and MSME performance can provide policy guidance for the government and related institutions, as well as practical insights for MSME owners, business practitioners, consultants, and academics in developing financial management models that are more effective and relevant in the context of MSMEs in Indonesia. This research covers important aspects and makes a substantial contribution in the understanding of the relationship between financial management and MSME performance.

Abstract

. Digital orientation is included in the important capabilities that need to be possessed for the development of MSMEs. This needs to be supported by a focus on digital strategies to answer obstacles such as the lack of digital orientation and the lack of human resource capabilities to utilize information technology. This research uses a Systematic Literature Review approach, to answer about the concept of digital orientation, the development of research related to digital orientation and topics or variables related to digital orientation. The results found that research on the topic of digital orientation has only accelerated in 2020 and indeed digital orientation has an influence on MSME business processes.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and test the influence of the internal control system and financial literacy moderated by internal audit to obtain the quality of SME financial performance. The convection data in the city of Malang is a population of 30 convection shops, while all those who answered the questionnaire were collected using the questionnaire method, namely by providing a list of questions sent to 60 respondents in the finance department. The technical analysis of this research uses moderated regression analysis calculated using SPSS software. The research results show that the influence of financial literacy and the internal control system moderated by internal audit has proven to be positive and significant on the quality of financial performance.

Abstract

Strategic Entrepreneurship, also known as entrepreneurial strategy, serves as a pathway for SMEs to enter the international market smoothly. When SME products enter the international market, it is essential for companies to devise entrepreneurial strategies in marketing to increase sales volume and generate profits.Coffee is a prominent commodity in West Java due to its mountainous terrain, which provides favorable conditions for coffee cultivation. Java Halu Coffee, located in Bandung Barat Regency, West Java, is one of the SMEs in the coffee bean and coffee processing industry.The objective of this research is to describe the entrepreneurial strategies employed by Java Halu Coffee in entering and marketing its products in the international market. The study also explores the application of entrepreneurial strategies in increasing the export volume of coffee beans and alternative strategies.This research utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach. The primary data sources consist of interviews conducted with the owner of Java Halu Coffee, while secondary data sources include relevant documents related to the research theme.The research findings indicate that Java Halu Coffee has chosen export as its entry strategy into the international market. The company implements growth, innovation, network, and harvest/exit strategies. This includes identifying market development opportunities, innovating its products, establishing good relationships with buyers, forming beneficial networks, and collaborating with similar companies to meet market demands. These strategies enable Java Halu Coffee to maximize sales and increase the export volume.

Abstract

The purpose of this study project is to clarify two things: (1) how product quality affects customer happiness among Xiboba beverage product customers in Jakarta; and (2) how price affects customer satisfaction among Xiboba beverage product consumers in Jakarta. (3) How product quality affects product consumers' loyalty to a product. Drinks Xiboba in Jakarta (4) Price's Impact on Customer Loyalty Among Jakartan Xiboba Drink Product Users Customers in Jakarta who purchased Xiboba Drink Products. This study employs a quantitative methodology and an associative type. The participants in this study are those who buy Xiboba drinks in the Jakarta region. In the meantime, the sample consists of 92 respondents who are over the age of 18 and reside in Jakarta and purchase and consume Xiboba beverage products on a regular basis. Path analysis techniques are employed for data analysis. The results of the analysis of this research activity showed that Price (X2) and Product Quality (X1) both had positive and significant effects on Customer Satisfaction (Z), Customer Loyalty (Y) and Product Quality (X1) had a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Z).

Abstract

This research design uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The key informants of this research are parents of children with hearing impairment in Mojokerto. From the results of data collection conducted by semi-structured interview method, the following research results have been obtained. The factors that influence parenting in instilling the spirit of entrepreneurship are a limited time to study business because of the busy school time, and the talent that supports the child himself. The impact of the parenting pattern given even though children with disabilities appear the formation confident, independent, able to socialize with the environment, and unyielding to learn business.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial management of the Kafanaa Mie and Chicken restaurant based on the analysis of Financial Accounting Standards for Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP). The research method used is an empirical study with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. Unfortunately, the research results show that Kafanaa Mie and Chicken still has not carried out financial management of cash flow and has not prepared financial reports in accordance with SAK ETAP. This research provides recommendations for better financial management and preparing financial reports in accordance with SAK ETAP to improve restaurant financial performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and organizational climate on turnover intention through job stress as an intervening variable in Auto 2000 Medan-Binjai Sales employees. This research is a type of associative research with data analysis techniques using path analysis with SmartPLS software. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire. The results showed that workload has a significant positive effect on job stress in Sales Auto 2000 Medan-Binjai employees, organizational climate has a negative and insignificant effect on job stress in Sales Auto 2000 Medan-Binjai employees. Workload has a significant positive effect on turnover intention of Sales Auto 2000 Medan-Binjai employees. Organizational climate has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention of Sales Auto 2000 Medan-Binjai employees. Job stress has a significant positive effect on employee turnover intention of Sales Auto 2000 Medan-Binjai. Workload has a significant positive effect on turnover intention mediated by job stress in Sales Auto 2000 Medan-Binjai employees. Organizational climate has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention mediated by job stress in Sales Auto 2000 Medan-Binjai employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of gross domestic product, cash flow, company size, EPS, and PER on stock returns in LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2021. The data used is secondary data, with the documentation method sourced from the Annual Report data of companies in LQ 45 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2021. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The population in this study were construction companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2021 period with a total of 45 companies. The sample of this study amounted to 104 companies. The data analysis method used in this research is a statistical analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study show that Gross Domestic Product affects firm value. Cash Flow does not affect firm value. Company size does not affect firm value. EPS affects the value of the company. PER affects the value of the company.

Abstract

Social commerce is growing rapidly in Indonesia due to the ease of use of social media applications. There is a phenomenon in online commerce known as social commerce, where e-commerce users make purchases through social media. Online shopping capabilities on social media have led some e-commerce users to turn to social media for shopping. The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of social commerce on customer switching behavior of e-commerce customers of Tokopedia, Lazada, Shopee, Blibli.com, and Bukalapak, as well as the role of social media marketing mediation on social media Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok in social influence commerce on customer switching behavior. This research uses a quantitative method, using 300 respondents. The study is located in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Yogyakarta and Semarang. The results of this research are (1) Social commerce has a positive and significant impact on customer conversion behavior and social media marketing. (2) Social media marketing has a significant positive impact on customer switching behavior, and mediates the impact of social commerce on customer switching behavior. (3) Social Media Marketing has changed the behavior of consumers who not only buy products, but also participate in marketing by liking, sharing and commenting on the product content. Social Media Marketing also changes the behavior of sellers who not only sell products, but also create viral content for their products. (4) The government needs to evaluate, supervise and separate social media and social commerce to protect consumers, business actors and the e-commerce industry.
