Abstract

The purpose of the study is PT Garam's Salt Pricing Strategy In Maintaining Salt Price Stability at The Farmer Level. This research design uses a quantitative research approach This type of research uses descriptive research methods. By paying attention to the SWOT matrix, the strategy that can be done by the company is to lay a solid foundation to prepare itself for excellent performance on farm by modernizing and mechanizing fencing, infrastructure development, preparing human resource and corporate capacity building the off farm sector through downstream salt derivative chemical industries (Soda Ash Factory, Cosmic Soda and Pharmaceutical Salt) as well as strengthening marketing and sales strategies to strengthen PT Garam's product brand and Increase market share for processed salt (both table salt and lifestyle salt). Other potentials are affirming the legality of ownership of PT Garam (Persero) Surabaya office, port cooperation with private and state-owned enterprises, changing the ownership status of Garam Islamic Hospital, developing and optimizing the area around the head office of PT Garam (Persero) in Kalianget as heritage and tourist visits.

Abstract

This study aims to identify factors that affect the effectiveness of employee work at PT. Semen Gresik Packaging Industry (IKSG) and formulate recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the work. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The results of multiple regression analysis show that process automation has a positive influence on the effectiveness of employee work at PT. IKSG. Each one-unit increase in process automation contributes to an increase in work effectiveness by 0.246 units assuming the other variables are fixed. The results of the t test show that the availability of backups significantly affects the effectiveness of employee work. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that process automation factors affect the effectiveness of employee work at PT. IKSG. From the results of this study, it is concluded that there is a significant positive influence of process automation on the effectiveness of employee work at PT. IKSG. Therefore, it is advisable to increase investment and attention to these factors in order to improve the effectiveness of employee work and overall organizational performance.

Abstract

The purpose of study to identify the effect of career development, compensation and employee retention on employee performance at pt semen indonesia logistik. This study used quantitative methods. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis method. This method is used to analyze the effect of career development, financial compensation and employee status on the performance of PT Semen Indonesia Logistik employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be concluded as follows: First, compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, as evidenced by the value of the regression coefficient (b1) of 0.314 with a significance value (Sig. = 0.000). Therefore, the first hypothesis is acceptable, suggesting that an increase in compensation received by employees of PT Semen Indonesia Logistik will improve their performance. Second, Career Development has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, reinforced by the regression coefficient (b2) value of 0.183 with a significance value (Sig. = 0.017).

Abstract

Companies today are increasingly recognizing the importance of adopting business and innovation strategies to stay competitive in an ever-changing marketplace. This study aims to examine the relationship between business strategy, market orientation, innovation capabilities, company performance, and competitive advantage in the context of PT ABC, a construction and public procurement company established in 2018. The research method used is quantitative, with preliminary stages, observation, filling out questionnaires, data collection, data processing, and validity tests. Data is obtained through surveys and analyzed to examine the effect of these variables on the company's competitive advantage. The results showed that business strategy has a positive effect on the company's innovation capabilities and performance. Market orientation also has a positive effect on company performance. However, market orientation does not have a significant effect on innovation capabilities, and innovation capabilities have no effect on competitive advantage. These findings provide important insights for PT ABC and other companies in developing business strategies, strengthening market orientation, and enhancing innovation capabilities to achieve competitive advantage in competitive markets.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job division, employee promotion, projects, salary, and length of work on employee turnover rates in an organization. The use of logistic regression analysis is used to identify factors that contribute to employees' decision to leave their jobs. Data for this study was collected through surveys involving employees in various divisions within the selected organization. The dependent variable is the employee's turnover status (resigning or not resigning), while the independent variable includes job division, employee promotion, project, salary, and length of work. The results of logistic regression analysis show that Employee Salary has a significant influence on employee turnover rate. A competitive salary can be a determining factor in influencing an employee's decision to stay in the job. The results of this study have a sensitivity level of 45%, meaning the goodness of the model in predicting employees who do not leave the company. The results showed that the level of specificity is 82% predicting employees who leave the company so this model is very good in this case. The results of this study provide important insights for organizational management in managing employee turnover rates. By understanding the influence of these factors, organizations can take appropriate steps to increase employee satisfaction, retain valuable talent, and reduce costs and disruptions caused by employee turnover.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to identify the effect of ship crew competence, towing premium compensation and ship crew retention on ship crew performance case study at pt varia usaha lintas segara. This study used quantitative methods. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis method. This method is used to analyze the effect of ship crew competence, financial towing premium compensation and ship crew status on the performance of PT Varia Usaha Lintas Segara's crew. The conclusion of this study shows a significant positive influence of towing premium compensation, ship crew competence, and ship crew retention on ship crew performance at PT Varia Usaha Lintas Segara. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that towing premium compensation has a significant positive influence on crew performance, along with increased crew retention. Furthermore, the improved competence of ship crews also contributes significantly positively to their performance, increasing crew retention.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of flexible work systems, workload, work ability, job satisfaction, employee engagement, and job stress on employee performance. The goal is to gain a comprehensive understanding of how these factors interrelate and affect overall employee performance within the organization. This study uses a quantitative survey method approach to collect data from a sample of employees at PT Mecoindo. Quantitative analysis involves statistical techniques such as regression analysis and correlation analysis to explore the relationship between the independent variable (flexible work system, workload, work ability, job satisfaction, employee engagement, and job stress) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The findings show that flexible work systems positively affect employee performance. In addition, workloads at moderate levels can improve employee performance. Job satisfaction was identified as a significant predictor of employee performance. Employee engagement also emerged as a key factor. On the other hand, high levels of job stress were found to negatively impact employee performance, underscoring the importance of managing stress levels in the workplace.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of establishing plant quarantine facilities and inline inspection on export acceleration at the Surabaya Plant Quarantine Center. The study employs a quantitative approach and collects data from agricultural export companies operating in regions that implement plant quarantine measures and inline inspection. The analysis method used in this research is the Kruskal-Wallis test to evaluate the relationship between the establishment of plant quarantine facilities and inline inspection and export acceleration. The results of the analysis indicate a significant influence of establishing plant quarantine facilities and inline inspection on export acceleration. Export companies registered with effective Plant Quarantine Facilities and inline inspection demonstrate an improvement in their ability to meet plant quarantine requirements and enhance efficiency in inline inspections. This positively impacts the export process, including reducing delays and increasing the confidence of international trading partners. This research provides a better understanding of the role of plant quarantine facilities and inline inspection in driving ean xport acceleration in the agricultural sector. The practical implications of this study emphasize the importance of enhancing plant quarantine infrastructure and implementing effective inline inspection systems to promote agricultural export growth. Moving forward, efforts should be made to improve coordination among relevant agencies in the implementation and supervision of plant quarantine and inline inspection regulations to achieve optimal outcomes in enhancing the export performance of the agricultural sector.

Abstract

The number of people with kidney failure in Indonesia currently reaches 1.6 million people with a prevalence of 6 per mile. The high number of people with kidney failure is caused by 2 main triggers, namely diabetes and hypertension. One form of treatment / treatment for patients with kidney failure is hemodialysis / dialysis using dialyzer services. Hemodialysis treatment can now be done in various health facilities services and is covered by BPJS financing. Hospitals as service providers collaborate with vendors / partners to procure machines and BMHP (Medical Consumables). The high demand for hemodialysis machines makes this industry/business create fierce competition. The form of competition between service provider vendors is in terms of machine specifications, after-sales service, and prices offered by each vendor. The form of cooperation between hospitals and vendors consists of various patterns / schemes. However, a common pattern used in cooperation between hospitals and vendors is in the form of Operational Cooperation (KSO) Consumable Purchases. This study raised the topic of opportunities for extending existing KSO contracts between hospitals and KSO partners, based on the influence of machine specifications, technician quality, and BMHP prices. This study will examine whether or not there is an influence of the three variables mentioned above on the hospital's decision to extend or terminate the KSO contract. The study data used the population of hemodialysis installations in the working area of Eastern Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of the research to identify effect of service quality, the role of social media technology, and company reputation on increasing power sales. This research is an explanatory research using hypothesis testing methods and quantitative approaches. The goal is to explain the causal relationship between one variable that affects another variable, namely independent variables in the form of service quality, the role of social media technology and company reputation on the dependent variable that is increased sales. Based on the discussion in the previous chapters and answering the problem formulation, research objectives and referring to the process and results of data analysis in this study, the following conclusions can be drawn: There is a positive and significant influence between service quality and increased electricity sales at PLN UP3 Ponorogo. There is a positive and significant influence between the role of social media technology and the increase in electricity sales at PLN UP3 Ponorogo. There is a positive and significant influence between the company's reputation and the increase in electricity sales at PLN UP3 Ponorogo
