Abstract

human resource planning (HRM) activities can be said to be the beginning of all human resource management (MSDM) activities. However, HR planning is not the only burden borne by the Company's HR managers. All managers in an organization or company plan the needs and availability of human resources by the interests and progress of the organization. HR Planning is the process of how a company or organization meets current and future workforce needs. A literature review is a set of explanations for a very important part of a research report. The literature in this chapter reveals the thoughts or theories that underlie and support research. The theory presented in the literature review chapter is useful for researchers to explain the relationship between several concepts that will be used to explain research problems so that research results will be obtained that can answer the problem formulation contained in the research title. This study applies a qualitative design, namely research that focuses on on general principles that form the basis of the manifestation of a symptom of human life, or also patterns analyzed from socio-cultural indications through the culture of the community to obtain representations regarding the ongoing examples. According to John W. Creswell in the book Research Design, qualitative research is: So, in general, the notion of human resource planning is the process of analysis and identification by the organization of the need for human resources so that the organization can determine the steps that must be taken to achieve its goals. In addition, the importance of holding human resource planning is that the organization will have a clear picture of the future, and be able to anticipate the shortage of the required quality workforce.

Abstract

21st-century education in Indonesia faces significant challenges, especially in preparing the younger generation to face advances in information and communication technology. 21st-century skills, consisting of critical thinking, creativity, cooperation, communication, culture, and connectivity, are becoming the key to success in the world of work and social life. However, data such as Indonesia's low ranking in international studies such as PISA and TIMSS point to an urgent need to improve the education system. The achievement of perfection in the quality of life is the ultimate goal of education. This research uses qualitative methods with literature studies as the main approach. The implementation of character education in the school environment is the focus, involving planning, implementation, and evaluation. Various definitions and expert views on implementation are used to understand this process. The character development of students in the Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students project is the main key, not only the implementation of fun activities but also the formation of strong character. This process engages learners to the maximum, allowing them to grow into responsible and positively contributing individuals. Reflection becomes an important part of every activity, helping to identify strengths and weaknesses and determine next actions. This journal presents an in-depth understanding of the challenges and efforts in improving education in Indonesia, focusing on the character-building of students and the implementation of Pancasila values in the educational process

Abstract

Logistics activities urgently require integration from both infrastructure and management aspects, while logistics activities are currently partial and the development is spread across various Ministries. Therefore, strong governance is needed to support the effective implementation of coordination and to harmonize and integrate all national logistics system development policies. The purpose of this study is to identify the actors participating in the management of the multimodal logistics transportation system, examine the challenges associated with multimodal transportation institution coordination, and determine the function of each actor in multimodal transportation. The success of multimodal transportation in Tanjung Priok’s port as the biggest port in Indonesia has been proven to be hampered due to elements of conflict of interest and adverse selection of informal institutions, according to the findings of the analysis related to the role of actors and problems related to multimodal transportation institutions at ports in Indonesia. Therefore, it is necessary to develop strategies from short to long terms, such as creating a special coordination forum or institution that is ad-hoc in nature for 2-3 years until the core problems of multimodal logistics are completed with the form of the institutional structure being structural and functional, developing a code of ethics to ensure consistent implementation of the long-term agenda, including commitments from institutional coordination of multimodal transport, and to establish permanent institutions as coordination platforms and 'network' organizations to facilitate the strategy of the 'long-term relational contract' concept where the network's focus on practical coordination should be widened and deepened to include more policy coordination until the core problems of multimodal logistics are resolved through institutional forms in the form of Constitution

Abstract

This article recognizes the necessity of dealing with the reality of contradictory traditions and the need for theoretical solutions to resolve them. This is where Imam al-Shafi'i initiated and came up with alternative theories that can be used to solve the irregularities and resolve the incongruity of the traditions that seem to contradict each other. This study aims to find out the methods used by Imam Shafi'i in his resolution of mukhtalif traditions. The method used is descriptive-qualitative. This type of research is literature research. The results of this study indicate that there are several stages of theory and methodology used by Imam al-Shafi'i in resolving mukhtalif traditions consisting of the Jammu wa al-taufiq method, the naskh method, the target method, and tawaqquf. In detail, the Jammu wa taufiq method is further classified by solving through the usual fiqh approach, contextual understanding, correlative understanding, and by the take method. In addition, a settlement model was also found in the problem of tanawwu' al-ibadah. Knowing these details can be used as a basis for thinking in resolving traditions that are assumed to contradict each other. So that the substance
