That The data used in this study are consumer perception data and the number of products produced, the number of defective products, and the costs required to support them control process for one period. The results of the study show that product quality is controlled as a proportional value of damage is between the upper and lower limits, indicating that the controlling limitis (p) = 14%, the upper control limit is (UCL) 16,68%, the lower control limit (LCL) is 11,31%. Total cost required to control process control (QCC) Rp 535,714,285 the cost needed to guarantee the quality is Rp. 10,500,000., and the cost of quality (TQS) of Rp. 546,214,285 means company can compress the product by 210 earthenware or 14% of the total production. Prior to actual research, pilot survey was conducted to ensure that all the questions were asked in questionnaire were understandable as well as appropriate for this study. In addition, Cronbach’s Alpha techniques were used to check whether all statements have positively correlated to each other. Therefore, reliability of the statements extracted which allowed us to proceed further for analysis of the data. In this study, three factors were extracted through factor analysis, from the responses of respondents. Based on the variables included in each factor, we labeled for factors as quality services, mechanisms of trust, adoption of Facebook Marketing, prosperity of shopping, flexibility behavior and user friendly. The findings of the study highlighted the importance of quality services offered by the E-Marketers. Abstract

Stress at work’ is a concept which there are lots of potential causes of stress in a working environment that can affect the productivity of a worker. Traffic congestion is a condition in transport that is characterised by slower speeds, longer trip times, and increased vehicular queueing. The experience of workers during traffic congestion before attending work could induce stress towards them, hence being assessed in this study. This study aims to assess the relationship between traffic congestion and work productivity. This study was conducted among a total sample of 133 individual workers in Kuala Lumpur which are prone to road traffic congestion in city areas. Raw data were collected in an online standardized survey. Data analysis was done using Microsoft Excel and SPSS using multiple hypotheses testing formula including ANOVA test, Linear Regression Analysis and Correlation Analysis. The findings of this study concluded that the data from all of the tests show consistent results which there is significant relationship between Stress at Work (p-value <0.05) and Road Traffic Congestion (p-value <0.05), but Work Productivity (p-value >0.05) shows insignificance towards the two variables. Therefore, it can be concluded that road traffic congestion causes stress to workers in Kuala Lumpur, but the stress induced from road traffic congestion does not hinder their productivity at work.

Enterprise managers must know and evaluate sales data through reports on all branchesA trading business that has a department store, so it is essential to assess the sales trade. This sales evaluation knowledge system is necessary to promote store leadership in the deals evaluation strategy, which aims to aid the administration's decision-making process. The dealing data is evaluated using a clustering model to find a group of products selling well, especially in demand and not selling well. The algorithm used in clustering is by using K-Means. The sample data used is sales transaction data of 122 sales transaction data. Based on the results of the Davies Bouldin, it was found that the number of clusters with the best performance was 4 clusters with a Davies Blouldin value of -0.371. This analysis results in the sales data evaluation information system using the clustering model as an instrument for store managers to evaluate deals data at all department stores. The result of this method can be caused by the supervision as data in the decision-making method.
