Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Dividend Policy, Firms Size (SIZE), and Book Value (BV) on stock price with partially and simultaneously. Dividend policy is measured by Dividend Per Share (DPS). And firm size is measured by sales company. The research model in this study used panel data analysis. The samples are 51 firms listed on Index LQ-45 in 2007- 2010 selected by purposive sampling method. The empirical results partially show that Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), and Book Value (BV) have positive significant effect on stock price. Further, dividend policy and firm size do not have positive significant effect on stock price. Beside that the result simultaneously showed that Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Dividend Policy, Firms Size (SIZE), and Book Value (BV) have significant effect on stock price.

Abstract

This research has purpose to analyze determinants that affect State Development Bank’s (BPD) profiitability. This research is inspired by Bank Decree, State Bank Regulation and State Autonomy Decree when doing ths research. By using panel data analysis, random effect, we find that almost all determinants have predicted sign accordingly and statistically significant.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Kebijakan Dividen, Ukuran Perusahaan (SIZE), dan Nilai Buku (BV) pada harga saham dengan parsial dan simultan. Kebijakan dividen yang diukur dengan Dividend Per Share (DPS). Dan ukuran perusahaan diukur dengan penjualan perusahaan. Model dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data panel. Sampel yang yang digunakan 51 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Indeks LQ-45 2007-2010 yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil empiris menunjukkan bahwa sebagian Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), dan Nilai Buku (BV) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap harga saham. Selanjutnya, kebijakan dividen dan ukuran perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan positif terhadap harga saham. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan, Kebijakan Dividen, dan Ukuran Dewan Komisaris Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaptar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2018. Variabel bebas yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Keputusan Investasi (PER), Keputusan Pendanaan (DER), Kebijakan Dividen (DPR), dan Ukuran Dewan Komisaris. Variabel terikat yang digunakan adalah Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling, dan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Keputusan Ivestasi dengan proksi PER berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Keputusan Pedanaan dengan proksi DER tidak berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Kebijakan Dividen dengan proksi DPR tidak berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, dan Ukuran Dewan Komisaris berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas, preferensi risiko, dan locus of control terhadap perilaku keuangan dan dampaknya terhadap personal financial distress pada pekerja muda di DKI Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 370 pekerja muda di DKI Jakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah dibagikan secara langsung melalui formulir online (google-form) dan dilakukan uji instrumen validitas dan rentabilitas. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan teknik SEM (Structrural Equation Modeling) PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) religiusitas tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap personal financial distress, (2) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan: preferensi risiko terhadap personal financial distress, religiusitas dan locus of control terhadap perilaku keuangan, preferensi risiko terhadap personal financial distress melalui perilaku keuangan, (3) ada pengaruh negatif dan signifikan: locus of control dan perilaku keuangan terhadap personal financial distress, preferensi risiko terhadap perilaku keuangan, religiusitas dan locus of control terhadap personal financial distress melalu perilaku keuangan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of company Size (SIZE), Liquidity(LIQ), Growth Opportunity (GROWTH), Tangibility (TANG), dan Bussines Risk (RISK) of Capital Structure-property and real estate in Indonesia. This research is quantitative research aiming to work out a systematically explain the facts and properties in an object in the study then do the merger between related variables in it with the presentation of secondary data from the financial statements of banking companies in the country of Indonesia. The population used in this study is a banking company listed in Indonesia stock exchanges in the period 2009-2016. Research results for property and real estate in Indonesia The value of R square model is 0,589 percent means that the variation of capital structure that can be explained by the independent variables in the analysis of Size, Liq, Growth, Tang, and Risk of 58.90 percent of the remaining of 41.1 percent explained by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted to know the company's characteristics, the determining factors for the disclosure of carbon emissions, and the impact of the disclosure of carbon emissions on economic consequences. The financial result in this study is the decision-making behavior of businesses, governments, and creditors as a result of accounting reporting, in this case, environmental disclosures contained in annual reports and sustainable reports. This study's sample amounted to 45 companies registered in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines, with an observation period of 2008 to 2017. To measure the disclosure of carbon emissions by creating a checklist based on information from the CDP. Company characteristics are proxied by profitability, leverage, size, and sales growth, while economic consequences are proxied by the bid-ask spread, trading volume, and stock price volatility. The analytical method used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using the WARP PLS version 5.0 application. From the test results, it was found that Profitability and Size had a positive effect on disclosure of carbon emissions, growth sales had a negative effect, and leverage had no effect. Meanwhile, the impact of disclosing carbon emissions on the bid-ask spread, trading volume, and stock price volatility has a positive effect.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) to analyze the factors that influence personal financial behavior, 2) to test the hypothesis of the influence of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, locus of control, and income on personal financial behavior in Masters of Management students at the State University of Jakarta. The unit of analysis is students of Master of Management, State University of Jakarta. The observation unit was 110 respondents who were students of the Jakarta State University Management Masters who were registered from February 2015 to February 2017 with an active status and had received a matriculation program. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis and Univariate One-Way ANOVA Test with SPSS 22. The results of the descriptive analysis showed: a) The level of financial knowledge of the respondents reached 83%; b) Financial Attitude has the highest index compared to other dimensions (87%), and c) Locus of Control (79%). The hypothesis testing results show 1) There is an effect of financial knowledge on financial behavior with the tstatistic obtained by 3,968> ttable = 1,659 and prob. value = 0,000 <0.05, then H1 is accepted and significant. 2) There is a direct and significant positive effect of financial attitudes on personal financial behavior with the tstatistic obtained at 4,700> ttable = 1.659 and the value of prob. value = 0.000 <0.05, then H1 is accepted and significant. 3) Locus of control has not influenced personal financial behavior with the t-statistic obtained is 0.257 <ttable = 1.659 and the value of prob.value = 0.798> 0.05, then H1 is not accepted. 4) Income has a significant influence on personal financial behavior, with the test results showing an F value of 3,436 with a Sig of 0.020 <0.05, so H1 is acceptable, so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the personal financial behavior of respondents based on the four income categories. Testing the hypothesis proves that income affects personal financial behavior.

Abstract

ABSTRACT MELATI WIDIANTIKA, 2021; The Effect of Return Perception, Motivation, Financial Literacy and Income on Investment Interest of Bachelor Degree Students, Class of 2016 and 2017 at State University of Jakarta, 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy, motivation, return perception, and income on investment interest in FE UNJ students, to analyze financial literacy, motivation, perceived return, and income on investment interest in 2016 and 2017 undergraduate students in FE UNJ. The research model used in this study uses descriptive analysis. This research was conducted on 754 students registered as active on bachelor degree students, class of 2016 and 2017 in FE UNJ Study Program, using probability sampling techniques. The data collection technique used a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 261 respondents. The results of SPSS show that there is a significant influence on the perception of return, motivation, financial literacy, and income on investment interest. The results of SPSS showed a significant influence of motivation on investment interest, but on the other hand, the result showing that insignificant between return perception, financial literacy, and income on investment interest. The implications of this research are practical implications and theoretical implications. Practical implications regarding investment interest research are expected to help students, lecturers, faculties, and universities, in providing investment information, providing easy access to information and communication through cooperative relationships between faculty and securities companies, stock exchanges, and interested parties. and similar activities. The theoretical implication of the results of this study is to provide information in the development of knowledge in the fields of financial management, monetary economics, financial literacy, and sharia investment management. Keywords: return perception, motivation, financial literacy, income, investment interest, FE UNJ bachelor degree students.
