Abstract

The research was conducted at all junior high schools in Kuantan Tengah subdistrict with the aim of testing the role of knowledge sharing in mediating the influence of organizational culture on organizational performance. The population of this study was 197 people. Based on this population size, in accordance with the Krejcie and Morgan (1970) table, the sample size for this study was 132 people. The sampling method used in this research is Systematic Random Sampling. All respondents will be used to obtain primary data related to the variables, which will be collected through a questionnaire with a 1-5 point Likert scale. All data obtained will be analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. This research found that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on organizational performance, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on the dissemination of knowledge, knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on organizational performance, knowledge sharing mediates the influence of organizational culture on organizational performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted at PT. Tri Erdnov Rezeki with the aim of testing the mediating role of job embeddedness on the influence of psychological empowerment on organizational commitment. The population of this study was employees of PT. Tri Erdnov Rezeki totaling 85 people. Based on this population size, the sampling method used in this study is the saturated sample method where the entire population is sampled. All respondents will be used to obtain primary data related to the variables, which will be collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5 points. All data obtained will be analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. This study found that psychological empowerment has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment; psychological empowerment has a significant positive effect on job embeddedness; job embeddedness has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment; and job embeddedness mediates the effect of psychological empowerment on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the purchasing power of the community in the retail sector ahead of the Christmas and New Year (NATARU) celebrations in Rantauprapat City by examining the factors influencing purchasing power, including income, product quality, price, and business location. This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory research type, using a sample of 50 respondents who made purchases in the retail sector for NATARU celebrations. The partial results show that income, product quality, and business location have a positive and significant influence on purchasing power, while price has a negative and insignificant effect. Simultaneously, income, product quality, price, and business location have a positive and significant impact on purchasing power. The coefficient of determination value obtained is 78.2%, indicating that variations in purchasing power can be explained by income, product quality, price, and business location, while the remaining 21.8% is influenced by other factors not included in this research model. These findings indicate that increasing income, ensuring good product quality, and having a strategic business location can enhance purchasing power while maintaining competitive pricing to sustain consumer purchasing power.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the ability to repay credit of oil palm farmers at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) in Air Joman District, Asahan Regency. This study applies a quantitative approach with an associative research method. oil palm farmers who have credit loans at PT. BRI (Persero) in Air Joman District, Asahan Regency using a research sample of 60 people. Data were obtained through observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. Furthermore, data from the questionnaire were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results of the study obtained based on partial tests (t-tests) showed that each factor of living expenses, other loans, financial management, production costs and credit literacy had a positive and significant effect on the ability to repay credit of oil palm farmers at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) in Air Joman District, Asahan Regency, based on simultaneous tests (F-tests) it was found that the factors of living expenses, other loans, financial management, production costs and credit literacy had a positive and significant effect on the ability to repay credit of oil palm farmers at PT. Abstract

Human Resource Management is a very important thing in an agency or company. By having good and reliable human resources, the agency will be greatly helped in achieving success and well-executed goals and vision and mission which are influenced by teacher performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation, work environment, organizational culture, and work discipline on the performance of State Middle School teachers in Bumiayu District. The data used in this research is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires directly. The sample in this study was 109 respondents. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with a simple random sampling method. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS v. 26. Based on research results, it shows that leadership style, work motivation, work environment, organizational culture and work discipline have a positive effect on the performance of State Middle School teachers in Bumiayu District

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of human resource development analysis, job training and motivation on employee productivity at PT Nasco (Indopine) in Deli Serdang Regency. The approach method used is a quantitative approach with a type of quantitative descriptive research in the form of numbers and statistical analysis using SPSS Version 26. The population of this study were all employees of PT Nasco (Indopine) in Deli Serdang Regency totaling 68 employees, while the sampling technique was Non Probability Sampling using Saturated Sampling because the entire population was sampled if the population was below 100. The results of this study indicate that human resource development has a positive and significant effect partially on employee work productivity with a tcount > ttable value (15.492 > 1.99714), job training has a positive and significant effect partially on employee work productivity with a tcount > ttable value (3.122 > 1. 99714) and motivation has a positive and significant effect partially on employee work productivity with a tcount > ttable (5.689> 1.99714) and simultaneously human resource development, job training and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT Nasco (Indopine) in Deli Serdang Regency with a value of fcount > ftabel (865.735 > 2.75). The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. While the resulting coefficient of determination is 97.5% and the remaining 2.5% is explained by other independent variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how innovative tourism marketing techniques may boost visitor numbers in Siak Regency. The Siak Regency Tourism Office and Siak Sri Indrapura's tourist attractions carried out this study. A qualitative method was used to gather study data from 114 employees. The descriptive analytic approach was employed in this study to address research issues pertaining to innovative tourist marketing tactics in Siak Regency. According to the study's findings, the Siak Regency Tourism Office has implemented a tourism marketing innovation strategy that aims to increase visitor visits. This strategy relies on three of the five components of the current tourism marketing innovation strategy. A plan for product, service, and value-added innovation has been put into action by the Siak Regency Tourism Office. However, the Siak Regency Tourism Office has not yet put the elements of the process innovation plan and product quality innovation strategy into practice. Inadequate funding availability and low community involvement in Siak Regency's tourist development are the main challenges the Siak Regency tourist Office is now facing when putting innovative methods into practice.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the role of brand image on the influence of green marketing on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted on housewives in the Lubuk Begalung area of ​​Padang City who had purchased skincare products. Primary data will be collected for each respondent through a questionnaire given a score of 1-5 points. This research used a quantitative approach and involved 110 respondents offline through convenience sampling to take sample. Research data analysis used the SEM equation model with SmartPLS 3.0 software. Measurements and assessments have good relevance and predictive power. The results of the study that green marketing has a significant positive effect on brand image, green marketing has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, then brand image mediates the influence of green marketing and has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran budaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan komitmen karyawan PT SUCOFINDO Cabang Padang dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini karyawan PT SUCOFINDO Cabang Padang yang berjumlah 40 karyawan dengan penarikan sampel menggunakan total sampling sehingga sampel sebanyak 40 orang. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kemudian diolah dan diuji dengan menggunakan SmartPls 4.0. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan 1). Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan, 2). Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja , 3). Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan, 4). Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh variable budaya organisasi sebesar 37%, sedangkan sisanya 63% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain yang tidak ada pada penelitian ini. Selanjutnya variable komitmen karyawan dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi sebesar 66,2% tergolong sedang, sisanya sebesar 33,8% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain yang tidak ada pada penelitian ini. Serta variabel yang paling berpengaruh yaitu budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen karyawan sebesar 78,4%. Katakunci:

Abstract

The background of this study is based on the importance of positioning strategy in the modern retail industry, especially in the shopping center sector, to increase competitiveness and maintain customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the role of visitor satisfaction in mediating the influence of mall positioning on visitor loyalty at Pollux Mall Chadstone. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique through a questionnaire distributed to 200 respondents who have visited Pollux Mall Chadstone at least twice in the last three months. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method to test the validity, reliability, and relationships between variables in the research model. The results showed that mall positioning has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction (β = 0.65, p <0.001), and visitor satisfaction has a significant effect on visitor loyalty (β = 0.72, p <0.001). In addition, mall positioning also directly affects visitor loyalty (β = 0.48, p < 0.01), but the effect becomes stronger when visitor satisfaction acts as a mediating variable. The results of the Sobel test confirm that this mediation effect is significant (Z = 4.21, p < 0.001). The conclusion of this study confirms that an effective positioning strategy can increase customer loyalty, especially through increasing visitor satisfaction. The implications of this study indicate that shopping center managers need to pay attention to factors that shape positioning, such as comfort, facilities, and brand perception, to retain customers in the long term.
