Abstract

Study Independen Bersertifikat Program Batch 6 at RevoU Tech Academy presents learning programs that focus on software engineering and data analysis. These two positions are considered important in today’s digital world. Apart from that, in order to improve the quality of human resources in the face of the complexity of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This program will equip students to be ready to face the world of work with adequate knowledge and experience. The capstone project is one of the learning methods applied to evaluate student’s knowledge and hone their practical skills regarding software engineering and data analyst material. The Capstone Project in the Data Analyst module at this partner uses dataset from vending machine sales in Central New Jersey. In vending machine sales, it is known that in the 12 months in the 2022 period, the highest sales figure was owned by Gutten Plans at $6904 and the lowest was owned by Earle Asphalt at $1809. The methods of descriptive analysis, exploratory data analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA) are used in data analysis. As a component of the RevoU Tech Academy’s learning methodology, the Capstone Project demonstrates the critical role in developing human resources prepared to handle shifting industrial dynamics. In addition, students will receive pertinent knowledge and abilities to help them deal with the difficulties of the contemporary technological world.

Abstract

The NTB Province Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperative Integrated Business Service Center (PLUT-KUMKM) under the West Nusa Tenggara Province Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperative Service, provides comprehensive assistance to KUMKM to increase production and competitiveness. With seven service areas, PLUT- KUMKM provides effective solutions for business actors. However, in issuing a Business Identification Number (NIB) via the OSS application. The thing is, like in the Business Licensing menu, there is a business development feature. Carrying out business development cannot be completed in one activity in one feature, users must return to the new application menu to continue the business development process and make updates. And user errors often occur such as entering information or not following the correct procedures when filling out forms. The licensing system seeks to be integrated electronically, aiming to cut bureaucracy and improve public services. This research measures the quality of the OSS system for issuing nibs based on the perceptions of 100 gardatransfumi assistants, using the McCall method . A comprehensive evaluation is carried out to identify weaknesses and necessary improvements. Measuring the quality of OSS systems using McCall's theory is important for understanding product quality attributes from the perspective of users and the software itself. The research results will provide in-depth insight into the condition of the website and recommendations for improvement. With the OSS system, the government is trying to make it easier to manage business legality. The NIB issued through OSS becomes the identity of business actors for import and export activities. Through quality measurements, systems, weaknesses and improvements to the NIB issuance process can be identified thereby ensuring better service for business actors.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease-2019 (Covid-19) is a disease that causes an epidemic with a high number of deaths and morbidity in Indonesia. Covid-19 sufferers often experience respiratory failure, so they need to receive mechanical ventilation assistance. This research aims to find out the rules for legal protection for health workers in the act of installing mechanical ventilation for Covid-19 patients in hospitals and to find out the implementation of legal protection. This type of research is normative juridical based on a legal approach. Data collection is based on literature study, taken from legislation, research results and literature books. The results of the research found that the provision of health services was carried out responsibly, safely, of good quality and evenly and non-discriminatory. The position faced by medical personnel or health workers is sometimes problematic because installing mechanical ventilators for Covid-19 patients from a criminal law perspective is a mistake if it is done outside of their authority, even though the medical personnel or health workers are dealing with the function and task of carrying out actions. for patient safety which is of course tied to the Hippocratic Oath as an ethical and moral basis. The suggestion in this research is that the government must provide legal protection to medical personnel whose rights are not fulfilled by policy organizers, even though their obligations have been fulfilled by health personnel.

Abstract

This reseach aims to identify and analyze the financial risks faced by airlines in Indonesia, with a particular focus on the Kualanamo (Medan) to Soekarno-Hatta (Cengkareng) flight route. Using a case study approach, the study evaluated a range of factors influencing financial risk, including fluctuations in fuel prices, currency exchange rate volatility, market competition, and regulatory changes. Data was collected through interviews with airline financial managers, analysis of financial statements, and review of related literature. The results showed that fluctuations in fuel prices and exchange rates are the main factors contributing to financial risk. In addition, intense competition and regulatory changes have also had a significant impact on the airline's financial stability. This research provides recommendations for risk mitigation strategies that airlines can implement to improve their financial resilience. The implications of these findings are expected to assist financial managers and policymakers in designing more effective policies to manage financial risks in the aviation industry.

The results of this research are (1) The learning process through the activity of arranging number blocks has been carried out effectively. The development of children's fine motor skills implemented through the game of arranging number blocks and delivered by educators has achieved the desired results. Children can arrange the number blocks in an orderly layout, sequence the numbers correctly, differentiate between various colours, arrange the numbers from 1 to 20 properly, and can arrange the blocks vertically. (2) Obstacles that arise during the application of playing with number blocks in developing fine motor skills in group B children at RA Nurul Islam can come from internal factors, such as the child's level of interest, mood and level of willingness to learn. (3) Efforts to develop children's fine motor skills at RA Nurul Islam through playing with number blocks, this approach makes it possible to form several groups of children. Abstract

Engineered cementitious composites (ECCs) are composites that have better attraction properties and behavior than concrete. ECCs are usually formed from cement, water, silica sand, cementitious materials, fibers, and other additives with a certain proportion. In this study, there are three types of ECC mortars (types AME, EM, and TEM) where these types are differentiated by the amount of cement used, the quantity of water, and the number of sand used. Each type uses ashes of palm shells with the same proportions of 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% of the weight of cement. According to trial and error during the workability test, the number of superplasticizers used also increased according to the increase in the percentage of ash in the palm shell, where the variation of superplasticizers achieved was 0.70%, 1.59%, 2.49%, and 3.40% of the weight of cement. Based on the results of the slumpflow test, the average diameter of the ECC freshly mixed mortar was between 88 cm and 106.5 cm, and the T500 slump flow was between 0.28 seconds and 1.39 seconds. The test results show a fairly good workability consistency of all ECC fresh mortars, although there has been an increase in the percentage of palm shell ash used. Superplasticizer turns out to be very important in maintaining consistent workability of fresh ECC mortar mix.

Abstract

A broken home is a family condition that experiences a split due to a problem that results in quarrels about divorce. A broken home greatly impacts the process of child development in social interaction. Children, especially in adolescence, are an important segment of life in the individual development cycle and require interaction with others in the process of self-discovery, so self-confidence is needed. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-confidence and social interaction in adolescents from divorced families. Participants in this study were 77 adolescents from divorced families in Manado City with an age range of 13–18 years. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data were collected using the self-confidence scale compiled by Lauster (2012) and the social interaction scale developed by Winslow et al.. The results of this study showed a significant positive relationship between self-confidence and social interaction, with a correlation of r = 0.477 and a significance of 0.000 (p<0.05). This means that the higher the self-confidence, the higher the social interaction.
