Abstract

Advances in internet technology have given development to buying and selling online. This causes the consumer's position to become weaker in front of the seller because the product to be purchased cannot be checked directly, so if defects are hidden, this can harm consumers. Due to the large number of cases of product defects that occur, this paper will discuss liability for product defects both from the perspective of the electronic transaction information law and according to marketplace policies. According to the ITE Law liability can be in the form of imprisonment and according to the marketplace policy, it will get accumulated penalty points. This study uses normative research methods whereas the data collection technique uses library research. The purpose of this research is so that people who are victims of product defects know what steps to take in seeking accountability according to applicable laws and policies.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) in the deployment process of the Academic Information System application at Paramadina University, where the application development process still uses manual methods. CI/CD is an approach in software development that enables development teams to automatically integrate code, run tests, and deploy applications periodically and continuously. The purpose of this research is to implement CI/CD in the deployment process of Academic Information System applications so that the development process becomes more effective and the quality of the resulting application is better and more adaptable to changes. The method used in this research is the qualitative method by conducting direct observation to collect data. The results of the research show that by implementing the stages of CI/CD, the application deployment process becomes more efficient and can provide a solution to the problems that arise in the previously conventional or manual application deployment process. The results of this research can serve as a guide for development teams and operations who want to adopt CI/CD in the application deployment process, as well as provide insights for researchers and practitioners to optimize the use of CI/CD in software development.

The performance of the Nasional Banking sector which is the pillar of the economy in Indonesia also affected the covid-19 pandemic. The general bank’s profitability statistics-ROA statistics released by the financial service authority during the COVID-19 pandemic experienced a significant decline, The average profitability of ROA before the COVID-19 pandemic of 2.5% down to 1.5% during the COVID-19 pandemic. Researchers compared the performance of national banking in this case the public bank over several independent variables against dependent variables before and during the covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of the research is: 1. To find out the influence of Non-Performing Loan (NPL) on profitability on national banking before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, 2. To find out the influence of Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on the profitability of national banking before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, 3. To find out the influence of asset growth on profitability in national banking before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, 4. To find out the influence of Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Debt-to debt-equity ratio (DER), and asset growth simultaneously on profitability in national banking before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is quantitative with secondary data sources.

Abstract

The preparation of this paper is a form of implementation related to the paper entitled Navigating Amid Uncertainty in Spatial Planning by Zandvoort, M., and friends in 2017. The paper contains the form of uncertainty faced by planners in the planning process. Uncertainty is divided into 3 types, namely ontic uncertainty which does not know a phenomenon to a certain degree, while epistemic uncertainty is a phenomenon that can be known to a certain level, and ambiguity uncertainty is knowledge and different perceptions of a phenomenon. One form of uncertainty that occurs in planning is climate change. The phenomenon of climate change is a phenomenon caused by human activities either directly or indirectly. This activity triggers changes in the composition of gases in the atmosphere within a certain time. The countermeasures are in the form of mitigation and adaptation measures. One form of climate change mitigation and adaptation is the utilization of biogas. Biogas is a gas that comes from anaerobic activity (fermentation) from organic materials such as animal manure. The state of Indonesia has a large number of livestock and of course, produces manure. If left unchecked it will become pollution. For that, it needs processing to become something useful. Biogas has benefits as a new energy that can be utilized. Besides that, biogas can fight the greenhouse effect, which triggers climate change. In Indonesia, not all provinces where people process livestock manure into biogas for daily use.

Abstract

To ensure operational continuity, reduce risks to businesses, and optimize investment returns and business opportunities, information security is an essential element in ensuring the protection of information from different threats. Information protection may be facilitated by the implementation of international standard frameworks, given that a set of standards or provisions is needed to achieve and maintain an adequate level of safeguards for the use of assets. The Ministry of XYZ is handling various important, highly confidential, and sensitive data. Therefore, information protection is not only essential but also mandatory. The organization has implemented ISO 27001:2013 in Pusat Data dan Teknologi Informasi (Pusdatin) and called the security management standard Sistem Manajemen Keamanan Informasi (SMKI). However, according to the Cyber Security Maturity assessment result by a public institution in 2022, there is still a wide gap between the technical implementation and the governance itself. Therefore, to improve the good governance of information security, we need to specifically evaluate the maturity of SMKI itself. This study will use the ISO 27001:2013 Compliance Checklist.

Abstract

The inspection process at the workshop service repair in this study is a crucial step in terms of providing speedy service to customers. The amount of waste and non-value-added activities in the inspection process is the main problem that must be corrected to increase competitive advantage. This study aims to determine the application of Lean Services in the inspection repair process at workshops service repair using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) method and the LCM (Lean Consumption Map) tool. This study uses qualitative research methods based on direct observation of work processes and areas, interviews with several competent informants (internal and external), and analysis of forms and procedures documents. From the results of the search, it was found that research on the application of Lean Services is still limited to a few public service sectors, while similar research in the workshops service repair business is still rare and/or in its early stages. The results of this study found that the Lean Services concept with the DMAIC method and LCM tools can be applied and can improve the inspection process in workshops service repair. Then indirectly provide added value, increase trust, and increase customer satisfaction, which can be applied to other similar service workshop businesses. One of the biggest challenges in implementing Lean Services in the workshops service repair business is the non-systematic characteristics of the workshop business, the different types of work, and the varying characteristics of customer satisfaction. This research tries to contribute to and expand the evidence on the application of Lean Services to improve business repair services and encourage research on other similar businesses in the future.
