Abstract

Realizing massive and equitable infrastructure development requires significant funding, while public demand for Sharia-compliant financial products is also increasing. This issue has prompted the government and relevant institutions to create Sharia-compliant financial instruments that can inject significant funding into these projects. One such Sharia-compliant financial instrument is Green Sukuk. Green Sukuk is an innovative, environmentally friendly form of financing. This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Sukuk on the massiveness of national infrastructure development through a literature review approach. This article takes a descriptive approach and utilizes content analysis as its research methodology. This method was chosen based on the need to adhere to existing theoretical foundations as a guide, ensuring that the focus of the writing aligns with the reality on the ground. The results show a significant relationship between Green Sukuk issuance and the level of massiveness of national infrastructure development. This study demonstrates the influence of Green Sukuk as a significant source of financing for the massiveness of infrastructure development in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of al-mas'uliyyah (responsibility) values in the management of PT Padang Jaya Farm's laying hen farm, assess the social impact on the surrounding community, and identify factors that support and hinder its implementation in business operational practices. The focus of the study covers four dimensions of al-mas'uliyyah values, namely mas'uliyyah diniyyah (religious), akhlaqiyyah (moral-ethical), ijtima'iyyah (social), and qanuniyyah (regulative). This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with the owner, and the surrounding community, direct observation of the farm's operational business activities, and documentation in the form of activity photos. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of al-mas'uliyyah values at PT Padang Jaya Farm is not optimal and integrated. The values of social justice (mas'uliyyah diniyyah) and ijtima'iyyah (ijtima'iyyah) have been implemented quite well, while the values of morality (mas'uliyyah akhlaqiyyah) and qanuniyyah (qanuniyyah) have not yet been  implemented optimally, particularly in environmental impact management and compliance with regulations, which are still administrative in nature.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions of Le Minerale bottled drinking water among university students in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 student respondents who have consumed Le Minerale. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results show that partially, price and promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while product quality does not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, product quality, price, and promotion significantly influence purchasing decisions. The Adjusted R² value of 0.261 indicates that 26.1% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 73.9% is influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings indicate that students tend to perceive bottled drinking water as a standardized product, making price suitability and promotional attractiveness more decisive than technical product quality.

Abstract

Delays in publishing audited annual financial statements (audit delay) remain a crucial barrier to transparency for consumer non-cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, particularly during the economic recovery phase of 2021-2024. Companies frequently miss the Financial Services Authority's (OJK) 90-day submission deadline, risking administrative sanctions. This study aims to empirically examine and analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of audit tenure and profitability on audit delay. A quantitative approach with causal associative explanatory research design was deployed. The research population comprised all consumer non-cyclicals sub-sector companies listed on the IDX during 2021–2024. Using a purposive sampling technique, a final sample of 53 companies was selected, yielding 212 observations over 4 years. Secondary data was gathered using documentation methods from audited financial reports on the official IDX website. The data analysis technique utilized panel data regression with the Random Effect Model (REM) estimation, processed via E-Views 14 software. The results demonstrate that partially, audit tenure has a negative and significant effect on audit delay (p = 0.0000), indicating that longer engagements with public accounting firms enhance audit efficiency. Conversely, profitability measured by Return on Assets (ROA) shows no significant partial effect on audit delay (p = 0.9898). Simultaneously, the F-test indicates that both audit tenure and profitability significantly influence audit delay (p = 0.0000), explaining 12.88% of the variance as indicated by the Adjusted R-squared. The study concludes that the auditor's familiarity and deep understanding of the client's business operations serve as the dominant factor in reducing financial reporting delays. The practical implication suggests that companies should maintain stable professional relations with audit firms within regulatory rotation limits, while continuously improving internal control systems to ensure effective monitoring of agents by principals.

Abstract

Farmers’ welfare remains a major issue in agricultural development, particularly in Lampung Province, Indonesia, where agriculture is a primary source of rural income. Despite increasing rice production, improvements in farmers’ welfare are often constrained by fluctuations in commodity prices, production costs, and inflation. This study aims to analyze the effects of rice production and inflation on the Farmer’s Terms of Trade (NTP) in the food crops subsector in Lampung Province in both the short and long term. A quantitative approach was employed using monthly time-series data from 2021–2025. Secondary data on rice production, inflation, and Farmer’s Terms of Trade were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Ministry of Agriculture. The Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model was applied to examine short-run dynamics and long-run relationships among variables. The results indicate that, in the short term, rice production has a negative and significant effect on the Farmer’s Terms of Trade, while inflation has a positive and significant effect in several lag periods. In the long term, rice production positively and significantly affects the Farmer’s Terms of Trade, whereas inflation has a negative and significant effect. The Error Correction Term (ECT) confirms a stable long-run equilibrium relationship among the variables. These findings imply that improving farmers’ welfare requires not only increased agricultural productivity but also stable inflation to maintain farmers’ purchasing power and support sustainable agricultural development.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the growing trend of ESG-based sustainable investment globally amid a shift in the orientation of young investors. This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Marketing, Eco-Efficiency, and Investment Knowledge on Sustainable Investment Decisions among young investors in Indonesia. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed involving 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling based on the criteria of being aged 18–30 years, having investment experience, and possessing exposure to sustainable investment or ESG-related information. Data were collected through a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.1. The findings indicate that Green Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Sustainable Investment Decisions (β = 0.231; T = 3.067; p = 0.002), Eco-Efficiency has a positive and significant effect (β = 0.329; T = 5.169; p = 0.000), while Investment Knowledge demonstrates the strongest and most significant influence (β = 0.411; T = 5.854; p = 0.000). The structural model demonstrates an R² value of 0.618 and predictive relevance (Q²) of 0.856. These findings confirm that improving green marketing communication, perceptions of corporate environmental efficiency, and investment knowledge simultaneously contribute significantly to sustainable investment decisions among young investors. Strengthening investment literacy and sustainability information transparency is therefore a strategic priority for encouraging greater participation of younger generations in ESG-based investments.

Abstract

The use of Instagram as a marketing medium for MSMEs continues to grow, but its effectiveness in driving consumer purchasing decisions has not been widely studied in the context of local culinary MSMEs. This study aims to examine the influence of digital marketing and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions for the MSME product Lumpia Beef Zoeya, marketed through Instagram. This research used a quantitative method with a causal associative approach, aiming to determine the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The study population included all consumers of Lumpia Beef Zoeya who made purchases between January and March 2026, either directly at the outlet in Tanah Lapang Sri Mersing or online through Instagram and GoFood. This study involved 104 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique, which selects samples based on specific criteria that align with the research objectives. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale. The data was then processed and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 software, using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The results of the study indicate that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a path coefficient of 0.345 and a t-statistic of 2.115. Online customer reviews also have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a path coefficient of 0.561 and a t-statistic of 3.602, and are the most dominant variables. Together, these two variables explain 76.6% of the variation in consumer purchasing decisions. These findings imply that MSMEs need to optimize their digital content strategies to attract and encourage consumers to actively provide positive reviews to improve purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The growth of the electric cigarette (vape) industry in Indonesia has transformed vape from merely an alternative smoking product into part of a modern lifestyle, especially among young consumers. In an increasingly competitive market, brand loyalty is no longer formed solely through functional product value, but also through emotional relationships between consumers and brands. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand authenticity on emotional attachment and brand loyalty, as well as to examine the mediating role of emotional attachment in the relationship between brand authenticity and brand loyalty among FOOM users at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Sumatera Utara. This study employed a quantitative associative approach involving 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS software. The findings indicate that brand authenticity has a positive and significant effect on emotional attachment (H1 accepted). Emotional attachment also has a strong positive effect on brand loyalty (H2 accepted). However, the direct effect of brand authenticity on brand loyalty was not significant (H3 rejected, p = 0.129 > 0.05), indicating full mediation by emotional attachment (H4 accepted). The R² value of brand loyalty was 0.833, indicating that brand authenticity and emotional attachment explain 83.3% of the variance in brand loyalty. These findings suggest that brand loyalty among FOOM users is not formed directly through perceptions of brand authenticity, but through the development of strong emotional attachment toward the brand.
