Abstract

PT. PLN (PERSERO) as a State-Owned Enterprise to provide the best service for all electricity users in Indonesia, PLN which takes care of all aspects of electricity for the public interest throughout Indonesia. At first PLN used postpaid electricity kwh recording calculating tool, where the kWh meter recording used analog system. Several problems and complaints from the public regarding the use postpaid electricity in the form of late payments, meter recording errors and erratic bills, PLN specifically for the Sorong branch in collaboration with PT. Ido Sinergi as a service provider, especially in the work of recording kwh meters, must be able to provide satisfaction to PLN as its partner. When recording kwh meters, factors that often hinder activities in the field such as fence locks, closed houses, empty houses, tall meters, opaque meters, fierce animals, unloading meters, lost meters other unexpected factors. The purpose this study to find out the various factors inhibiting kWh meter readings in the field, the data obtained was then processed using data analysis tool used to answer the research problem using the Pareto Diagram. The conclusion from this study is that the inhibiting factors for reading kwh meters in the field are fence locks, closed houses, empty houses, tall meters, opaque meters, fierce animals, unloading meters, missing meters with a total of 598 constraints from 20,580 customers, along with the percentage pk 31%, rt 13%, rk 15%, mt 7%, mbrm 15%, hg 3%, mb 10%, mh 7%.

Abstract

Todays, the media industry encompasses all businesses that allow information to be shared (traditional and digital media). Media is vast, large, and ever-growing, and is an incredibly popular sector at the minute, and an extremely interesting area to research work in. This paper considered a news agency of media organization as a Decision-Making Unit (DMU). The aim of the study was to evaluate the role of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) indexes on measuring the efficiency of DMU. This was done by a new hybrid model of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), cooperative game theory and Shapley value index. The initial values of the DEA model were selected from among the BSC indexes in four perspectives (i.e., financial, customer, internal processes, and growth and learning). Finally, the proposed model was experimented on a case study and the computational results were obtained. The results showed that the profitability ratio with a Shapley value of 2.903 and the percentage of satisfied audiences with a Shapley value of 0.404 had the highest and lowest reflection in performance assessment, respectively. The rest of the results were presented and discussed in detail. This study can reveal scientific orientation to increase organizational performance to media managers and policymakers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the DANI BAKERY bakery's temperature and lighting measurement results based on Minister of Health Decree Number 1405/MENKES/SK/XI2002. And to find out whether the temperature and lighting measurements results at the DANI BAKERY bakery have met the standards set based on the Decree of the Minister of Health Number 1405/MENKES/SK/XI of 2002. Temperature and lighting levels are evaluated based on the established method. After obtaining data at each measurement point at the research location, the researcher processed and analyzed data. The results of the data analysis will be compared with existing regulations, namely the Decree of the Minister of Health Number 1405/MENKES/SK/XI2002 and also the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia NO 70 of 2016 concerning Temperature and Lightning. The evaluation results show that the temperature level measurement results have exceeded the threshold value, namely 33.09℃ - 33.48℃. Meanwhile, the lighting measurement results are below the lighting threshold value, namely 66.89 Lux - 67.67 Lux.

Abstract

Natural content that supports the need for raw materials and materials needed is provided by the nature around us, such as various plants, soil, water, natural stones, and others. Most of them can be further processed into raw materials for construction products, such as roof tiles and other infrastructure facilities. The financial feasibility aspect is important considering that the business can be categorized as a project, which requires a long payback period based on the accounting period. During this time period there are various things that are full of uncertainty which are influenced by the rate of inflation and bank interest rates, so that the value of investments issued and the income or money obtained now will be different from the value of money in the future, which is called with the value of time rather than money. It is hoped that the analytical tool will be able to provide consideration, input and anticipation for the future of the roof tile manufacturing unit project by paying attention to capital budgeting, which can then be analyzed from a financial aspect through payback period (PP), net present value (NPV), profitability index ( PI) and internal rate of return (IRR). In the roof tile manufacturing business, the PBP is 1 year, 8 months, 6 days faster than the maximum period of 8 years of the project value, positive NPV of IDR 536,821,468, PI of 2,841 greater than number 1 and IRR of 14,835 greater than the cost value of capital 12%. As a basis for decision making through a capital budgeting approach through financial analysis.

Abstract

The tourism village offers cultural, natural, and authentic culinary experiences, but the growth of tourism villages must be managed sustainably to address adverse environmental impacts. Stakeholder management becomes a critical factor in planning a sustainable energy-based tourism village development project. This research aims to identify key stakeholders in the development project of the "Kampung Emas" tourism village based on renewable energy, understand their roles and responsibilities, and formulate stakeholder management strategies. The research was conducted by interviewing key stakeholders in the project and analyzing the results using the RACI Matrix table. The analysis identified four main stakeholders: the Village Head, the Tourism Awareness Group Chair, the Restaurant Manager, and the Academician. The Village Head plays a strategic role as the information disseminator at the village level; the Tourism Awareness Group Chair is fully responsible for the critical phases of the project, the Restaurant Manager has responsibilities in technical and strategic tasks, and the Academician contributes significantly to the analysis of each task. The proposed stakeholder management strategy positions the Village Head as an information disseminator, the Tourism Awareness Group Chair as the primary spokesperson, the Restaurant Manager in strategic decision-making, and the Academician as a consultative partner. This approach is expected to support successfully implementing the renewable energy-based tourism village development project.
