Abstract

Improving public health, especially for pregnant women and infants, is a priority in reducing maternal and infant mortality rates. One of the efforts is the use of the Mother and Child Health Book (KIA) as a source of information. However, many pregnant women do not fully understand the content of the KIA book and are not compliant with antenatal visits. The aim of this research is to assess the level of pregnant women's knowledge about the KIA book and its relationship with antenatal visits at the Kopo Community Health Center. This research utilizes a descriptive analytical method with a cross-sectional design. The research sample includes all pregnant women at the Kopo Community Health Center who meet the inclusion criteria, totaling 76 pregnant women. The research findings indicate that pregnant women's knowledge about the Mother and Child Health Book (KIA) has a significant correlation with their compliance with antenatal visits at the Kopo Community Health Center. This suggests that pregnant women with good knowledge of the KIA book are more likely to have regular antenatal visits during their pregnancy, whereas those with lower knowledge levels tend to have fewer antenatal visits.

Abstract

The division of inheritance 2 1 is the final division in the Qur'an. The author compares contemporary Muslim feminist and contemporary interpretations of thought, namely the modern interpretation of Al-Misbah by Quraish Shihab and Amina Wadud's method of thought. Both are well-known figures in their circles. The research method used is library research (library research), with data processing techniques used comparative methods. This article compares the thoughts of Qurais Shihab and Amina Wadud. In the interpretation of Al-Misbah, the division of inheritance 2:1 cannot be changed; this is a final decision already made with provisions in the Qur'an. However, another work of Quraish Shihab allows a 1:1 division, but with the condition that the heirs (such) agree. Meanwhile, according to Amina Wadud, the distribution of inheritance 2 1 is not a final division, but this is one of the various ways of dividing inheritance. Amina Wadud saw the size of the benefits of the heirs. The heirs will get 1:1 if each is equally useful and fair for both heirs. From the division of inheritance according to the two figures, it turns out that gender equality has been fulfilled. These two figures provide access, participation, and benefits to the heirs getting their respective shares.

Abstract

The digital revolution has changed various aspects of life, including the trade sector. The development of information & communication technology (ICT) gave birth to renewable business models, such as e-transactions in buying and selling. However, online transaction activities in purchasing and vending also present various challenges, one of which is related to legal certainty for MSME business actors. This research aims to identify legal certainty problems MSME business actors face in online purchasing and vending. The method used in the study is a normative juridical approach that examines legislation. Data was collected through literature studies related to regulations when carrying out online buying and selling transactions, the rights of MSME business actors, and dispute resolution mechanisms. The data analysis method employed in this study is a qualitative analysis using deductive approaches. The research results show that legal clarity for MSME business actors involved in the online buying and selling process in the digitalization era is important in ensuring that trade transactions carried out via digital platforms occur with transparency, security, and by applicable legal Wprovisions. The law governing online purchasing and vending is based on principles stipulated in Article 34(1) of the 1945 Constitution. It is embodied in Legislation No. 20 of 2008 regarding Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This regulation is the basis for all legal regulations governing MSMEs to provide adequate protection for MSME actors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the queuing system at Minimarket X so as to minimize the number of queues. The method in this writing uses a discrete event simulation method with the help of Anylogic software. Simulation is used as a method to analyze problems that exist in the payment system at the Minimarket, while Anylogic software as an illustration that can facilitate the queuing system so that it is clearer and easier to understand. Observations conducted for 20 days show that the queuing system applied by Minimarket X is Multi Channel – Single Phase and First Come First Served (FCFS) or First In First Out (FIFO) with 4 cashier officers (M/M/4). Each cashier is tasked with serving customers and processing the products purchased by scanning them and packing each grocery. The average number of Minimarket visitors every day is 22 customers per hour with a queue length of 10 to 11 customers per hour, and the average waiting time for customers to be served is around 27 to 30 minutes. The simulation used through anylogic software obtained error results within 67 minutes 43 seconds.

Abstract

Along with the development of the construction service industry today, which is increasingly complex, construction service actors must carry out better project management so that the planned design can be realised properly. Before carrying out a construction project, the parties will agree on a legal basis in the form of a letter of agreement or a contract. In the execution of construction contracts, sometimes there are differences in interpretation and other things that can cause claims or claims. The formulation of the problem in this study is what are the potential risk factors of claims on construction contracts, what are the variables of potential claim risk on construction contracts, what are the variables of claims-forming models, what are the causes of risks in model-forming variables and what are the improvement recommendations produced in this study. The data collection method for this questionnaire was obtained by distributing the questionnaire three times. The results to be achieved in this study are to be able to determine the potential risks of what factors and variables can cause construction claims (first questionnaire), find out the variables of the claim-forming model (second questionnaire), and find out the causes of risk in the model-forming variables (third questionnaire). By knowing the level of influence of factors and variables, conclusions can be drawn about what needs to be anticipated in construction claims. Thus, appropriate recommendations are given to the West Papua Provincial Government to regulate the articles in the contract in more detail to minimise the potential for construction claims

Abstract

The helpdesk work unit was formed as a basic implementation of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) implementation in the Company. In order to be able to measure the implementation of ITSM in the company, standardization of service management is needed, where currently, the standard used as a reference and is widely used is ISO 20000. ISO 20000 is a reference or best practice used in the implementation of business process management, which is expected to be able to respond to globalization developments where the ultimate goal to be achieved is to improve the quality and service in the Company. Currently, the constraints and problems faced by the Guarantee Company when ITSM has not been implemented include poor IT management, reduced levels of trust from stakeholders, weak control functions so that many risks occur and service level agreements (SLA) become unclear or do not have indicators in providing services.

Abstract

The complexity and dynamics of Design-Build projects require stakeholders in the Construction Industry to better understand each party's roles and responsibilities to achieve success. The criterion of project success and the factors affecting it is a dynamic mutual relationship. This study proposes a causal loop diagram model to provide an overview of the influence of the Owner's role in achieving the Port Infrastructure Design-Build project's cost, time and quality success. Research variables were obtained through in-depth literature studies and interviews with project owners and project practitioners experienced in design-build projects.
