Abstract

Social skills need to be familiarized from an early age because children will carry these habits into adulthood. This study aims to find a learning model to develop social-emotional skills through hyflex learning. Face-to-face, hybrid (blended) learning should give early childhood flexibility to learn. HyFlex learning gives students choices about how they attend class through face-to-face, synchronous, and asynchronous technology. An alternative to achieving this goal is to develop a hybrid learning model that can be used to teach these early childhood social skills. The HyFlex Learning Model is a new form of learning in early childhood education. The selection of the model is based on the initial needs analysis in DKI Jakarta, where most ECCE educators need a learning model to develop children's social performance that can be applied during the Face-to-Face Meeting period to learning activities in PAUD which is limited in nature can be done optimally. The method used is research and development (Research and Development) which includes activities (1) researching and collecting information, including reading literature, observing classes, and preparing reports on development needs, (2) planning prototype components to be developed, (3) developing initial prototypes; (4) conduct limited trials, (5) revise, (6) test results, (7) revise product designs, (8) conduct field trials operationally, (9) make final revisions to the media, and (10) disseminate to various parties. The results of the model trial conducted obtained an assessment percentage of 83% with a decent assessment category, so this model is suitable for teaching Social Skills.

Abstract

An important factor for increasing the effectiveness of the PVD (Prefabricated Vertical Drains) is the value of sufficient discharge capacity so that the PVD can work optimally. The use of PVD is usually accompanied by the use of PHD (Prefabricated Horizontal Drains) as horizontal drainage and combined with preloading. In the field, the connection is made by winding the PVD to the PHD and then tying it with cable ties. The connection system can cause deformation at the top of the PVD thereby reducing the effectiveness of the PVD discharge capacity. This study aims to find the optimal PVD-PHD connection system for the discharge capacity which is affected by confinement pressure, overburden pressure, and hydraulic gradient with a PVD-PHD connection system discharge capacity tester. The test specimens used were PVD (5mm thick; 100mm wide) and Ph.D. (20 mm thick; wide: 100 mm, 200mm, and 300mm). 4 types of connection systems have been tried, namely connections A1 and A2 where the PHD is connected in a horizontal position, and connections B1 and B2 where the PHD is connected in a vertical position. Of the four connection systems B1, the connection system has the largest discharge capacity value and a significant increase in PHD width from 100 mm to 300 mm with an increase of 7.694% at 50 kPa overburden pressure and 1.0 hydraulic gradient the highest compared to other connection types

Usually, kombucha is made using tea, sugar, and water, then given bacteria and fungi to ferment for around 7 – 15 days. This research aims to see how the use of tea as a basic ingredient affects the taste and preferences of hoteliers in Batam, where 15 panelists carried out organoleptic tests on 8 samples of kombucha that have been prepared, where the only differentiating variable is the type of tea used, the results found that kombucha that is made from green tea is most liked by the panelists, meanwhile, the kombucha that is made from black tea is least liked.
