Abstract

Low student motivation and learning outcomes remain a persistent challenge in science education, particularly when conventional teaching methods such as lectures dominate classroom practices. This study aims to determine the influence of the application of the Teams Game Tournament (TGT) learning method in an effort to increase student motivation and learning outcomes in the food chain material of science subjects. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subject of the study is 21 students of class VII A MTSN 9 Indramayu. The data collection technique used observation, tests, and learning motivation questionnaires. The results showed that the application of the TGT method could increase students' overall learning motivation from 59.3% (Medium category) in cycle I to 77.0% (High category) in cycle II. Intrinsic motivation increased from 59.0% to 75.0%, extrinsic motivation from 59.0% to 78.0%, and situational motivation from 60.0% to 78.0%. Student learning outcomes also increased from an average score of 45.0 in the first cycle to 68.4 in the second cycle (an increase of 23.4 points or 52.0%). The percentage of learning completeness increased from 31.8% in the first cycle to 77.3% in the second cycle. Student activity increased from 40.9% in cycle I to 100% in cycle II. This study proves that the TGT method is effective in increasing student motivation and learning outcomes in science learning food chain materials.

Abstract

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in higher education is transforming learning processes and requires students to develop adequate AI literacy to effectively engage with AI-mediated learning environments. However, limited research has examined how AI literacy contributes to the development of higher-order thinking skills through student engagement mechanisms. This study aims to investigate the role of AI literacy in enhancing critical thinking and logical reasoning, with multidimensional student engagement behavioral, cognitive, and social engagement as mediating variables. A quantitative research design was employed using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach to analyze the relationships among the proposed constructs. The findings reveal that AI literacy significantly influences students’ behavioral, cognitive, and social engagement in learning activities. Furthermore, the three dimensions of engagement significantly contribute to the development of higher-order thinking skills, with cognitive engagement showing the strongest effect. The results also indicate that AI literacy has a direct and significant impact on both critical thinking and logical reasoning. These findings suggest that AI literacy functions as an enabling capability that supports deeper learning processes through increased student engagement. This study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence of the mechanism through which AI literacy promotes higher-order thinking in AI-supported educational environments and highlights the importance of integrating AI literacy development into higher education curricula.

Abstract

This study presents a systematic approach to measuring supply chain performance using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model-based Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Increasing global competition and post-pandemic supply chain disruptions have made performance measurement a critical priority for organizations seeking operational excellence. Despite the widespread adoption of the SCOR model, existing literature reveals significant gaps in its application within emerging economies and sector-specific contexts. This research employs a quantitative descriptive methodology, drawing on data from 120 respondents representing procurement, logistics, and operations functions across manufacturing firms. Using the five SCOR dimensions—Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Return—a total of 25 KPIs were assessed through structured surveys and validated through confirmatory factor analysis. Results indicate that the Deliver and Source dimensions record the lowest performance scores, signaling critical bottlenecks in distribution networks and supplier management. The study also reveals that organizations with integrated digital monitoring systems outperform traditional counterparts in three out of five SCOR dimensions. Findings contribute both theoretically, by extending the SCOR framework to manufacturing contexts in developing regions, and practically, by offering a diagnostic KPI dashboard for supply chain managers. This research underscores the urgency of evidence-based performance measurement as a foundation for supply chain resilience and sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

Technological developments are not only used as a medium for disseminating information but can also be used as a medium for marketing products and services. Amami event organizer is one of the companies engaged in providing services for exhibition events in the city of Cirebon in particular, this company has utilized internet services as part of their service marketing strategy. This study aims to optimize user access control using a Mikrotik-based Access Control List (ACL) to enhance network security and efficiency. Therefore, we need a method that can control internet access effectively and efficiently, the solution is to use the access control list method. The access control list method is a method that is specifically designed to carry out rules in determining the number of packets that may be used and passed by the router or should not be passed. Based on the results obtained from hypothesis testing, it is found that the T count is 37.291 and the comparison of the T table value is 1.724. So with the results that have been found, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. It can be concluded that optimizing user access control by using access control lists can work effectively and is well received by the amami event organizer company. In conclusion, the implementation of ACL using Mikrotik proves to be an effective solution for optimizing user access control and strengthening network security in organizational environments.

Abstract

The digitalization of public services in Indonesia is a national strategic agenda in order to improve the effectiveness, transparency, and quality of services to the community. This change requires the transformation of Human Resource Management (HRM) so that the apparatus is able to adapt to technological developments, digital work systems, and increasingly complex performance demands. However, the readiness of human resources in facing digital transformation is still a major challenge in various public agencies. This research aims to analyze the role and transformation strategy of Human Resource Management in supporting the digitalization of public services in Indonesia, as well as identify the challenges and opportunities that arise in the transformation process. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Data was obtained from various secondary sources such as scientific journals, books, government reports, and regulations related to the digitization of public services and HRM in Indonesia. The data is analyzed descriptive-analytically to gain a comprehensive understanding. The results of the study show that the transformation of HRM in the era of digitalization of public services includes strengthening the digital competence of apparatus, changing the work culture towards more adaptive and collaborative, and implementing a technology-based performance management system. In addition, leadership support, consistent policies, and ongoing training are key factors in the success of HRM transformation in digital public services.
