Abstract

An innovative step in achieving the total realization of E-government is not only carried out through generating an idea and mutual agreement between government institutions in the city of Bandung. The government must also pay careful attention to the factors that underlie the government's actions. Apart from fulfilling digital services based on information technology, the government must also be able to predict what will later cause the gap between public needs and the reality that occurs during the process—implementation of E-Government for the Bandung Smart City program. Through a literature study approach, this research focuses on theoretical development and by collecting secondary data, the results of the research have shown that the Bandung City Government has continuously attempted to optimize E-Government by strengthening regulations and continuous evaluation, which in turn will optimize the accountability of public services based on information technology in each area in the city of Bandung and also maximize the implementation of the Bandung Smart City concept by minimizing community gaps in each area in the city implementation of the Bandung Smart City concept by minimizing community gaps in each area in the city.

Abstract

Meninting Dam is located on the Meninting River, Meninting Watershed WS Lombok. Administratively, the location of this dam is located in Bukit Tinggi Village, Gunungsari District, and Gegerung Village, Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency. It is planned that Meninting Dam has a height of 79 m, the type of Urugan Zonal Random Dam with Upright Core, with a maximum storage capacity of 12.18 million m3 and an average storage capacity of 9.91 million m3. From the results of geological investigations during planning and pre-construction geological investigations, it is known that the body of the Meninting Dam will rest on a foundation in the form of volcanic breccia rock. Given that Meninting Dam has a reasonably high height, the foundation rock's quality is essential in terms of foundation permeability and the ability of the foundation rock to support the dam above it. On the left backrest, there is a volcanic breccia layer with a lousy level of cementation, which affects the high permeability value of the layer. In order to reduce the permeability value, it is necessary to conduct curtain grouting experiments to determine the extent of grouting effectiveness to reduce the permeability value and improve the overall foundation. The results of curtain grouting experiments and cement injection showed that the average incoming cement per meter was 21.43 kg / m or classified as efficient with a mixture change of 1 4. The effectiveness of grouting in poorly cemented volcanic breccia in Check Hole (CH) against Pilot Hole (G1) with an average of = 65% or classified as GOOD (Good) and seen semi-logarithmetically the significant decline of Lugeon towards target < 3 according to technical specifications.

Abstract

In principle, the limit on the age of marriage for citizens is to ensure that couples about to marry must have sufficient mental and physical maturity. The minimum age limit for marriage has been regulated by legal provisions and compilations of Islamic law, but there are still differences in determining the age limit. The Amended Marriage Law Number 16 of 2019 has stipulated that the minimum age for marriage for women is the same as for men, namely 19 (nineteen). The ratification of this provision must be a response to public unrest. This can happen because perpetrators of child marriage often lack mental and even economic preparation for a household, causing protracted conflicts. In writing this law, the author wants to examine the factors that cause underage marriages and the influence of underage marriages on the divorce rate in Mojokerto Regency to know the causes of underage marriages, underage marriages, and the impact of underage marriages against divorce. This study uses standard experimental research methods, and the data obtained will be analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study show that in Mojokerto Regency, early marriage is due to parental pressure, economic factors, and pregnancies outside of marriage. As a result, conflicts that cannot be sustained in these marriages often arise and end in divorce

Abstract

Law is an inseparable element of human life. Over time, the law undergoes significant changes to adapt to changes in society and social progress. This transformation has created various contemporary legal issues that require deep philosophical understanding. The interpretation of legal philosophy plays a central role in addressing the challenges of contemporary law. This approach not only provides profound insights into the philosophical dimensions of the law but also helps to understand how contemporary law changes and adapts to the dynamics of society and the development of social progress. Legal philosophy is a discipline that seeks to find truth or a deeper understanding of the law. In this context, legal philosophy is not only concerned with technical aspects or concrete legal regulations but also seeks a broader understanding of the values, ethics, morality, justice, and underlying purposes of the law. This research aims to explain "How can the application of the interpretation of legal philosophy address contemporary legal challenges?" This analysis takes a literature study approach as the basis for the paper's preparation. The findings of the exploration indicate that the interpretation of legal philosophy allows for deep critical thinking about contemporary legal issues, helps identify underlying values, and formulates better and fairer solutions to these problems

Abstract

Climate change causes sea waves to become stronger and affect coastlines due to abrasion. Abrasion is when local sea levels rise and drive strong waves that erode or wash away rocks, soil, and other materials. Based on data collected from the National Disaster Management Agency, there were 496 reports of disasters caused by abrasion or tidal waves. Overall, there is a trend of increasing incidents every year until it reaches a peak in 2022 with 145 reports of disaster incidents. Identifying areas prone to marine abrasion disasters based on the number of incidents in several regions, provinces, and districts is essential to carry out in order to provide appropriate mitigation measures. This research uses a systemic literature review method. This research aims to identify the general profile of abrasion disasters in East Java province. Identify the location of the incident, impact, and mitigation regarding abrasion events in East Java province. According to data from the National Disaster Management Agency, the results show that East Java Province has a high frequency of abrasion incidents, ranking first as the province with the most reports of abrasion incidents. A systemic literature review conducted on thirteen pieces of literature found that the Tuban and Situbondo areas were the most affected by abrasion incidents, with abrasion incidents occurring more frequently in the North Coast area of East Java province.

Abstract

The outcome of business activities in the field of services or trade can be identified as a trademark or service mark. The term "trademark" refers to a symbol that can be in the form of a picture, name, numbers, color arrangement, or a combination of these elements, possessing the ability to distinguish and be used in the trade of goods or services. Trademarks are intangible entities that can be transferred, including through agreements transferring ownership rights to the trademark. In the context of a trademark transfer, a notary plays a role in drafting the transfer deed. The purpose of this research is to comprehend and analyze the notary's role in the preparation of trademark transfer deeds and evaluate the notary's responsibility in providing legal protection to the parties involved, considering the intangible nature of trademarks. Legal data collection techniques involve primary and secondary legal materials. The research method employed is a normative juridical approach with legislative and conceptual perspectives.
