Abstract

A pending claim is a claim that is returned by the BPJS (Social Security Administering Agency) Health verifier to the hospital for revision which can later be resubmitted. This study aims to determine the causes of pending BPJS claims for inpatients at Nirmala Suri Sukoharjo Hospital in 2020. This study is a descriptive study, with a retrospective approach. Samples of 685 claims are pending with the saturated sample technique. The research instrument was in the form of observation guidelines and interview guidelines. Data processing with classification, editing, and presentation of data in text form. Data processing with data analysis is done descriptively. The implementation of BPJS patient claims at the Nirmala Suri Sukoharjo Hospital has been implemented and has implemented the existing SPO (Standard Operating Procedures). There are 14 classifications of pending BPJS claims for inpatients at Nirmala Suri Sukoharjo Hospital. The causes of pending BPJS claims for inpatients at the Nirmala Suri Sukoharjo Hospital in 2020 include: completeness of medical record documents, clarity of doctor's writing, and application system updates. Coordinate with related units such as medical records and registration units, inpatient installations, emergency units, cashier units, and pharmacy installations regarding matters that affect pending claims so that they do not happen again. It is better if the coder requires updating the latest knowledge and rules related to coding rules or BPJS Health rules and it takes the accuracy of the coder and grouper in the coding and input process

Providing counseling with a family approach is a process of support in dealing with problems so that it can reduce anxiety. This study to examine the effect of family counseling on reducing anxiety during pre-eruption. It was quasi-experimental one-group design with a pre-test and post-test. There were 49 residents with moderate to severe anxiety using purposive sampling. The measurement of anxiety score using Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale. The bivariate analysis was carried out by parametric test using paired t-test. The result showed that p-value 0,00 (p < 0,05), indicated a significant difference anxiety score in pre-test and post-test. There was an effect of family counseling on anxiety during pre-eruption among residents. Counseling can be used as an intervention in the family to reduce anxiety.

Abstract

This research was conducted at UNS Sukoharjo Hospital. Based on the preliminary study, it was found that 19.5% of the claims filed were pending in inpatient claims and 31% were due to coding cases. This study was conducted to determine pending claims due to coding discrepancies in hospitalized National Health Insurance patients. This is a case study research type with a qualitative research design. Data were taken by observation and interviews with the head of the medical record installation room, coding officer, head of the guarantee installation room, and the verifier of the Health Insurance Administration. The data collected, presented descriptively, and analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results showed that the coding of claim files had been carried out according to hospital standards. Submission of the claim file is carried out after verification by the internal verifier. The pending claim occurs due to a mismatch in coding caused by the need for a join code, an error in determining the main diagnosis, the need for confirmation of the action code, and the need for confirmation of supporting reports. Other influencing factors are support from colleagues, technology support, limited knowledge, and lack of staff training, as well as system changes and problematic servers both from hospitals and from Health Insurance Providers. The conclusion is that there are still pending claims caused by coding cases, so it is better for officers to take coding training and perform server maintenance.

Abstract

The Ngargoyoso tourist attraction area is one of the popular tourist attractions in Karanganyar Regency, especially in Central Java. In this tourist area there are many small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that offer various products, especially original products from Ngargoyoso. The use of information technology to support the marketing and promotion of local products, namely the Electronic Marketplace which is made based on a website with marketing and sales features, is expected to increase income and improve the welfare of the local community. The problem faced by Small and Medium Enterprises in the Ngargoyoso Tourism Village area is that the sales model that is carried out is still conventional and the promotions carried out are still very limited, only limited to the surrounding area. Sometimes tourists who visit don't even know the location of the SMEs in the tourist village of Ngargoyoso. And also many tourists who don't know what products from SMEs and their locations are, considering that currently in the tourist village of Ngargoyoso there is no market or physical store to market souvenirs typical of the products of SMEs in the village of Ngargoyoso. This has resulted in several SME products that have not been exposed to the outside. Even though during the COVID-19 pandemic, such as the current number of tourists visiting the Ngargoyoso tourist village, of course this greatly affects the income value of SMEs in the Ngargoyoso tourist village. Thus, the application of the Electronic Marketplace with a Rule Based Expert System can be used as a promotional media and selling and buying with a wider reach.

Abstract

The low interest in research in several places, especially in Indonesia, is influenced by several factors. This study identifies the validity of two factors that can affect the number of lecturers' research. The goal to be achieved in this research is to find out how much education and job title affect the number of lecturers' research. The research was conducted using descriptive quantitative methods with 41 samples of respondents. The results of this study indicate that based on the ANOVA test, the F value is 1.864 with a sig. 0.169. In the regression test, the t value was obtained at 1.153 with a sig value. 0.256 and 0.067. Abstract

Adequate nutrition during pregnancy affects the incidence of stunting. Every pregnant woman is encouraged to have regular prenatal checkups. But many pregnant women and nursing mothers do not routinely do checkups. They even lost a book to monitor Maternal and Child Health, so the examination history was not fully documented. This creates problems such as incomplete patient data, and midwives having difficulty finding patient history. The purpose of this study is to develop an application to monitor maternal health. Monitoring is also carried out to help detect early if there are potential abnormalities or health problems for the mother and fetus. The research method uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach, by developing computer applications to monitor maternal health. The results show that this application can produce information on the history of physical examinations on patients more quickly and accurately. Reports are presented in the form of printouts and graphics. The graphic display makes it easier for the midwife to read the progress of the patient's health. Midwives are also faster in detecting abnormal patient conditions, so midwives can immediately provide education, action, or therapy.
