Abstract

The Muslim population that has great potential in giving zakat is Indonesia. One of the functions of zakat is as a social fund that can be used to overcome social problems such as poverty that occurs in society. Of course, an appropriate formulation is needed to utilize zakat assets to overcome these social problems. Among the efforts is to build a paradigm that the use of zakat must be productive, educational, and economical so that in the end, zakat recipients (mustah}iq) will leave the mustahiq zone and will automatically enter the mandatory zakat zone (muzak). Productive zakat is giving zakat that can make recipients produce something continuously through the zakat assets they have received. This program can not only help underprivileged people. However, it can also enable people who have been economically deprived and have always been zakat recipients to change their position to become muzakki. This research describes productive zakat and its empowerment in Indonesia. Apart from that, we also found that productive zakat is very powerful in playing its role as one of the sharia financial instruments in Indonesia in empowering and alleviating poverty through the philanthropic institutions that support it.

Abstract

Technology is a rapidly evolving field in recent times, capable of solving various problems across different sectors. One problem addressed in the government sector is the emergence of e-government, a movement where technology is utilized to carry out government activities more effectively. One form of implementing e-government is through the application of e-inventory. The purpose of developing this application is to provide a solution to issues related to documenting state-owned goods, such as errors in manual data recording, lack of real-time data updates for the goods, and difficulties in accessing data during inspections conducted by the Inspectorate or the Financial Audit Agency (BPK). These problems often occur in government offices with a large inventory, such as the Regional People's Representative Council of Berau (DPRD KAB.Berau), which still faces challenges in recording inventory items. Therefore, an Android-based e-inventory application has been developed to facilitate activities such as updating inventory data, documenting goods, and simplifying data retrieval.

Abstract

Metaverse, as one of the innovations of technological developments, can present copyright in it, such as the existence of NFTs in The Sandbox metaverse. The existence of NFTs as digital copyrights in The Sandbox raises problems, one of which is that legal regulations in Indonesia need to regulate the ownership and position of NFTs clearly, and no system can confirm the authenticity of these NFTs. This study aims to determine the protection of NFTs in The Sandbox metaverse and to find out the technical settings in The Sandbox metaverse to protect NFTs based on legal, technological, and theoretical aspects used in research. This research uses normative juridical methods by analyzing laws, regulations, and legal literature. Although not explicitly regulated in Indonesia's positive law, NFT as a digital work in The Sandbox is an object of copyright referring to the Copyright Law. Electronic systems may seek the use of architecture or technology ("code") in conjunction with market modalities, social norms, and laws to protect copyright

Abstract

This paper intends to examine and analyse the determination of suspects by the high prosecutor's office in the land acquisition corruption case in the Padang - Sicincin Toll Road construction project. Research using a normative juridical approach reveals that legal instruments fail to show justice, where the determination of the suspect in this case is detrimental to the people. Therefore, according to the author, it is necessary to re-analyze the procedure for naming suspects by law enforcement officials so that legal certainty can be found and the decision to designate suspects does not harm the people. The results of this study showed that there are no definite legal provisions on how the prosecutor's office can determine a suspect. Choosing the suspect so far is still in a grey area because there are no explicit provisions regarding "preliminary evidence" to determine the suspect. On the other hand, the panel of judges, in their considerations, decided that the subsidiary charges were not proven and had not been legally and convincingly proven guilty of committing a criminal act. On the other hand, the panel of judges, in their considerations, decided that the subsidiary charges were not proven and had not been legally and convincingly proven guilty of committing a criminal act.

The number of bad records regarding the management of the Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) and the large number of generations of Indonesian Muslims who are illiterate of the Qur'an seems to be caused by a lack of knowledge of the Qur'an and implementing learning management properly and correctly. Abstract

The inheritance system in Balinese customary inheritance law is known as the kapurusa system. This kapurusa system is patrilineal and is inspired by Hinduism. The issuance of the Decree of Pasamuhan Agung MUDP Bali Province in 2010 was an initial milestone in the change in the mindset of granting inheritance rights to girls and boys who married nyentana or married out with their wives. Therefore, it is necessary to research the dynamics of inheritance according to Balinese customary inheritance law and its relationship with Hindu law regarding inheritance. Using empirical-normative legal research methods, the findings in this research are the development of a shift in thinking that only sons have the right to inherit the gunakaya or wealth of their parents, which has begun to be seen from the existence of financial gifts or bequests which were previously not done by many people. Parents to their daughters or sons who are getting married is illegal, but now it is common practice. The connection between Hindu law and Balinese customary inheritance law in the field of inheritance can be seen from adopting the kapurusa or patrilineal system in Hindu law. However, it still allows daughters to be the principal heirs by being confirmed as sentana jeg or elevated to equal status with sons.
