Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work motivation, and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Delapan Jaya Perkasa Garmen Kabupaten Sragen, either partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique used was Proportionate stratified random sampling with purposive sampling by taking primary data and secondary data provided by the company. The population of this research is 200 employees where 70 employees are the sample. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination (R²). Allegedly leadership, work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Delapan Jaya Perkasa Garmen Kabupaten Sragen, either in part or in part simultaneously. The data needed in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data results analysis in this study it can be concluded that leadership, work motivation, and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Delapan Jaya Perkasa Garmen Kabupaten Sragen, either in part or in part simultaneously. These things show that the greater the influence of leadership, the better in providing work motivation and paying attention to the work environment, the higher the level of employee performance. People will trust companies that always pay attention to human resources.

Abstract

In this study, the authors aimed to determine organizational support, leadership style, and emotional intelligence on the performance of employees of the Surakarta City Environmental Service. Organizational Support (X1), Leadership Style (X2), Emotional Intelligence (X3), Employee Performance (Y). This research is a quantitative case study. Primary data obtained by questionnaire method from a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that organizational support, leadership style, and emotional intelligence have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Surakarta City Environmental Service both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Dampak pandemi Covid-19 telah sedemikian rupa mempengaruhi perekenomian Indonesia. Situasi ini berimbas pada penurunan perdagangan saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Minat berinvestasi pada saham menurun karena volatilitas harga-harga saham yang semakin tidak menentu. Rangkaian berikutnya adalah timbulnya perdagangan yang jarang terjadi (thin market). Perdagangan yang jarang terjadi akan menyebabkan non– synchronous trading (perdagangan yang tidak sinkron), yaitu suatu situasi di mana beberapa saham tidak mengalami perdagangan selama beberapa waktu. Akibatnya, harga penutupan saham di suatu periode sebenarnya adalah harga saham dari beberapa periode sebelumnya. Situasi perdagangan yang tidak sinkron akan menyebabkan beta, sebagai salah satu pengukur volatilitas harga saham dan sekaligus indikator risiko berinvestasi pada saham, menjadi bias, karena perhitungan beta menggunakan harga saham beberapa periode sebelumnya dihubungkan dengan indeks pasar periode saat ini. Jika bias, beta tidak mampu menggambarkan risiko sesungguhnya dari saham tersebut. Bias akan terjadi jika nilai beta secara statistik berbeda dari 1. Tetapi menggunakan beberapa metoda tertentu beta saham dapat disesuaikan dengan cara dikoreksi agar mengurangi bias yang terjadi. Penelitian ini mengukur bias beta setiap saham yang terdaftar dalam Indeks LQ45 selama beberapa periode, kemudian melakukan koreksi terhadap beta tersebut. Beta dihasilkan dengan cara meregresi koefisien dalam persamaan Single Index Model, dilanjutkan pengujian apakah beta-beta tersebut bias secara statistik. Jika terjadi bias maka akan dilakukan koreksi, dimana metoda koreksi yang digunakan adalah metoda Scholes and Williams, metoda Dimson, dan metoda Fowler and Rorke. Metoda penelitian dilakukan terlebih dulu mengukur beta dengan cara meregresi return saham-saham LQ45 menggunakan Model Indeks Tunggal, di mana return pasar yang digunakan adalah IHSG dan Indeks LQ45. Jika diketahui nilai beta bias secara statistik maka kemudian dilakukan koreksi menggunakan tiga metoda, Scholes and Williams, Dimson, dan Fowler and Rorke. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rerata beta yang diukur sebelum koreksi secara statistik bias semua sehingga dilakukan koreksi. Setelah dilakukan koreksi, ketiga metoda justru menghasilkan nilai rerata beta koreksi yang lebih besar dibandingkan nilai beta sebelum dikoreksi. Dan ternyata rerata beta—beta koreksi ini juga mengandung bias. Di antara ketiga metoda tersebut, metoda Scholes and Williams memberikan nilai rerata beta sebelum dan sesudah koreksi terkecil.

Abstract

Basir Konveksi is a home-based convection business in Buntalan Village, Klaten Regency. The products produced are kindergarten, elementary and middle school uniforms, kindergarten drumbands, sports t-shirts, graduation uniforms, sinoman uniforms, school vests. This convection has problems, namely the accumulation of semi-finished and finished materials in the warehouse due to the unsupervised fabric cutting process. This research aims to find out how to minimize defective products using the Statistical Process Control (SPC) method. Observing one of the production flows, namely the production of kindergarten uniforms, obtained variable data consisting of four types, namely shirt length, shirt sleeve length, trouser length and waist circumference. Attribute data in the form of dirty materials or fabric, pieces of fabric that exceed or fall below the standard and attributes that have not been installed (buttons, logos, brands). The most dominant defect data discovery was fabric cuts that were more than or less than the standard, is 35.55%. Then the causes of product defects were analyzed using a fishbone diagram and it was found that the main factors causing product defects were material, machine, human, method, supervision and work environment factors. From this research, several suggestions were obtained for companies to make the right decisions in minimizing defective products and repairing them so as to obtain optimal product quality and always evaluating and improving employee performance so that employees are more disciplined and productive at work.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a conceptual model to determine the competitive advantages of each religious-based hospital in Klaten Regency in order to establish appropriate marketing strategies to satisfy and increase public interest in trusting the quality of services provided by the hospitals. The novelty of the research lies in integrating the concepts of competitive advantage and performance quality of religious-based healthcare institutions through positioning mapping using multidimensional scaling models. In the final stage of the research, it is expected to form a positioning map for each religious-based hospital, thus creating competitiveness among each leading hospital in Klaten Regency in anticipation of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and attaining optimal sharia economic growth in the healthcare sector by 2045

Abstract

The purpose of this research to examine the effect of profitability ratio, activity, leverage, and cash flow to financial distress at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021. The population were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was 99 companies. The analytical methods used include descriptive test, classical assumption test including normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypotheses testing using multiple linier regression analysis method, simultaneous test, partial test, and test of the coefficient of determination. The results showed that profitability ratio and cash flow had a negative and significant effect to financial distress, leverage had positive and significant effect to financial distress, while activity had no effect to financial distress.

Abstract

Performance is an effort made by an employee to carry out a responsibility given by the company. Performance is a serious concern to achieve company success because without its presence the company will experience difficulty in achieving the desired targets. This research aims to examine the influence of teamwork, communication and work discipline on performance. The sample consisted of 81 employees from one company in Klaten Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The method used is a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The research instrument was tested using validity and reliability tests. Next, the collected data was analyzed using multiple linear regression tests using SPSS 25. The research findings showed that teamwork had a positive but not significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, communication and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of comunication, work environment, and work motivation on employees performance at PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk in Sragen for the 2018-2021. This research is a quantitative assessment of the data collection method used in this study using a questionnaire by giving a set of questions or written questions to the respondent to answer. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression model, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that there is no effect of communication on employee performance. The influence of the work environment also has positive results and the influence of motivation on employees also has positive results in the company. When these variables have a positive effect and increase company productivity. These things indicate that the communication of work environment motivation is significant and improve employee performance and develop the idea of commitment and responsibility at work.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menguji peubah gayut perilaku beli vaksin berlabel halal dipengaruhi tiga peubah bebas yaitu nilai- nilai keyakinan konsumen terhadap vaksin label halal, keamanan-produk terpersepsi dan kesehatan-produk terpersepsi dengan satu peubah pemoderasi religiusitas-terpersepsi. Disain penelitian berupa riset kuantitatif survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam riset awaltahun pertama dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Responden diambil sebagai sampel merupakan konsumen Muslim dewasa yang telah mengonsumsi vaksin label halal Flu-Bio, CoronaVac dan Vac2Bio di wilayah Kabupaten Klaten sejumlah 100 responden. Uji kuantitatif terhadap model dilakukan secara Structural Equation Model. Tahapan uji model meliputi uji kesahihan dan keandalan indikator, uji deskriptif responden dan deskriptif peubah, uji statistik inferensial, uji asumsi klasik serta uji peubah moderator multi-grup. Uji peubah pemoderasi menggunakan alat bantu program statistik perangkat lunak AMOS 21

Abstract

Higher education plays an important role in driving change towards global competitiveness by providing motivation and producing graduates to become entrepreneurs. Increasing the number of entrepreneurs is expected to create jobs and reduce unemployment. This study aims to find a model for developing entrepreneurship among academics. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. The purposive sampling technique was used as a sampling technique for the study, with the number of samples is 20 informants who had participated in the entrepreneurship development program, using a questionnaire. The results of the study showed that: students generally have a positive perception of entrepreneurship, with a high interest in entrepreneurship, and have sufficient potential to become new entrepreneurs. However, there are still limitations, including limited capital, the ability to read business opportunities and the courage to start a business.
