Abstract

Competition between schools is currently increasingly competitive.Formal education, in this case schools, is experiencing major changes in theform of the global educational environment. Integrated Primary Schools areschools that have emerged as an alternative solution to some communities'concerns about school quality. This article will specifically discuss howservice marketing is implemented at SDIT Muhammadiyah PK RabbaniKlaten. The marketing management process consists of profile, planning,organizing, implementing, monitoring, supporting and inhibiting factors,marketing management results. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment, motivation and work environment on employee performance of PT. BPR Artha Daya. The population of this research is the employees of PT. BPR Artha Daya totaling 52 people and all of them were used as research samples This research is a quantitative assessment of the data collection method used in this study using a questionnaire by giving a set of questions or written questions to the respondent to answer. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression model, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that there are recruitment has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. BPR Artha Daya, motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. BPR Artha Daya., and the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. BPR Artha Daya.

Abstract

In this study, the author aims to detirment, test and develop the influence of digitalization, entrepreneurial marketing and experiential marketing on millennial generation consumer satisfaction in Sakura Hills Tawangmangu. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The method used in sampling in this study is non-probability sampling with accidental sampling method. The determination of the sample is based on chance. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents. The data collection carried out in this study is primary data with a survey method using written questions in the form of a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, calculations performed using the SPSS test. Digitalization, entrepreneurial marketing and experiential marketing have a positive and equal effect on consumer satisfaction of the millennial generation in Sakura Hills. Digitalization has a positive and significant impact on millennial generation consumer satisfaction in Sakura Hills. This means that if the digitization system is improved, visitor satisfaction will increase. Entrepreneurial marketing has a positive and significant impact on millennial generation consumer satisfaction in Sakura Hills. This means that if the manager develops opportunities based on the needs and desires of today's millennial generation consumers, then consumer satisfaction will be created. Experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on millennial generation consumer satisfaction in Sakura Hills. This means that if the quality of service is improved, it will create a memorable experience and a feeling of pleasure in visiting.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Cahaya Kharisma Plasindo both partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this research is Non Random Sampling with the Purposive Sampling method. The number of samples studied in this research was 95 respondents, employees of the production department of PT. Cahaya Kharisma Plasindo. The data analysis techniques used in this research are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this research show that work motivation has a partial effect on employee performance, work discipline has a partial effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has a partial effect on employee performance. These four variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work environment on employee work productivity, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were employees of UD Putra Nguripi, Masaran District, Sragen Regency. The number of samples taken was 98 respondents using a questionnaire and multiple regression analysis tools with the SPSS 22 program. The results of the analysis from this research show that motivation and the work environment have a significant positive effect on employee performance partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of firms’ disclosure about their CSR efforts (CSRD) on firm value during crisis periods, focusing on high-profile companies in the Asia-Pacific region. The analysis examines high-profile companies within the Asia-Pacific region during 2020-2021, using archival data sourced from the Thomson Reuters database. This study finds that CSRD significantly impacts firm value during crises. During times of crisis, transparency in CSR activities is especially valued, as stakeholders seek companies with continuous principles and ethical practices that bond as a commitment to firms’ social responsibility within their surrounding business environment. This positive reputation helps high-profile companies maintain stakeholder relationships and bolster their market standing during global challenges. It highlights CSRD as a critical strategy for enhancing firm value in crisis periods, underscoring the foundational needs of firms in fulfilling their transparency and responsibility to stakeholder trust and supporting a company’s resilience during global crises.

Abstract

The middle-income trap (MIT) represents a significant challenge for emerging economies like Indonesia, where middle-class stagnation obstructs the transition to high-income status. This study explores strategies for the middle class to overcome MIT by analyzing YouTube content from channels such as Timothy Ronald and Satu Persen. Using a qualitative approach with content analysis methods, the research identifies recurring themes in economic challenges and proposed solutions. Data collection involved thematic analysis of relevant videos discussing productivity enhancement, education, and innovation strategies. The findings indicate that overcoming MIT requires a shift from consumption-driven to innovation-led economic contributions, emphasizing skill development, financial planning, and adaptation to technological shifts. The study highlights the potential of digital platforms as tools for public education and empowerment, aiming to equip the middle class with actionable strategies to drive sustainable economic transformation..

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leaership style and work discipline on employee performance at BPR Semeru Purwodadi. BPR Semeru Purwodadi is a private banking sector. This research uses quantitative methods, data was collected through questionaires given to 58 employye BPR Semeru Purwodadi which comes from various divisions and levels. The questionaires measures the level of leaership style and work discipline in the company through the answers of each respondent, as well as assessing employee performance based on predermined indicators. The data obtained were in analysis using analytical techniques, which used were multiple regression tests, t tests, f tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The research population was 58 people with a sample of 58 respondents. The results of this research show that leadership style has a positive and not significant effect on the performance of BPR employee Semeru Purwodadi. While work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the perfomance of BPR employee Semeru Purwodadi.

Abstract

The purpose of this PPG Study Program research scheme is to analyze the satisfaction index model of Widya Dharma University Teacher Professional Program students from the quality of academic and non-academic learning services through analysis of the satisfaction value of each element. The research method used is quantitative research. Respondents in the research were 200 students. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. Quantitative tests in research in the form of primary data description tests and statistical value descriptions of each element. The results of this research obtained values that have the highest points and values that still have shortcomings of each element of academic learning quality, non-academic, satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether ethical leadership (X1), the whistleblowing system (X2), internal control (X3), ethical values (X4), and religiosity (X5) influence fraud mitigation (Y). Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 160 respondents, with 120 completed questionnaires returned. The analysis methods used in this study include descriptive analysis, instrument testing (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), and statistical tests (t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test). The findings of this study indicate that ethical leadership has a positive effect on fraud mitigation, the whistleblowing system has no effect on fraud mitigation, internal control has a positive effect on fraud mitigation, ethical values have a positive effect on fraud mitigation, and religiosity has a positive effect on fraud mitigation.
