Abstract

The purpose of this research to identify influence of the business ecosystem and customer base on increasing third-party funds in the region III office. Judging at the existing problem, the researcher applies a quantitative approach. The quantitative approach to business is research in the field of business with the aim of research through empirical assessment involving measurement and analysis of numbers. Quantitative research stands alone in the sense that it does not meet the needs of analytical interpretation. This research was conducted with the aim to see the influence of business ecosystem and customer base on Bank BTN's deposits. In addition, this study also aims to encourage an increase in deposits as well as to become the main target of Bank BTN. This study used multiple regression analysis method which was analyzed using the Eviews 10 application platform. As described in chapter IV, the conclusions of this study can be drawn as follows: Partially, the business ecosystem has a positive but significant effect on increasing Bank BTN's deposits. This means that when the business ecosystem rises, deposits will increase and vice versa. Meanwhile, the customer base has a positive and significant influence on the increase in deposits of Bank BTN. That is, when the customer base rises, DPK will also increase, and vice versa. Simultaneously, the business ecosystem and customer base together have a significant influence on Bank BTN's deposits.

Abstract

Makassar Island is an island area in Baubau City, Southeast Sulawesi Province which is included in the Kokalukuna District. It consists of two villages, namely Liwuto Village and Sukanayo Village with a land area of 1.04 km2. In general, 70% of the livelihood of residents on Makassar Island is fishing, seaweed farming, pearl oysters, fish marketing businesses, and crossing services (sea taxis). As an island area, the movement of both goods and people within this region is closely related to the infrastructure of docks and highways. This study aims to analyze the influence of transportation infrastructure in improving the economy of the people on Makassar Island. The analysis methods used in this study are Likert analysis, correlation analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that transportation infrastructure has a strong relationship with the community's economy. Furthermore, the results of the study are presented in the form of a crosstab between each indicator of the transportation infrastructure variable (X) with the economic variable of the community (Y) on the island.

Abstract

The purpose of the research to identify the role of job satisfaction in moderating the influence of transformational leadership and affective commitment on employee performance. This research is a quantitative research with explanatory research type using survey method. This type of explanatory research explains the relationship between variables that have been built based on theory using hypotheses. The research steps begin based on the limitations of the problem, followed by forming a framework of thinking so that it can be used to answer the problems that are the background of this research. The temporary answer to this research error is called a hypothesis, which will be proven true by the results of analysis of the data obtained. A Sample of 76 respondents was surveyed using a census method. The data processing is done using Smart PLS 3.0. Based on the results of the analysis of research data that has been carried out, the following conclusions can be drawn: Transfomastional leadership and affective commitment significantly and positively influence employee performance. However, job satisfaction did not moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance, nor did it moderate the relationship between affective commitment and employee performance. Nonetheless, job satisfaction was found to have a significant positive impact to employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the influence of the type of liquid collateral on the customer's decision to take Cash Collateral Credit and; The influence of the credit process through digital marketing on the customer's decision to take Cash Collateral Credit at Bank Jatim. As mentioned earlier, this research is a qualitative research framed using the CIT (Critical Incident Technique) method. It was found that CCC's outstanding did not grow significantly and was still far below 1% (one prosen) both in terms of total outstanding KYD (Credit Granted) and from total outstanding deposits. The fact that CCC's NoA did not grow significantly and is still further below 1% (one prosen) is both reviewed from the total NoA of KYD given and of the total NoA of deposits. Moreover, from Table 1.2, it can be seen that liquid-type collateral such as CCC at Bank Jatim seems less interested when compared to loans with non-liquid collateral.

Abstract

This study discusses variables that affect delays and overbudget in construction projects at PT. WER. Taking the approach of multiple linear regression analysis and the Relative Important Index (RII), this study shows that the most influential variables for delay and overbudget involve unavailability of manpower, changes in the behavior of the surrounding community, lack of project team knowledge about work sites, lack of knowledge transfer between project teams, and lack of maturity of project team competencies. The results of the study provide an in-depth understanding of the condition of PT. WER, which at certain periods experienced delays and overbudgets on a number of its projects. The proposed mitigation measures involve partnerships with educational institutions to increase the availability of skilled labor, improve communication with local communities, increase project team knowledge through training and guidance, encourage knowledge transfer between project teams, and implement continuous training programs to improve project team competencies. The conclusion of this study provides a foundation for companies to develop more effective mitigation strategies to achieve optimal project success.

Abstract

EPC project performance is affected by the relation between work processes. E-procurement implemented as a tool to mitigate procurement process risk gives a positive effect and residual risk that needs to be managed further. This research aims to analyze the e-procurement process risk and identify the root causes of critical risks. Data is collected using Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and a questionnaire by 41 e-procurement practitioners from 5 (five) Indonesian construction state-owned enterprises (BUMN). There are 116 risks identified from 22 e-procurement steps, of which three risks are determined as critical risks based on Risk Priority Number analysis, with delay of material requisition document as the highest RPN risk. Fault Tree Analysis identifies that several failure modes, such as miscalculation, misallocation of workforce, and payment issues cause the critical risk. Preparing an in-house engineering team to support the calculation process can mitigate two critical risks at the same time. Risk mitigation causes a residual risk that needs further assessment to determine the proper response.
