Abstract

The property sector plays a crucial role in Indonesia's economy, yet its stock market performance often exhibits anomalies that cannot be fully explained by conventional macroeconomic theory. This research aims to analyze the effect of inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates on the Property and Real Estate Sector Stock Price Index (IDXPROPERT) at the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021–2024. Monthly time series data of 48 observations were analyzed using multiple linear regression after passing classical assumption tests, with data transformation through the first difference method to address autocorrelation issues. The partial test results show that inflation (t = −0.8557, p = 0.3969) and interest rates (t = −0.1946, p = 0.8466) have no significant effect on IDXPROPERT, while exchange rates have a negative and significant effect (t = −2.6222, p = 0.0120). Simultaneously, all three macroeconomic variables significantly affect IDXPROPERT (F = 2.9940, p = 0.0411), with an adjusted R² of 11.51%. In conclusion, among the three variables examined, only the exchange rate consistently serves as a significant predictor of IDXPROPERT performance, reflecting the sensitivity of the property sector to rupiah depreciation through increased import costs and foreign debt burdens. The findings suggest that investors should closely monitor rupiah exchange rate movements in property sector investment decisions. Companies are advised to strengthen exchange rate risk management through hedging instruments.

Abstract

Generation Z in Indonesia tends to postpone weddings due to financial unpreparedness, while parents often have high expectations for holding large weddings according to customs and to maintain the social status of the family. This research aims to conduct a systematic literature review (SLR) on intergenerational conflicts arising from these differences in values and their psychological impact. Using the PRISMA 2020 method, articles were collected from Google Scholar, Sinta, Garuda, and higher education repositories for the 2018-2025 period. A synthesis of 25-40 articles shows that the mismatch between Gen Z's financial readiness with customary demands, dowry or money, and the social prestige of parents causes stress, anxiety, feelings of guilt, marriage phobia, and family relationship tensions. Moderator factors such as urban-rural culture, gender, and the influence of social media reinforce this conflict. This study concludes the importance of psychology-based family counseling interventions and premarital financial literacy involving both generations. Practical implications and recommendations for further research are also discussed.

Abstract

Fracture non-union remains a complex orthopedic problem that often requires both mechanical stability and biological augmentation. Synthetic bone grafts have emerged as biomaterial-based alternatives or adjuncts to autologous grafting because they are widely available, avoid donor-site morbidity, and can be engineered for Oste conduction, controlled resorption, and local drug delivery. This systematic literature review and proportional meta-analysis evaluated the types and clinical impact of synthetic bone grafts used in human fracture non-union and post-traumatic bone defect repair. A systematic search of PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar was performed for English-language studies published from 2021 to 2026. Eligible studies included human clinical reports using hydroxyapatite, beta-tricalcium phosphate, biphasic calcium phosphate, calcium sulfate, bioactive glass, injectable bone cement, antibiotic-loaded grafts, or composite/3D-printed scaffolds. The primary outcome was union or consolidation proportion, with secondary outcomes including time to union, infection control, complications, reoperation, and functional recovery. From 6,665 records, 21 studies met the eligibility criteria. Synthetic grafts generally demonstrated favorable outcomes, with most studies reporting union rates above 75% and several achieving complete union. The pooled union efficacy from 15 quantitative observations was 90.4% (95% CI: 84.2–96.7%). However, heterogeneity was high (I² = 76.5%), reflecting variation in graft material, defect size, infection status, fixation strategy, and adjunct use. Synthetic bone grafts are promising osteoconductive scaffolds for fracture non-union repair, particularly as graft extenders, antimicrobial carriers, or patient-specific constructs. Nevertheless, their limited intrinsic osteogenic and Oste inductive capacity means they are best used with stable fixation and appropriate biological or antimicrobial augmentation.

Abstract

Obesity in adolescents is a growing health problem, particularly in urban areas such as Jakarta, characterized by a modern and instantaneous environment. Obesogenic environments are characterized by high access to fast food, increased sedentary behavior, low physical activity, and easy use of digital services, which encourage unhealthy lifestyle changes. This study aims to examine the existence of obesogenic environmental exposure on obesity incidence in adolescents aged 15 years and over through a literature review of 10 national and international journals published between 2021 and 2026. The results of the review indicate that obesogenic environmental factors are closely related to the increased risk of obesity in adolescents. Consumption of high-calorie foods, sugary drinks, fast food habits, and low physical activity are dominant factors contributing to weight gain. In addition, socioeconomic factors, the urban environment, peer influence, and easy access to online food delivery services also reinforce the formation of sedentary behavior in adolescents. Adolescents living in urban areas tend to be more susceptible to obesity than adolescents in rural areas due to high exposure to a practical lifestyle and minimal physical activity. Thus, obesogenic environments play a significant role in increasing the prevalence of obesity among adolescents aged 15 and over in Jakarta. Therefore, promotional and preventive efforts are needed through health education, increased physical activity, and the creation of an environment that supports healthy lifestyles to reduce obesity rates among adolescents.

Abstract

Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) is a legal mechanism that provides an opportunity for debtors who are unable to pay debts to get more time to carry out debt restructuring and avoid bankruptcy. This study aims to analyze the function and impact of the Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) on debtors and creditors and assess its conformity with the principles of justice. The research method used was normative juridical with a legislative approach and a conceptual approach. The results of the study show that PKPU has its main function as a means of debt restructuring to provide opportunities for debtors to avoid bankruptcy while providing legal certainty for creditors in fulfilling their rights. In practice, PKPU can have various impacts, both positive and negative. Procedurally, the PKPU mechanism has basically reflected the principles of justice, but it still leaves loopholes that allow violations to occur. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen regulations and strict supervision so that the implementation of PKPU can better reflect the principles of legal justice as a whole.
