Abstract

Facing the problem of the Indonesian nation which is being hit by a 'moral crisis', the concept of the national education curriculum contains a lot of character education concepts. This is a new challenge so that teachers immediately change the 'mindset' that originally the purpose of teaching to produce intelligent humans, to having to prioritize teaching to form character. Mathematical characteristics are abstract sciences, but the process of understanding must be conveyed through concrete media. In addition, the psychological development of elementary school children is in the urge to want to play and do fun activities. This research aims to get findings of mathematics learning models in elementary schools to form character. This drama-based learning model has been found with learning stages through the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. At the planning stage, the teacher prepares a drama script themeonut daily life events related to mathematical topics and character value competencies to be developed. At the implementation stage, students role-play according to the theme of the drama script. As for the evaluation stage, the teacher conducts assessments during learning or student activities.

Abstract

Payment of substitute money is an additional crime imposed by the panel of judges to recover state financial losses, as in Decision Number 51/Pid.Sus-TPK/2020/PN. Smg. The verdict is interesting to examine, what is the result of the panel of judges imposing additional penalties in the payment of substitute money in accordance with the purpose of the law, as well as how the view according to Islam. The study aims to analyze the consequences of the panel of judges imposing an additional criminal judgment on the payment of substitute money in Decision Number 51/Pid.Sus- TPK/2020/PN. Smg and his views according to Islam. The research is normative legal research, with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach, legal materials in the form of primary, secondary, and non-legal, the object of research is Decision Number 51 / Pid.Sus-TPK / 2020 / PN. Smg. Techniques for collecting legal materials with literature studies, with deductive analysis methods. The results of the study, as a result of which the judge's consideration did not clearly outline the calculation of state money used by the convict, imperfect defects, and non-achievement of legal objectives. Additional penalties for payment of substitute money according to Islam can be imposed on the convict because the property of Allah SWT is a mandate that must be accounted for its use

Abstract

Beginning in 2020–2022 during the COVID-19 epidemic, a company experienced a lot of productivity decline, employers need to think about how productivity is maintained and increased from various existing conditions. In 2023 the COVID-19 pandemic became an endemic, and the economy began to grow from various sectors, the research aims to describe clearly and completely the collaboration of trade unions and employers on company productivity through the fulfillment of welfare for workers that have an impact on company productivity in the pandemic of Covid-19. Descriptive qualitative data collecting is the research methodology used through unstructured interviews, field research, and literature study for data analysis techniques using data reduction techniques that focus on the relationship between collaboration and productivity. The results of this research conducted at PT X, which is engaged in the electronics business for the defense and infrastructure industries, the first problem shows that trade unions take a role to encourage companies not to reduce the welfare facilities that have been provided and improve existing welfare facilities during the Covid-19 pandemic. The second problem, based on the report data from 2020 to 2022, the fulfillment and improvement of welfare is well proven and has an effect on increasing productivity for the company, besides that the pattern of harmonious industrial relations and conducive working conditions can make communication between trade unions and employers well as prevent disputes and be a factor in increasing productivity in company X. Result in this research is that companies should maintain the fulfillment of welfare and maintain the collaboration that has been implemented so that worker productivity continues to grow positively.

Abstract

Samase is one of the MSMEs from Bandung that was established in 2014. Samase is engaged in fashion, especially men's Muslim clothing. One of its superior products is koko clothes consisting of koko shirts and koko kurta, but the sales of koko clothes have not been able to meet the set target, this is due to product attributes that are not by consumer desires. This study aims to formulate a combination of attributes and the level of attributes on Samase koko shirt products that are considered important by consumers, by compiling recommendations for improving the right koko clothes attributes according to consumer desires and comparing them with existing attributes. The questionnaire in this study was distributed online to consumers who had bought and used koko clothes products from Samase, totaling 108 respondents. The results of the questionnaire were processed using conjoint analysis to determine consumer preferences. Based on calculations using conjoint analysis, it is known that consumer preferences with the highest utility value are, supernova material, long sleeve size, koko shirt model, deep color, basic collar, printing motifs, and price in the range of Rp. 200,000 - Rp. 300,000

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative method with the aim of proving the influence of Lifestyle, Brand Image, and Product Design directly and indirectly on Purchase Decision. This study used 150 respondents from student of Smartphone Top Brand 2023 in DKI Jakarta as primary data, and secondary data researchers obtained through various references related to research. Data were collected using purposive sampling technique and analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis techniques with the help of SmartPLS software. So that data processing obtains the results that (1) Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision, (2) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision, (3) Product Design has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision, 4) Lifestyle, Brand Image, and Product Design both have a positive effect on Purchase Decision.

Abstract

The notary has permission to legalize private deeds requested by the party. However, private deeds often contain elements of unlawful acts. This research aims to describe the responsibilities of notaries towards their profession as public officials who make authentic deeds, and to describe the responsibilities of notaries regarding private agreements that contain elements of unlawful acts that have been legalized. The method used in this article is normative juridical, namely the study of secondary data using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach that has analytical descriptive research specifications. The results of the research in this article are: firstly, the responsibility of a notary towards his profession as an official who makes authentic deeds is only limited to the formal form of authentic deeds, not to the contents of the deed, every action carried out by a notary can be held accountable if there is a violation committed and this action can cause losses. for the parties. Second, the notary's responsibility for private agreements that contain elements of unlawful acts that have been legalized, namely that the notary does not dispute the contents of the private deed even though it contains an unlawful act clause.

Abstract

Disabled schools are an opportunity for educational services that must be optimally emphasized and highlighted for children with disabilities, have significant implications for special/special education, and joint education centers or joint learning must have programs and systems, namely inclusive education, responsibility/accountability and learning accessibility, positive behavior and collaboration. Students with disabilities still do not understand and can get an education, because there are still many obstacles or obstacles related to physical human activity. With problem-solving methods as well as developing the ability to analyze and read symptoms critically every movement that can occur around. Behavior in children with special needs varies depending on the needs required, in a building and especially in architectural spaces can be realized by architectural elements. Designed based on the need for function and to accommodate children with disabilities to get early/basic education with future interests to be able to care for themselves. The role and guidance of parents is also expected to be a major consideration and an important factor. So, it is hoped that the Planning and Design of Schools with Disabilities in Basic Education with the Behavioral Architecture Approach in Surabaya will become one of the reference considerations in designing schools with disabilities in basic education

Abstract

This study aims to identify and prove the effect of in-store displays, product quality and price discounts on impulse buying decisions at the Indah Embroidery store in Sidoarjo. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach, with a sample of 100 respondents, namely consumers at the Indah Embroidery shop who live in Sidoarjo with ages 18-45 years. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results showed that in-store displays, product quality and price discounts proved to have a significant effect on impulsive buying at the Indah Embroidery shop in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

The background of this research is the role of the PAI teacher in increasing prayer interest in students of SMP Negeri 1 Baturetno Wonogiri. This research method is qualitative, by interviewing teachers and conducting a survey using Google form at SMP Negeri 1 Baturetno. The results of the research are: teachers become supervisors, teachers become administrators, teachers become educators, and teachers become innovators. The inhibiting factors that are felt are: many students still don't immediately go to the mosque, students are found to go to the canteen, students who are still praying alone so they don't attend congregational prayers, places of worship that are less extensive so they cannot accommodate congregational prayers, there are other factors from the influencing parent. The solution to the inhibiting factors is: for the school to expand places of worship even though until now it has not been perfect, the teacher should inform the parents of students to carry out congregational prayers at home, as educators they must treat students fairly, interact with noble character, give advice and motivation.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is the general attitude of an individual person towards the work he does. Someone with a high level of job satisfaction shows a positive attitude towards their job, while someone who is dissatisfied with their job shows a negative attitude towards their job. High job satisfaction is a sign that the organization has carried out effective behavior management. Supervisory Management or Supervision Management is the process carried out by the supervision executor in supervising and directing, and striving to foster and improve the ability of the supervised party in order to carry out the tasks that have been given efficiently and effectively. The quality of supervision and good supervisors significantly and positively affects job satisfaction, the quality of supervisors greatly determines high job satisfaction. Research Objective: want to know whether there is a relationship between the quality of supervision management by supervisors with nurse satisfaction in hospital "AH". Method: quantitative research using cross sectional approach method. Data collection techniques are carried out by collecting primary data, namely by using questionnaires given through Google Form to respondents. Research Results: there is a significant relationship between the quality of supervision management and the job satisfaction of nurses at Hospital "AH" Conclusion: The better the quality of supervision management, the higher the level of job satisfaction of nurses at Hospital "AH". Suggestions: make a strategy plan for improving the quality of supervision management, selection of supervisors and training supervisors
