Abstract

This study aimed to identify the correlation between learning motivation and learning outcomes in Pancasila and Civic Education of fifth-grade students of SDIT Nurul Ikhlas Kota Padang. This study used a correlational study with a quantitative approach. The population of the study was all the fifth-grade students of SDIT Nurul Ikhlas Kota Padang academic year 2023/2024 which consisted of 43 students. The sampling technique applied in the study was total sampling, as a result, the number of samples was the same as the number of the population. The data were collected through the instrument in the form of a questionnaire about learning motivation and also the documentation of students’ daily test scores for Pancasila and Civic Education subjects. The computer program SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) 25 version was used with the Pearson Correlation Product Moment as the technique to analyze the data. The result showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between learning motivation and learning outcomes in Pancasila Civic Education with rcount > rtable (0,0568 >0,301) in a significance level of 5%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the higher the level of learning motivation, the better the learning outcomes in Pancasila and Civic Education subject

Abstract

Field observations are conducted as a result of the poor student learning results, which form the basis of this research's motivation. This study tries to clarify how Team Games Tournaments (TGT), a type of cooperative learning, enhance learning results. Classroom action research (PTK), which combines qualitative and quantitative methods, falls under this category. 26 pupils from class V SD Negeri 05 Padang Pasir Padang served as the research subjects. The outcomes revealed that the assessment of lesson plans for cycle I produced an average score of 83.32% (B), and the score for cycle II increased to 97.22% (SB). The average level of teacher involvement was 80.35% (B) in cycle I, increasing to 96.42% (SB) in cycle II. While student activity has an average value of 80.35% (B) in cycle I and increases to an average of 96.42% (SB) in cycle II. Based on this, the Team Games Tournament Cooperative Learning methodology can, thus, improve student's learning outcomes in class V at SD Negeri 05 Padang Pasir, Padang City, during integrated thematic learning

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of application of new and creative ways of learning. Sometimes, when a group of people work together on this learning, they don’t work as well as they could. This study uses qualitative and quantitative research in the form of classroom action research (CAR). It was carried out in two cycles covering four stages, namely preparation, implementation, observation and reflection. Researchers as practitioners, class teachers as observers, and fifth-grade students at SDN 01 Pauh Padang City were the subjects of this study. The research findings revealed an increase: the observation of lesson plans in cycle I received a Good qualification (B) increased in cycle II to obtain a Very Good qualification (SB), the movement of educators in cycle I received a Enough qualification (C) increased in cycle II to obtain a Very Good qualification (SB), the actions of students in cycle I got the qualification Enough (C) increased in cycle II to get the qualification Very Good (SB), and student learning outcomes in cycle I got a score with the qualification Enough (C) increased in cycle II got an average score of Good ( B). Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that integrated thematic learning with the Project Based Learning model can improve the learning outcomes of fifth-grade elementary school students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the limited use of interactive multimedia in mathematics use in elementary schools that use Articulate Storyline 3. The purpose of this research is to produce valid and practical interactive multimedia. This study uses research and development (R&D) methods by using the ADDIE model, this model has five stages, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. the results of the material, media and language expert validation questionnaire on interactive multimedia with a very valid category score of 91,75%. Based on the teacher and student response questionnaire in the interactive multimedia trial school, it was very practical with a percentage of 95% of teacher responses and 92% of student responses, and the percentage of practicality so that they obtained high value. Thus, it can be concluded that interactive multimedia is valid and practical to use when studying

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that there is a lack of innovation in learning media that uses technology. The learning media that tends to be used is learning media in the form of teaching aids that exist in the environment of students such as used goods. This research aims to develop learning media based on Articulate Storyline 3 in integrated thematic learning for grade V in elementary schools that are valid and practical to be applied to the learning process. The type of research used is development research (R&D) with the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data from this study were obtained from validation sheets and response questionnaires. The validation sheet consists of material, language, and media expert validation. Meanwhile, the response questionnaire consists of teacher and learner response questionnaires. The test subjects of this research were 26 students consisting of 16 male students and 10 female students in class VA SDN 01 Bandar Buat. The results of this study as a whole obtained a final validation result of 94% with the category "very valid". The overall practicality results obtained a final result of 96.51% with the category "very practical". Thus, this Articulate Storyline 3-based learning media has been valid and practical to use.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low interest in learning mathematics and student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between learning interest and learning outcomes of class V Cluster III students in Batang Kapas District. The method used is the correlational method. The sample study was all fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 03 Bukit Tambu Tulang, Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, with a total of 30 students. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, questions, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using a manual formula with the help of Microsoft Excel, and the SPSS 16 computer program. From the data analysis performed, it was obtained a Pearson Correlation value of 0.415 and r-table with df = 81 at a 5% significance level of 0.361, which means that the count is greater than the r-table (0.415 > 0.361). The significance value of the linearity test obtained was 0.000, which was less than 0.05. This shows that there is a significant relationship between interest in learning and the learning outcomes of class V Cluster III students in Batang Kapas District. Keywords: Interest in Learning, Learning Outcomes, Mathematics
