Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the effect of the use of cooperative learning model type Numbered Heads Together (NHT) on the results of learning IPS five grade students SD Negeri Gugus IV Kecamatan Baso Kabupaten Agam. This research is a quantitative research with of Quasi Experimental Type Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sampling technique using Cluster Random Sampling technique with the sample number 44 students consisting of 20 students of class V SD Negeri 11 Koto Gadang and 22 students of class V SD Negeri Sungai Sariak. Based on the research that has been done, obtained tcount > ttable that is 2,547079>1,68385  with α = 0,05 so it can be concluded H1 accepted that there is influence the use cooperative learning model type Numbered Heads Together on student learning outcomes in social studies learning at grade 5th in SDN 11 koto gadang. Keywords : Cooperative Learning, NHT, Learning Outcomes, IPS

Abstract

This research is to find out the correlation which positive and significant between study habits with learning outcomes in mathematics of fourth grade students in model school No. 02, Bukittinggi. This research used quantitative approach with correlation research design. The research population consist of 102 students with 81 students as the research sample. The sampling technique used is a propotional random sampling. Collection methods are a study habits questionnaire and learning outcomes in mathematics documentation. Analysis prerequisite test used normality and linearity. Hypotheses testing used Pearson Product Moment with sig.5%. The result showed that the study habits and learning outcomes in mathematics are categorized as moderate. The hypotheses test results also showed the  r-value bigger than the r-table value, with  0,820 > 0,218. Thus, it is concluded  that there is a positive and significant correlation between study habits with learning outcomes in mathematics.

Abstract

AbstractThis research approach to know correlation between the discipline of learning and students learning outcomes in learning civic education. Type of this research is quantitative correlational. Sample of this research is students of Primary school 10 ATTS and 12 Bukit Cangang, both of the two schools fulfill the research requirements of 50 students, which means that 19% of the population were selected based on cluster random sampling technique. The calculation of research data showed pearson correlation values rcalculation 0,978  > rtable 0,284.  Significance level α = 0,05. The coefficient of determination is 0,956 or 95,6% in a very strong category. This means that the learning discipline is very closely related to students learning outcomes. Keywords: discipline of  learning,  civic education learning outcome

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of learning with the Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) to the learning outcomes of students in learning science in Grades V Cluster III Elementary School District IV Koto second semester of the academic year 2017/2018. This research was conducted on the material describing the properties of light. This type of research uses quantitative research by using experimental methods, and experimental research design quasy. The research population numbered 121 students and sample by using cluster sampling. The sample was 60 students. According to the research that has been done, then obtained t> t table ie 8.212> 2.001 with α = 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected. The average student learning outcomes as measured by the posttest after learning, that the experimental class 86 and 70. So,  Ha accepted that there are significant learning model using Problem Based Learning (PBL) to the learning outcomes of students in learning science in Class V SD Cluster III Kecamatan IV Koto.
