Abstract

Pekanbaru Teladan Insan School is an educational institution engaged in the service sector. In managing and recording the school finances, the treasurer makes use of spreadsheets and books in recording transactions that are classified as simple. The results of interviews with the school treasurer, financial records are still made manually and in finding the required transaction history data, the treasurer needs to look for the financial reports that have been archived, as a result the financial reports to be submitted to the head of the Foundation need to be corrected because there are errors in the calculations and the time for submitting financial statements takes 1-3 working days. The solution to the existing problems is to build an accounting information system that replaces the manual process. The “Website-Based Accounting Information System” for the Pekanbaru School of Exemplary People is designed to assist the school treasurer in handling the recording of routine transactions which include income, school expenses, and others. The results of transactions carried out by the treasurer will be directly evaluated by the head of the Foundation through the system. Based on the tests that have been done using the Test Case from Black Box Testing, the results are 100% by testing 44 items. The results of the test of accounting experts, namely PCR lecturer Fifitri Ali, S.S.T., M.Sc, that the system has met accounting standards in the service sector

Abstract

In the fish farming business, feeding is very important. This causes fish entrepreneurs to try to be effective in feeding by employing other people to feed the fish. However, workers cannot spend 24 hours in the pond, so an automatic feed spreader is needed to make it easier for workers and ease the burden on fish entrepreneurs. This automatic feed spreader is designed using solar energy. This study uses NodeMCU ESP8266 as a microcontroller. The resulting data are in the form of average feed output, feed output per second, distance of feed throw, the effectiveness of tools in large ponds, and the time required for the solar cell to charge the battery and battery life in normal conditions. The average output test obtained is 1403.8 gr, the average feed output per second is 561.52 gr / s, the measurement of the farthest throw distance is 5 m when the tool is placed on a 30 cm high support and from the data obtained by the tool This automatic feeder is effective against all types of pond sizes, namely small, medium and large ponds. Then in terms of solar cells, the time needed to charge the battery capacity is 2-3 hours and the resistance of the tool in normal conditions is up to 12 hours. With this tool, fish feed can be done more optimally and in a more timely manner and provides convenience for fish breeders in terms of feeding.

Abstract

The transformer is one of the important equipment in the electrical system. If there is a disturbance in the transformer, it can cause damage to the transformer and also to the distribution of electric power. So that the transformer requires the main protection in the form of differential current protection. In this study the design of a differential current protection device on an Arduino-based three-phase transformer. To meet these needs, this differential current protection device uses Arduino Mega 2560 as a data processor and controller. The measurement uses the ACS712 20A current sensor and the ZMPT101B voltage sensor. The workings of this design refer to the tripping characteristics of ANSI 87T and the slope refers to the characteristics of the T60 relay. Based on the results of the tests carried out, the protection device does not disconnect the transformer with the load.This is because the load imbalance disturbance in one phase does not cause a differential current in the transformer winding. Besides, this design is equipped with a keypad for inputting the multiplier factor of the CT ratio and the real time value of the protection device. The value of the differential current and transformer voltage will be displayed on the LCD display and the current data on this protection will be stored on a micro SD card so that it can make it easier to monitor the condition of the transformer used.

Abstract

The focus of this study is the evaluation of the procedure for purchasing consumable goods at PT XYZ. Evaluation of the purchasing procedure is carried out in order to find out whether the procedure has been carried out in accordance with the SOP set by the company or not, as well as knowing the cause of the difference in inventory. The research method of this study report is descriptive qualitative research. The research results of this study report can be concluded that the procedures carried out are in accordance with the SOP set by the company, but there are still human errors that can hinder the process of purchasing inventory and checking the receipt of ordered goods.

Abstract

To reduce conduction and radiation emissions in electronic devices can use EMI filters. However, the use of EMI filters can also cause the parasitic appearance of the components used in the filter. Parasitic components can cause spikes in radiation emissions as well as conduction at high frequencies. To minimize the surge in radiation emissions in the filter circuit, several steps can be applied, namely providing shielding, ground plane, and also adjusting the layout of components on the printed circuit board (PCB). The purpose of this study was to look at the efficiency of the EMI passive filter circuit that will be applied to LED lights in dampening the radiation emissions produced by LED lights. Size is done in two-room conditions when many measurements are taken and when the room is used only to measure radiation emissions. The measurement results showed the EMI filter with the addition of shielding and a distance of 5 mm between the inductor and capacitor used resulted in a difference of 0.4 dBμV with an EMI filter with additional shielding and ground plane. Emissions produced by lights before and after are given shielding, ground plane, and the addition of distance between components does not exceed the CISPR limit of 11.

Abstract

Urban farming is an activity of farming in urban areas by using the yard area or corners of the house efficiently. The obstacle is the urban community who spend a lot of time working outside. Therefore, tools are needed to do watering, planting seeds, and monitoring plants based on the internet of things. The main objective of this research is to create a sophisticated agricultural system with IOT applications, it can easily maintain the farm, this robot which will later be named Robot Smart Farming (SF-BOT). SF-BOT has options for planting seeds, measuring soil moisture and watering. To implement this feature, SF-BOT works from the Soil Moisture Sensor reading with the help of Arduino and Raspberry pi. In addition SF-BOT can also be to plant seeds and show monitoring and can make streaming video in realtime.SF-BOT is controlled via webserver interface to select a menu of vegetables to be planted and select the point of planting. In addition, it can also display sensor monitoring and video streaming. The results of the DHT sensor accuration of 98,69 % and magnetic sensor accuration of 100%. Abstract

This study discusses about the design of SOP and credit sales documents at PT Sinar Kobel Indonesia. This research uses descriptive method that describes the procedure of sales activities at PT Sinar Kobel Indonesia, starting from orders from customers, making invoices, and exiting goods from warehouses, then grouping the activities and documents of credit sales. The results suggest that PT Sinar Kobel Indonesia needs to use quotation documents, purchase orders, and inventory cards as proof of a written agreement between the company and the buyer.

Abstract

Cowin is an investment platform in the cattle breeding sector and has been operating for several years in Pekanbaru. Currently, Cowin wants to increase its business development by expanding its target market by creating a mobile-based investment application. Since its beginning, Cowin has had a website application to make it easier for investors to invest online. However, according to the user specifications before implementing design sprint, the features contained in the website application are considered impractical to use, because they do not have much time to see cattle monitoring routinely through the website. So the purpose of this study is to identify investor's needs and problems when they want to invest in Cowin to build a good mobile-based application. The results of this study is a mobile-based Cowin application that has validated three times consisting of 2 times the task completion rate and 1-time usability testing using a likert scale. Through this research, the mobile applications that have been built is easy to learn and understand, but still need improvements in branding in the future so the investors will be interested in recommending this application to others.

Abstract

Currently, the world is facing a coronavirus pandemic. In Indonesia, until April 8, 2020, there have been 2,956 cases of COVID-19, with details of 2,494 being treated, 222 people cured, and 240 people dead. The increasing number of patients infected with COVID-19 has caused hospitals in Indonesia to lack medical aids, one of which is a ventilator. In this study, a portable ventilator was designed using NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller to process data so that it could be displayed on the LCD and the Firebase database. From the analysis results obtained both in terms of NodeMCU ESP8266 voltage, L298N Driver Module power supply, Buzzer, 4x4 Keypad Module, Portable Ventilator monitoring through the Android application with the Firebase database, to PEEP and tidal volume for CMV mode with Low, High, V. High readings obtained were 1.86 cmH2O & 105.71 mL; 2,3 cmH2O & 131 mL; and 6.29 cmH2O & 163.26 mL. Then for the second mode, CPAP mode, the readings were 5.13 cmH2O & 86.65mL; 5.9 cmH2O & 65.89mL; and 6.45 cmH2O & 102.6 mL. This proves that the overall system of the Portable Ventilator is functioning properly. From the tests that have been carried out on the Portable Ventilator Prototype that the examiner designed, the accuracy is obtained based on the performance of the tool which is in CMV and CPAP mode at speeds ranging from 'Low', 'High', and 'V.High' (Very High) respectively each one can run smoothly. Abstract

Zona Nilai Tanah (ZNT) merupakan zona yang terdiri atas satu atau lebih objek pajak yang mempunyai Nilai Indeks Rata-rata (NIR) yang relatif sama. NIR adalah nilai pasar rata-rata yang dapat mewakili nilai tanah dalam suatu zona nilai tanah. Mengingat ZNT dapat dimanfaatkan untuk penentuan tarif dalam pelayanan pertanahan, referensi masyarakat dalam transaksi, memonitor nilai tanah dan pasar tanah, dan referensi penetapan Nilai Jual Objek Pajak (NJOP) untuk Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB). Berdasarkan Perda Kota Batam No. 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pajak Daerah merupakan salah satu sumber pendapatan daerah yang penting guna membiayai pelaksanaan Pemerintahan Daerah dalam melaksanakan pelayanan kepada masyarakat serta mewujudkan kemandirian Daerah. Oleh karena itu, perlu diwujudkan informasi nilai tanah untuk mewujudkan fungsi tanah. Salah satu perwujudannya adalah Peta ZNT berdasarkan NIR. Dalam penelitian ini peta ZNT dibentuk berdasarkan nilai tanah dengan penilaian masal menggunakan pendekatan harga pasar. Data harga tanah menggunakan harga tanah berdasarkan NIR yang sudah dikeluarkan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa Peta ZNT berdasarkan NIR di Kecamatan Lubuk Baja yang nilai terendah sebesar Rp. 128.000 m2 di Kelurahan Tanjung Uma sedangkan nilai tertinggi sebesar Rp. 6.805.000 m2 di Kelurahan Lubuk Baja Kota dan Peta Pola Ruang untuk memperkuat informasi penyebab terjadinya perbedaan harga.
