Abstract

Nowadays, business competition brings many opportunities and challenges for entrepreneurs, especially businesses in the cosmetics sector. One of the cosmetic products that is often used by Indonesians is Wardah products. This study is to analyze the effect of digital marketing, product quality, promotion, brand image and trust on Wardah lipstick purchasing decisions. The data used in the study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sample in this study were 97 respondents with sampling using non probability sampling with accidental sampling method. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS v.26. Based on the results of this study, it shows that digital marketing, product quality, promotion, brand image and trust have a positive effect on Wardah lipstick purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Additional PT customers. PLN (Persero) Balikpapan Customer Service Implementation Unit experiences a decline every year. The decline in customers also shows an indication of a decline in employee performance. Factors that influence employee performance include transformational leadership, Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and work motivation. This research aims to: 1)Test and analyze the influence of transformational leadership on OCB; 2)Test and analyze the influence of transformational leadership on work motivation; 3)Test and analyze the influence of OCB on employee performance; 4)Test and analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance; 5)Test and analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Balikpapan Customer Service Implementation Unit. This research uses a quantitative approach, where data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires (primary data) to active employees who work at PT PLN (Persero) Balikpapan Customer Service Implementation Unit. The primary data source comes from the results of the questionnaire filled in by respondents. Data analysis using smartPLS. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. The research results show that 1)Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. 2)Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on work motivation. 3)Organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect on employee performance. 4)Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance. 5)Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Service performance and customer satisfaction are important factors in a public service. This is certainly when service performance can be maximized and customer satisfaction is also fulfilled will provide a positive assessment. One factor that can improve this is the PLN Mobile application. This application can be used online anywhere and anytime so that the service becomes more optimal. The formulation of the problem in this study is (1) how does the effectiveness of complaint handling through the PLN Mobile application affect the service performance of PT PLN (Persero) Balikpapan Utara Customer Service Unit; (2) how does the effectiveness of complaint handling through the PLN Mobile application affect customer satisfaction of PT PLN (Persero) Balikpapan Utara Customer Service Unit; (3) how does service performance affect customer satisfaction of PT PLN (Persero) Balikpapan Utara Customer Service Unit. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data mining using questionnaires. This type of research is explanatory research. The sample of this study was 150 users of PT PLN (Persero) North Balikpapan Customer Service Unit who had filed complaints through the PLN mobile application. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS software version 4. The results of this study are (1) There is an influence of the effectiveness of complaint handling through the PLN Mobile application on the service performance of PT PLN (Persero) Balikpapan Utara Customer Service Unit, this is based on the P-Values value of 0.049 < 0.05 and the positive T-Statistics value (1.986) > 1.96. (2) There is an influence of the effectiveness of complaint handling through the PLN Mobile application on customer satisfaction of PT PLN (Persero) Balikpapan Utara Customer Service Unit, this is based on the P-Values value of 0.000 < 0.05 plus the positive T-Statistics value (6.307) > 1.96). (3) There is an influence of service performance on customer satisfaction at PT PLN (Persero) North Balikpapan Customer Service Unit. This is based on the P-Values of 0.002 < 0.05 and positive T-Statistics values (3.044) > 1.96.

Abstract

Pada era modern sekarang ini kebutuhan pokok bukan hanya berupa sandang, pangan, papan maupun pendidikan tetapi perawatan kecantikan juga menjadi prioritas kebutuhan pokok bagi sebagian masyarakat, terutama kaum wanita. Salah satu perusahaan kecantikan adalah produk skincare MS Glow. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi branding (X1) dan kualitas produk (X2) terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (Y). Hasil penelitian ini bahwa strategi branding (X1) terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (Y) berpengaruh, begitu juga dengan kualitas produk (X2) berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (Y). Namun jika strategi branding (X1) dan kualitas produk (X2) digabungkan, maka berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (Y).

Abstract

Abstract. E-commerce telah menjadi salah satu landasan bisnis modern, mengubah cara transaksi antara pebisnis dan konsumen terjadi di seluruh platform digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna e-commerce, model bisnis yang ada, dan prinsip-prinsip fiqih Muamalah terkait perdagangan online. E-commerce mencakup berbagai model seperti B2B, B2C, C2C, dan C2B, yang masing-masing memiliki karakteristik, manfaat, dan tantangan tersendiri. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya kejujuran, transparansi, dan keadilan dalam e-commerce sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Syariah. Meskipun e-commerce menawarkan banyak manfaat, seperti biaya operasional yang lebih rendah dan akses pasar yang lebih besar, tantangan seperti keamanan data, peraturan yang tidak memadai, dan persaingan yang ketat masih menjadi perhatian utama. Memahami dinamika ini dapat membantu perusahaan mengoptimalkan strategi e-commerce mereka dan mencapai kesuksesan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan berharga bagi para manajer dan pemangku kepentingan dalam mengatasi tantangan dan memanfaatkan peluang di era digital.

Abstract

This research focuses on the role of digital marketing in the field of entrepreneurship using a systematic literature review method. With advances in information technology, digital marketing plays a very important role in the field of entrepreneurship. This allows business actors to increase operational efficiency, expand market share, and can trigger new innovations in business. This research aims to systematically examine the role of digital marketing in the field of entrepreneurship, both the benefits and the platforms used. The method used to analyze 100 scientific articles is a systematic literature review, then extracted using covidence to produce PRISMA. The results of this research show that digital marketing has a big influence on the sustainability and improvement of businesses in the field of entrepreneurship. The platforms that can be used for digital marketing in the entrepreneurial sector include Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok, E-Commerce, and Websites.

Abstract

Assets are an important element that must be managed well, because they support the success of operational activities in the regional government administration. The objective of this investigation is to find out whether asset management is implemented in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior Number 7 of 2024 concerning amendments to the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior Number 19 of 2016, and to find out what obstacles are encountered when reporting on fixed assets. active in Kolaka Regency. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. The data used in this research is secondary data. The research results show that the implementation of fixed asset management carried out by BAPENDA Kolaka Regency has been carried out thoroughly in accordance with Permendagri Number 19 of 2016 on the Technical Guidelines for Regional Property Management. , which has now been changed to Permendagri Number 7 Year 2024 concerning amendments to the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior Number 19 of 2016. Analysis of compliance with the implementation of legislation relating to the implementation of fixed asset management carried out by Kolaka Regency with the Minister of Internal Affairs Regulation Number 7 of 2024, so far there are still things that do not comply with legal regulations, such as the preparation of maintenance cards, which are related to the results of the maintenance that has been carried out. However, this does not hinder asset management.

Abstract

This study attempts to explore the influence of two main factors, Cash Holding and Financial Leverage, on Income Smoothing practices in the Transportation and Logistics sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2019 to 2023. With a quantitative approach and secondary data, this study selects samples based on purposive sampling from a population consisting of 37 companies, which ultimately resulted in 18 company samples. The Eckel Index is used to measure Income Smoothing, while the relationship between independent and dependent variables is tested using logistic regression through Eviews 12.0 software. The results of the study indicate that Cash Holding and Financial Leverage, as measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), have a significant influence on Income Smoothing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of organizational commitment in mediating the influence of workload and organizational culture on turnover intention at CV Surya Buana, Denpasar. The research objects include 41 employees of CV Surya Buana, with the sample selected using a saturated sampling technique. The Partial Least Square (PLS) model was employed for data analysis. The results show that workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, while organizational culture has a negative and significant effect. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Workload negatively and significantly affects organizational commitment, whereas organizational culture positively and significantly influences organizational commitment. Indirectly, workload increases turnover intention through organizational commitment, while organizational culture reduces turnover intention via organizational commitment. This study highlights the importance of managing workload and strengthening organizational culture to reduce turnover intention by enhancing organizational commitment.

Abstract

Competitive advantage can be obtained by using science and technology to learn how to use other resources effectively and economically, thus making intellectual capital a significant asset in today's business world. This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital (IC) on company performance, especially in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used was 91 companies and obtained a sample of 39 companies that met the research criteria. This research is a quantitative study with the type of data source is secondary data obtained from financial statements and annual reports which are tested using SPSS software version 27. Based on the results of the study, it is found that company performance as measured using ROE (Return on Equity) only has a positive effect on VAHU (Value Added Human Capital) and STVA (Structural Capital Value Added), while VACA (Value Added Capital Employed) has a negative effect. Suggestions that can be given for further research are to conduct research on a larger population and emphasize the importance of intellectual capital and company management and financial reporting standards.
