Abstract

Employee performance in this study is focused on performance whose measurement is through work assessment This study aims to determine the effect of islamic ethic to employee’s productivity in Bank Muamalat Indonesia Pangkalpinang. Primary data from questionare become data source for this study and it will be analyze using single linear regression with SPSS 26. This study sample is all of the population totally 28 respondent. Based on the results of the partial test calculation (T test), the tstatistic value is (2.163) < ttable (1.73406) with a significance level of 0.044 > 0.05. This means that it shows that the Islamic Work Ethics variable partially and significantly affects the Productivity of the Employees of Bank Muamalat Indonesia Pangkalpinang Branch

Abstract

The government develops for citizens to get a job and decent living. Nevertheless, the number of people who are unemployed and poor is still high. To solve those problems, the government establish the Skills Development Center as a basis for sustainable entrepreneur empowerment. This research aims to analyze entrepreneurial empowerment activities at the Skills Development Center, their positive impact, the dominant factor influencing success, and the effort to optimize the success of the Skills Development Center in facing changes in the world of work. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. Data collection was documentation, interviews, and observation. The informants were 11 people who were determined based on the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques through reduction, display, and conclusion drawing verification. The results showed the stages of awareness, enabling, and empowerment in implementing entrepreneurial empowerment very well. The positive impact is success in increasing agricultural and livestock entrepreneurship. The dominant factors are government policy support, increased cooperation, and adequate human resources. At the same time, the barrier factors are low community participation and lack of budget support. Then, the effort to optimize care coordination, verification, and facilitation of training activities, coordination and cooperation among regional agencies, and increasing cooperation with the industrial world so that the type of entrepreneurship can be varied and competitive.

Abstract

This study aims to see and discuss the direct and indirect effects between variables of emotional intelligence, knowledge management and achievement motivation on the creativity of government agency administrators in Jambi Province, either partially or simultaneously. The research was conducted using a quantitative research method with a survey method carried out in district/city governments in Jambi Province. The unit of analysis is administrator officials who have attended level III leadership education and training in Jambi Province, a population of 601 people and the sample in this study was determined by the total sampling technique considering the number of respondents from the three regions was only 126 people. The hypotheses in this study are: emotional intelligence, knowledge management and achievement motivation have a direct and indirect positive effect either partially or simultaneously on the creativity of administrator officials. Hypothesis testing using path analysis, with a significance level of 5 percent alpha (α = 0.05). This study concludes: that overall there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of emotional intelligence, knowledge management and achievement motivation on the creativity of administrator officials, either partially or simultaneously. The implication of this research is that it is something beyond which is not revealed in this study but can make a better contribution to increasing creativity. In the creativity variable, researchers found indicators of managing change and commitment to change. In the variable of emotional intelligence found indicators of self-development, self-development of others, self-control and patient and tenacious attitudes can increase creativity. In the knowledge management variable found indicators of conflict management, performance management and decision making can increase creativity. Meanwhile, the achievement motivation variable was found to build integrity, strong determination and result orientation to increase creativity.

Abstract

Apart from clothing and shelter, food is a basic human need. No wonder the culinary industry is growing rapidly in various cities in Indonesia. One of them is in Klaten, Central Java. An example of a restaurant business (RM) in Klaten is RM Tawakal Haji Rofi`atun. RM Tawakal is located in Popongan Hamlet, RT03, RW03, Tegalgondo, Wonosari, Klaten. Maintaining customer satisfaction requires quality control to meet customer needs and satisfaction.The purpose of this study was to determine customer satisfaction with the service quality of RM Tawakal. Respondents of this survey are RM Tawakal clients and surveyed data collection / surveyed. Data processing is based on the Customer Statistics Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). According to the survey, the final result of the calculation of the Customer Statistics Index (CSI) is 80.01%, and consumers are satisfied with the services provided, but not optimally. When tested using the Severity Performance Analysis (IPA) method,quadrant A contains six attributes. That is, there are six attributes whose service has not been maximized, and restaurants need to improve service.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of entrepreneurial passion and family support on entrepreneurial success. Explanatory survey is a research method that will be used in a population of 55 business groups with members of 191 students receiving Business Facilitation and Student Creative Business (FUBKM) of Siliwangi University. The purposive sampling technique used by considering the criteria that student efforts facilitated by Siliwangi University are still running, a total of 42 business groups consisting of 140 students. The results of the study explained that there is a significant influence both partial and simultaneous between entrepreneurial passion and family support on entrepreneurial success.

Abstract

This study discusses the Effect of Musyarakah, Mudharabah, and Murabahah Financing on Return On Assets (ROA) During the Covid-19 Pandemic. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Musyarakah, Mudharabah, and Murabahah Financing on Return On Assets (ROA) during the COVID-19 pandemic at Islamic Commercial Banks (period 2019 – 2021). This research uses quantitative research methods, namely analytical methods based on calculations made by researchers. This research data is secondary data obtained from Monthly Financial Report data at Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2019-2021 period. The method used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing assisted by the SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) version 26 computer program. The results of this study indicate that (1) Musyarakah financing variables partially have no positive effect. to returns on assets (ROA). (2) Mudharabah financing variable partially has a positive effect on return on assets (ROA). (3) Murabahah financing variable partially does not have a positive effect on returns on assets (ROA). (4) Musyarakah, Mudharabah, and Murabahah Financing variables simultaneously or jointly have an effect on Return On Assets (ROA) during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This article discusses the determinants factor of archive management to support academic services at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. The main problem is what are the factors that influence the management of archives at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. This study used qualitative research methods. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document study. The collected data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis approach. The results showed that three determinant factors influence the management of archives to support academic services at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. The three factors are archivist human resources, supporting facilities for archiving management, and internal policies regarding archives management. The research has implications for efforts to provide input on archive management problems at an institution so that it can provide the best service by academic standards.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari sumber reservasi seperti, online travel agent, offline travel agent, free independent travellers (FIT), dan group serta untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang paling dominan dalam meningkatkan tingkat hunian kamar. di Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa. Data yang diperoleh adalah melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis kuantitatif data sekunder, seperti analisis korelasi parsial, analisis korelasi ganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis, analisis koefisien determinasi, analisis statistik koefisien standar beta dan kontribusi efektif diuji dengan SPSS v. 25. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara online travel agent terhadap tingkat hunian kamar dengan p-value .000 < 0,05, offline travel agent terhadap tingkat hunian kamar dengan p-value .000 < 0,05, free independent traveler (FIT) terhadap tingkat hunian kamar dengan p-value .000 < 0,05 dan kelompok terhadap tingkat hunian kamar dengan p-value .000 < 0,05. Seperti halnya online travel agent, offline travel agent, free independent travellers (FIT), dan rombongan secara positif dan simultan mempengaruhi tingkat hunian kamar dengan p-value sebesar .000 < 0,05. Variabel dominan dalam peningkatan tingkat hunian kamar di Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa adalah online travel agent dengan nilai sumbangan efektif (SE) sebesar 26%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, direct compensation, work stress and work environment on turnover intention at PT. Indonesian Bamboo Craft. This study uses quantitative methods with a sample of 80 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling and the data collection method used a questionnaire. The results of the study show that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention with a regression coefficient of -0.315 and a significance value of 0.025. Direct compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention with a regression coefficient of -0.295 and a significance value of 0.017. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention with a regression coefficient of 0.342 and a significance value of 0.000. The work environment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention with a regression coefficient of -0.207 and a significance value of 0.028. Perceptions of job satisfaction, compensation, work stress and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention with a significance value of 0.000. therefore, all hypotheses are accepted.
