Abstract

Sponsorship is a form of material or financial support by a sponsored provider for an organization, or event. But in reality it is based on the results of the questionnaires that have been distributed to 332 respondents who are members of event organizers, organizations, UKM (Student Activity Unit), HIMA (Student Association), and Community. As much as 87.2% stated that it was difficult to get sponsors for activities. This is due to the long process of applying for sponsorship, lack of information about the forms of sponsorship provided by sponsorship providers. Meanwhile, according to the sponsored provider, the problem is the difficulty in obtaining information on activities that match the needs of the sponsored provider. Therefore, with the Design of Website-Based Sponsorship Platform using the Prototyping Method which can connect event organizers in submitting sponsorship of the event to sponsor providers. Vice versa, the sponsored provider can also choose which event suits the needs of the sponsored provider is expanding the product brand. This system is designed using the Codeigniter Framework, the PHP programming language, and MYSQL as its DBMS. After testing the blackbox, it can be concluded that the sponsorship platform's functionality has been successful. For usability testing, there were 4 candidates for event organizers and 4 candidates for sponsor providers who often collaborated with sponsorships, the result was that 93.5% of users strongly agreed that this system was built. Abstract

Quoted from the official Pekanbaru Government portal, Pekanbaru City is one of the Metropolitan Cities in Indonesia, which has a higher accident potential, based on data obtained from the Pekanbaru City Traffic Unit which is summarized from 2016-2019. However, people in Pekanbaru City have not realized it because of the lack of information about the high number of accidents in Pekanbaru City. In addition, the information prepared by the police agency is only in the form of a few warning signs. Geographic Information System is a data management system that has spatial information or the ability to build, store, manage and display geographic references in a database. With the Spatial Analysis of the Location of Accident-Prone Areas Web-Based, it can help the police and the public in finding out information on locations that are prone and not prone to using spatial analysis, so that people can be more careful in driving and know the points of locations that are prone and not prone to accidents in Pekanbaru City. This system uses theframework CodeIgniter, in mapping using leaflet js and using thefeatures Overlay and Buffer. Based on the results oftesting blackbox testing and user acceptance test that the system functions as expected and usability testing with 20 people stating that 93% of the people agree with this system.

Abstract

The development of technology that can package an application and its needs in a virtualization called container, therefore it takes software that can do management of containers, one of which is Docker. But the need is always increasing the system is not able to accommodate many applications, therefore it takes software that is able to do clustering container management in large quantities. One such software is cabernets. After conducting high-availability testing, scalability and performance testing on cabernets cluster technology applied to vagrant and KVM virtualization. High-availability testing consisting of failover, failback and load balancer can be simulated on both virtualizations. Latency /delay in vagrant virtualization is greater than KVM virtualization with latency/delay difference when accessed by 20 users of 2.66 seconds, 40 users of 1.67 seconds and 60 users of 6.03 seconds. Then the CPU and Memory resource usage on vagrant virtualization is greater. The difference in the percentage of CPU and Memory usage in vagrant virtualization and KVM when accessed by 20 users is CPU 9% and Memory 5%, 40 users are CPU 7% and Memory 7%, 60 users are CPU 9% and Memory 10%.

Abstract

A historical story is a story taken from facts and events in the past that become the background of the occurrence of something that has historical value. In our lives to this day, of course, there have been many histories. Be it cultural, social, religious history and others. Speaking of the history of religion, of course all religions have their own history. With this, the author takes the history of the Islamic religion entitled the story of the journey of Mush'ab bin Umair. This story is about the journey of a friend of the apostle who willingly sacrificed everything for the sake of his religion. However, the story is still in book form. Based on the survey results, Indonesians prefer visualization over text. So that the author will implement the story into the form of 3D animation. In the process of making 3D animation has 3 stages, namely pre-production, production and post-production. The pre-production stage is the process of developing ideas and planning before the production process. In the pre-production process there is a stage that is a storyboard that serves to provide the details needed in the process of making 3D animated films. So that it can provide convenience for the director in arranging the animation to be created.

Abstract

Farming in urban areas by utilizing the yard area or corners of the house efficiently is often referred to as urban farming. The main objective of this project is to create a sophisticated agricultural system with the help of IOT applications, so that it can easily maintain agriculture, this robot which will later be named SF-BOT. SF-BOT has options for planting seeds, measuring soil moisture and watering. To implement this feature, SF-BOT works which is controlled by Computer Numerical Control (CNC) with the help of Arduino and Raspberry pi. Testing of planting and watering seeds at each coordinate point The success rate is said to be almost perfect, with a level of accuracy and precision of the tool of 83%. The Real Time Clock (RTC) test is said to be close to precision with a tool precision level of 85.7. The duration of planting and watering at SF-Bot at point 1 the closest plant coordinate takes 20 seconds for seed A and at point 12 plant coordinates on seed C takes 2 minutes 8 seconds, where point 12 is the farthest coordinate point of planting. Abstract

Insan Teladan School does not yet have a container containing school information as a promotional medium. So, we need a website school that functions as a forum for providing information so that people can access information more quickly. The purpose of this research is to build a school website with functionality that suits user needs and has an attractive appearance according to the user's wishes. The application of the method User Centered Design (UCD) that focuses on the needs and desires of users is expected to realize the research objectives. The UCD method applied is the use of user personas as the basis for designing mockups and prototypes. All system functionality has been fulfilled by conducting the User Acceptance Test which got 51 test items running well. Based on the 5 second test, it was found that 90% of prospective users had a good experience when using Insan Teladan School website the test Usability Testing resulted in the first highest score on the aspect satisfaction of 90.48% and the second highest score on the aspect learnability of 90, 38% so that it can be concluded that Insan Teladan School website has an attractive appearance and is user friendly.

Abstract

e-Commerce is a trading activity carried out through intermediary web pages on the internet. One of the e-Commerce applications is Business to Business (B2B). Called B2B because of transactions between companies. One company that uses B2B principles is CV Mega Jaya with business processes with simple scale and complexity. In marketing various kinds of fertilizers, CV Mega Jaya only uses brochures that are passed on from certain people to others. Another thing is seen from the ordering side, CV Mega Jaya only uses communication tools or meets in person to order fertilizer. Therefore, e-commerce applications are needed to deal with these problems. In building an E-Commerce application, it takes a method that supports smooth application development called SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). One type of SDLC used is Agile. Agile Methods can accept additional requirements even though they are in the process of being built or completed without going back to the initial stage. Agile used is Feature Driven Development (FDD) which prioritizes features and design and scheduling is directed by features. FDD is suitable for applications that have a B2B case. The result of this research is that the application can be completed on time. This app underwent 1 functional change in features after stage 1. And experienced 1 additional feature (10% of coverage, time and cost). Abstract

Tourism plays an important role for economic growth in an area. Some tourist destinations that are very attractive to tourists in West Sumatera are Padang, Pariaman and Bukittinggi. Padang and Pariaman are located on the west coast of the island of Sumatera and directly opposite the Indonesian Ocean. While Bukittinggi is located in the middle of West Sumatera and its strategic position that is a triangular crossing to the north, east and south of Sumatera. Tourists usually use navigation applications such as Google Maps to find travel routes to the tourist locations, but it still provides repeated travel routes and causes tourists to pass the same road when traveling to several locations so that it takes more time on the road and costs a lot of money.Therefore, a trip planning application was built by determining a number of tourist routes using the Floyd Warshall algorithm based on Android. The development of this application uses the Floyd Warshall algorithm to determine unidirectional and sequential routes. Based on the results of tests conducted on systems built using black box, the results show that the system has been 100% successfully built as expected. Furthermore, questionnaire, 90.4% users agree that each system feature has been running according to its function.

Abstract

The growth of red chili pepper does not depend on the season but is influenced by environmental characteristics. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of land suitability for red chili pepper plants in Rempang Island based on its physical characteristics by utilizing Geographic Information System (GIS) technology. The method adopted is the evaluation of land suitability, by comparing the characteristics of the land with the criteria for growing red chili pepper plants in each SPL (Satuan Peta Lahan, Land Map Unit). The results obtained from this study are actual land suitability and potential land suitability within 4 classes: S1 (very suitable), S2 (fairly suitable), S3 (marginally suitable), and N (not suitable). 8,946.82 hectares of actual land are in the S3 class with limiting factors including nutrient retention, water availability, and erosion hazard. 3,225.27 hectares of land are in class N with limiting factors consisting of erosion hazard and temperature. On potential land, 7,993.56 hectares of land in SPL 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6 are in the S2 class with limiting factors including erosion hazard, temperature, and oxygen availability. 4088.50 hectares of land in SPL 2 is in the S1 class and has no limiting factor. Efforts to increase the suitability can be carried out on the land with limiting factors such as water availability, nutrient retention, and erosion hazard. However, on limiting factors such as temperature, no effort can be made.

Abstract

At this time, the system for replacing electric power when it goes out using a generator set still uses a manual power replacement system, turning on the Generator Set and monitoring the Generator set manually by using human control. The use of human control is not practical nowadays, because the owner of the house or building when the electricity goes out must turn on the Generator Set and transfer the power manually, which in this process requires a very long time and excessive energy. The main objective of this research is to create a sophisticated Generator Set system with the help of IOT, which will later be named Smart Generator Set. Smart Generator Set features automatic power supply change, automatic generator set turn on and Generator Set monitoring via Android Application. To implement this feature, the Smart Generator Set works using the principle of Automatic Transfer Switch and Automatic Main Failure with the help of the NodeMCU microcontroller. Testing the transfer of the power supply from PLN to the Generator Set or from the Generator Set to PLN is said to be almost perfect, with a very fast rate of power transfer. In several tests, the resulting displacement time lag is always under 10 seconds. Sensor testing for monitoring Generator Sets has a very good level of precision. Where in several samples of testing each sensor obtained a level of accuracy and precision above 95%.
