Abstract

In order to meet the increasing demand for clean water, PDAM Tirta Pancur Aji Sanggau needs to analyze the demand for clean water for the Sanggau area, one of them is Sungai Sengkuang sub-district area which is one of the sub-districts in Sanggau City. This is done so that the need for clean water for the people of Sungai Sengkuang Village can be fulfilled. The clean water delivery system is carried out based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing concerning the Implementation of the Drinking Water Supply System Number 27/PRT/M/2016 concerning the Implementation of the Drinking Water Supply System, therefore for a drinking water supply system it is necessary to know the amount of water demand and usage . The population growth factor is very important for the design of the development of drinking water distribution in a city to determine its total demand. This study aims to determine the analysis of drinking water needs in SPAM IKK Sungai Sengkuang for the next ten years. Analysis of water demand in SPAM IKK uses population rate calculations, determines population projection methods, standard deviation and population projections. The projection method used in this study is the geometric, arithmetic and exponential methods. The results of calculating the total need for drinking water in Sungai Sengkuang Village based on population projections for 2021 and 2030 are 9.057 liters/second and 10.001 liters/second with a production capacity of up to 80 liters/second. So the needs for the next 10 years from 2021 to 2030 are still sufficient for Sungai Sengkuang Village. So that it is necessary to optimize the facilities and infrastructure as well as the performance in the Sengkuang River water treatment. Keywords: Drinking water needs, Projected population, SPAM IKK

Abstract

The population of Kubu Raya Regency in 2020 is 609,392 people. This will have a major impact on various sectors, especially housing and settlements. The population density in Kubu Raya Regency will continue increased every year in line with investment that continues to grow in various sectors. The increasing number of residential wastewater that needs to be treated before being discharged into water bodies is one of the impacts of an increase in population. Based on problem Therefore, it is necessary to design a domestic wastewater treatment plant to improve the quality of sanitation in Darussalam Permata Housing Complex. The purpose of this design is to obtain a domestic wastewater treatment design grey water useAnaerobic Baffled Reactor (ABR) in community settlements where this research was conducted at Darussalam Permata Housing Complex. The research was conducted by calculating the dimensional design and efficiency of the ABR unit wastewater treatment plant using population data, discharge and wastewater characteristics. Based on the results of the calculations that have been carried out, it is obtained a detailed design of the ABR unit wastewater treatment plant which includes the dimensions of the settling tank (1.5 m× 3 m × 1.8 m) and compartment dimensions (0.9 m× 1,11 m × 1.8 m) which consists of six compartments, while the processing efficiency in the settling tub is 30% COD, 32% BOD, and 68% TSS. Then the processing efficiency in the compartment is the COD parameter of 92%, BOD of 94%, and TSS of 60%.

Abstract

Land use hange dua to housing development can indirectly damage water catchment areas. One of the impacts is rain runoff that is greater than the absorption capacity of the soil, causing puddles immediately after the rain. Based on these problems, idea to test the effectiveness using a green roof compared to ordinary zinc roof against rain runoff. study aims to measure the comparison runoff discharge from ordinary zinc roofs and green roofs, analyze effectiveness of green roofs with slopes 10o, 15o and 25o, and find out the application of green roofs can provide alternatives to the rate of rain runoff. in the green roof use elephant grass vegetation with a size of 100 cm x 100 cm and artificial rain testing using a simple rainfall simulator assembled using a pipe with a size of 100 cm x 100 cm with a pipe diameter 1/2 inch. Tests using green roofs with slope variations 10o, 15o and 25o and variations in rain duration times 3, 5 and 8 minutes. After testing with different slope variations, the effective slope in this study is 10o slope with a percentage value obtained at a rain duration of 3 minutes is 95%, with a rain duration of 5 minutes is 93%, and a rain duration of 8 minutes is 90% and 10o slope can reduce quite high and the volume of rain runoff produced is small. Abstract

Acid mine water management can be carried out by active treatment and passive treatment. Acid mine water management in PT. Bara Prima Pratama is carried out with an active method by liming. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the composition of a mixture of fly ash and quicklime as much as 0.30 grams on the pH and TSS parameters of acid mine water. The neutralization process is carried out on a laboratory scale using experimental methods with the addition of fly ash coagulant and quicklime in 9 test variations. Significant pH changes with an initial pH of 3.3 occurred at dose variations of 10:90 (1st try, pH 8.1), 20:80 (2nd try, pH 7.9) and 30:70 (3rd try, pH 7.6). This shows that to neutralize the pH requires a greater dose of quicklime in the composition of the mixture (quicklime can increase the pH value quickly). Furthermore, TSS testing was also carried out 9 times with an initial TSS value of 123 mg/L. After neutralization was obtained, the TSS value continued to increase in proportion to the composition carried out (test 9, TSS value 219 mg/L) but still met environmental quality standards with a threshold value of 400 mg/L. This shows that the use of fly ash and quicklime does not have a major effect on TSS changes.

Abstract

Pembangunan proyek konstruksi di Negara Indonesia masih sangat berkembang pesat, mulai dari jalan, jembatan, gedung, rumah dan lain-lain mengalami perubahan-perubahan yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya, perbandingan ini dapat dilihat dari bentuk bangunan yang beragam dan struktur bangunan yang terus diperbaharui hingga kenyamanan dalam penggunaannya. Perkembangan industri konstruksi yang pesat selain memberikan manfaat juga menimbulkan resiko cukup besar, dimana industri ini dapat dikatakan rentan terhadap kecelakaan kerja (Ervianto, 2005). Kecelakaan kerja pada proyek konstruksi akan merugikan tenaga kerja, lingkungan kerja yang tidak aman dan kurang sehat juga berimbas pada terganggunya kinerja tenaga kerja. Oleh karena itu, saat pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi diwajibkan untuk menerapkan sistem keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3). Penerapan sistem K3 tentu memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan dan kinerja pekerja. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan K3 terhadap kepuasan dan kinerja pekerja studi kasus di proyek Rekonstruksi Ruas Jalan Sayung – Temu Kabupaten Bengkayang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada 55 responden untuk diperoleh hubungan pengaruh penerapan K3 terhadap kepuasan dan kinerja pekerja dengan metode analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel program keselamatan kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y) ini dibuktikan dengan nilai probabilitas 0,000 (< 0,05) yang berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan. Pada variabel program kesehatan kerja (X2) juga memiliki berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y) ini dibuktikan dengan nilai probabilitas 0,000 (< 0,05) yang berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan. Pada variabel program keselamatan kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerja (Z) ini dibuktikan dengan nilai probabilitas 0,05 (< 0,05) yang berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan. Pada variabel program kesehatan kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerja (Z) ini dibuktikan dengan nilai probabilitas 0,002 (< 0,05) yang berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan. Pada variabel program kepuasan kerja (Y) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerja (Z) ini dibuktikan dengan nilai probabilitas 0,001 (< 0,05) yang berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan sistem keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan dan kinerja pekerja pada proyek Rekonstruksi Ruas Jalan Sayung – Temu Kabupaten Bengkayang.

Abstract

The Kapuas River Basin (DAS) has great benefits for the community, especially for clean water needs. The community's need for water starts from the need for drinking water to the need for sanitation. But along the flow of the Kapuas River has experienced pollution. To prevent and improve river water quality, it is necessary to test the water quality in the Kapuas River area and find out the causes of pollution in the research location. This research was conducted in Sintang City as the upstream watershed and Pontianak City as the downstream watershed. Determination of water quality status is carried out using the STORET method. The results obtained, the water of the Kapuas River in the city of Pontianak is classified as heavily polluted. Meanwhile, the Kapuas River water in Sintang City is classified as moderately-severely polluted. The source of the pollutant comes from domestic waste. Efforts to prevent and improve water quality can be carried out by educating the local community regarding water quality and building a Communal WWTP to treat this waste.

Abstract

Wilayah Kecamatan Sungai Kakap termasuk dalam daerah rawan banjir. Wilayah ini merupakan kawasan pesisir yang memiliki curah hujan yang sangat tinggi dengan rentang bulan basah lebih lama dibandingkan dengan bulan kering. Dalam penanggulangan banjir di wilayah ini perlu diketahui debit banjir atau debit maksimum pada DAS Kapuas Kecamatan Sungai Kakap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besarnya debit banjir rancangan pada berbagai kala ulang tertentu dengan Metode Hidrograf Satuan Sintetis (HSS) Snyder. Hidrograf satuan sintetik dengan menggunakan metode Snyder yaitu berdasarkan hubungan karakteristik hidrograf dengan karakteristik pada DAS. Karakteristik DAS yang dimaksud dalam unsur – unsur hidrograf yang saling berhubungan yaitu ada luas DAS, panjang aliran utama, madan jarak antara titik berat DAS dengan outlet yang diukur di sepanjang aliran utama. Adapun nilai debit maksimum yang didapat yaitu pada periode ulang 2, 5, 10, 15, 20, 50 tahun masing-masing yaitu sebesar 367,01 m3 /dt, 508.434 m3 /dt, 528.481 m3 /dt, 612.773 m3 /dt, 631,856 m3 /dt dan 712.064 m3 /dt

Abstract

ABSTRACT Analysis of Potential Occupational Hazards and Their Control at Loading Ramp Station in Palm Oil Processing Plant with HIRAC Method PT Pundi Lahan Khatulistiwa is a limited liability company engaged in the plantation business and palm oil processing. Based on data on work accidents in the palm oil processing process of PT Pundi Lahan Khatulistiwa Kubu Raya Regency from 8 stations, the number of work accident cases from 2014-2021 was obtained, namely at the granding station there were 2 cases, the loading ramp station had 5 cases, the sterilizer station had 1 case, the digester and press station had 3 cases, the clarification station had 1 case, the nut and kerrel station had 2 cases, the boiler station had 2 cases, and the engine room station had 1 case. Based on this data, the researchers analyzed the potential hazards and controls at the loading ramp station which will be carried out using the HIRAC method. This study aims to determine the potential hazards that exist, conduct risk assessment and control. The data collection method used a hazard identification sheet and interviews with loading ramp station workers. The result of this research is that the potential hazard value for the medium risk category is 45%, high risk is 45% and extreme risk is 10%. From the potential hazards that have been obtained, hierarchy controls are carried out on the source of danger so that the risk level of extreme and high categories becomes medium by 45%, and the medium category becomes low by 55%. Abstract

PLN merupakan perusahaan BUMN yang bergerak dalam bidang kelistrikan. Di Indonesia sendiri perkembangan PT. PLN semakin hari semakin berkembang pesat, penggunaan teknologi dan peralatan operasional yang semakin canggih membuat keterlibatan manusia sebagai pekerja juga semakin banyak. Oleh karena itu perlu menjadi perhatian khusus dalam Penerapan Sistem Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) untuk setiap kegiatan operasionalnya. PT. PLN Unit Pelayanan Kegiatan (UPK) Singkawang Unit PLTU 3 Bengkayang 2X50 MW sudah menerapkan SMK3 yang baik, hal ini dibuktikan dengan pernyataan bahwa PT. PLN (Persero) UPK Singkawang pada tahun 2021 nihil kecelakaan kerja (zero accident). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran terkait penerapan pelaksanaan SMK3 yang telah dilakukan dan memberikan pemaparan secara singkat mengenai pembinaan K3 yang telah dilakukan oleh manajemen K3 sehingga berdampak pada tercapainya nihil kecelakaan kerja (zero accident) pada tahun 2021 di PT. PLN (Persero) UPK Singkawang Unit PLTU 3 Bengkayang 2x50 MW. Metode pengambilan data yang dilakukan menggunakan metode kuisioner dan wawancara dengan berpedoman pada Peraturan Pemerintah No. 50 Tahun 2012 Tentang Penerapan SMK3. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan nilai persentase dari penerapan SMK3 yang telah dilaksanakan oleh PT. PLN (Persero) UPK Singkawang Unit PLTU 3 Bengkayang 2x50 MW sebesar 85,54% dengan kriteria kesesuaian sebanyak 142 kriteria dari total penilaian untuk penerapan kategori perusahaan tingkat lanjutan sebanyak 166 kriteria, dengan tingkat pencapaian SMK3 yang memuaskan.

Abstract

The results of observations of acid mine water in KUD Sinamar Sakato is known by the presence of water in the settling pond has a pH of 5.2 besides that there is also the presence of brownish turbid wastewater. The purpose of the study was to analyze the quality of acid mine water after the addition of a mixed dose of alum and quicklime, analyze the amount of dose requirement of the mixture of alum and quicklime and the costs required to neutralize the acid mine water. The primary data needed are the pH of the water, the value of TDS. The quality of acid mine water after the addition of a dose of a mixture of alum and quicklime to the KUD Sinamar Sakato has met environmental quality standards for pH and TSS with a mixed dose of 0.25 g/l of quicklime plus 0.5 g/l of alum. The amount of need to neutralize acid mine water for field-scale doses required of alum mixture as much as 79.92 kg d an increase of 399.6 kg of quicklime per day. The cost required in neutralizing acid mine water with a mixed dose of alum and quicklime for 1 day for a total of Rp 4,075,920.
