Abstract

Puskesmas Ngoresan Surakarta has a number of outpatient forms for poly MTBS until 2019, namely 3,590 forms. The large number of forms raises several problems, such as incompleteness of filling in forms based on quantitative analysis where health workers who fill out the forms are not careful about the items. The purpose of this study was to determine the completeness of outpatient forms for the MTBS poly at Puskesmas Ngoresan Surakarta in 2019. This type of research is descriptive with research methods using observation, and interviews. Cross sectional research approach. Population of 3,590 forms with a sample of 97 outpatient forms of poly MTBS. The results of the data analysis show that the review of the completeness of the outpatient poly MTBS form on the identification review is 100% complete, the reporting review is 0% complete, the authentication review is 100% complete, the recording review is 0% complete. %. Factors that affect completeness include the doctor's discipline in filling in the DRM, the doctor's accuracy in paying attention to the items that should be filled in. The conclusion of the review Identification, Reporting, Authentication, and Recording states 2 reviews, namely identification and authentication 100% complete, and 2 reviews, namely recording and reporting 0% complete. Suggestions given to the results of this study are that the Surakarta Ngoresan Health Center should improve its performance so that the completeness of the four reviews can be optimal.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a degenerative disease due to metabolic disorders with acute to chronic hyperglycemic conditions. The complications of this disease are exacerbated by bacterials infection causing ulcers or sores on feets, hands, knees, back and other parts of the body. The mangosteen plant (Garcinia mangostana) was believed as antidiabetic empirically and cured diabetic ulcers. This study aims to determine the comparison of antibacterial activity of extracts and fractions from mangosteen leaves at concentrations 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100% againts bacterias which caused diabetic ulcers by in vitro. The research began with maceration of mangosteen leaves used methanol. The fractions were obtained by vacuum liquid chromatography. The bacterias that cause diabetic ulcers were obtained from ulcer specimens of diabetic ulcer patients. Antibacterial activity was tested using the disc diffusion method with 10% of DMSO as negative control. The positive control was determined by antibacterial sensitivity methods. Antibacterial activity was expressed by the large area of the inhibition zone on media that inoculated which ulcer bacterias and incubated for 24 hours at 370 C. The results showed that there were 5 dominant bacteria found in diabetic ulcers. There were Escherichia spp, Klebsiella spp, Staphylococcus spp, Salmonella spp and Shigella spp. The antibacterial sensitivity showed that ciprofloxacin had the largest area of inhibition zone compared to Amoxicillin, Ampicillin, Cefotaxim, Gentamycin, Erythromicin and Doxycicline. The results showed that mangosteen leaf extract at 100% concentration had the biggest of antibacterial activity with the largest inhibition zone was 27.10 mm ± 0.1 compared to the other concentration of methanol extract, fractions A, B and C in all concentration series, but smaller than the positive control of ciprofloxacin 5 µg / disk was 35.01 mm ± 0.1.

The outbreak of the Corona Virus Diseases-19 or known as Covid19 has caused disasters for the community, resulting in the death of thousands of people around the world, including in Indonesia. The emergence of this disease outbreak encourages the importance of providing education to the public about clean and healthy living habits (PHBS). In addition, the public needs to know with certainty the transmission and ways of preventing Covid-19 so that it does not continue to become epidemic. People are strongly advised to stay at home only, have to wear masks, workers / employees work from home (WFH), always wash their hands and apply PHBS. PHBS is a strategy that can prevent the spread of Covod-19. The public continues to be urged to improve clean and healthy living habits in an effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19, because community behavior plays an important role in reducing the number of Covid-19 spread. PHBS is one of the strategies in preventing the spread of Covid -19 which is very effective and easy to do by all levels of society. The government's recommendations continue to urge the PHBS movement to be the key to preventing the spread of Covid 19 during this pandemic. Conducting PHBS, it is hoped that the spread of Covid-19 can be inhibited so that the incidence does not increase. Because of the importance of a clean and healthy lifestyle, it is necessary to provide continuous information so that it can increase the knowledge of all levels of society to apply PHBS in their daily life.

Abstract

Small, Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are one of the supporting parts of the Indonesian economy by absorbing high labor and production value. One of the factors that greatly influences the development of SMEs in Indonesia is the workforce involved in SMEs business activities. Several factors that influence the workforces are gender, education level, marital status and wages level. The data mining used can help processing data into new knowledge that can be used in decision making. The purpose of this study was to analyze the data of SMEs workers in the Palembang city by comparing the Apriori algorithm and the FP-Growth algorithm to see the association between gender, education level, marital status and wages earned by SMEs’s workers in Palembang city. The sample used in this research are 400 SMEs’s workers who were randomly selected from 5 sub-districts in Palembang city. The results show that with a confidence level of 0.8, the Apriori Algorithm produces 25 association patterns while the FP-Growth Algorithm has 11 association patterns. In the Apriori Algorithm, it was found that 72% of associations with 1 level confidence while the rest is less than 1. As for the FP-Growth Algorithm, 9% of the association patterns have 1 confidence level and the rest is less than 1. These results indicate that the Apriori algorithm is able to explain more association between gender, education level, marital status and wages of SMEs’s workers in Palembang City. The results of this study can be used as a consideration for increasing the capacity of SMEs’s workers in Palembang City.

Abstract

Growth of the mushroom can be inhibited if its temperature and humidity are not well controlled. Automated monitoring system was an alternative solution for controlling the mushroom bed’s temperature and humidity. The project entitled automated moist control and mushroom production information system with mobile-based sms notification was design to develop an automated real-time monitoring system that monitors real-time temperature and humidity of the mushroom bed. The project utilized android based application, and a prototype that use arduino uno v3.0 ch340g as the microcontroller for the system’s prototype, a dht11 temperature and relative humidity sensors, single channel relay module, gsm module and a 12volts washer pump components. Based on testing and evaluation, the study found out that 50 respondents who evaluated the project obtained an average rating scale of 3.65, remarked as “agree” means that the automated moist control for mushroom information system with mobile-based sms notification is truly functional, reliable and usable for mushroom production. It is the therefore concludes that for monitoring the mushroom bed’s temperature and humidity purposes, the project can help mushroom farmers grow mushrooms less consuming time and less effort in producing mushrooms.

Abstract

The provision of the internet as an effort to encourage digitalization in rural areas is expected to provide opportunities for rural economic development, employment opportunities, trade, and other conveniences. Implementation of the internet in this rural area is a challenging task especially concerning geographic conditions such as hilly environments, lots of trees, and the location of the nearest broadcast station. Besides, the internet as a public infrastructure in rural areas must be combined with renewable energy to prevent environmental pollution and cost-efficiency. This study aims to analyze the provision of renewable energy-based public internet infrastructure in rural Indonesia using an applied research approach. Public internet infrastructure is developed with a wireless model using solar PV as a source of electrical energy. The results state that the provision of renewable energy-based internet has received a positive response from the village community because it provides easy wireless connectivity. However, there are still a few villagers who use the internet for productive purposes.
