Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi oleh mahasiswa dalam menunjang pembelajaran daring. Penentuan responden secara purposive dengan ketentuan merupakan mahasiswa aktif Universitas Duta Bangsa Surakarta. Populasi dari penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Duta Bangsa Surakarta yaitu sejumlah 3.896 mahasiswa. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 160 mahasiswa Universitas Duta Bangsa Surakarta. Penggunaan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan data primer, data primer didapatkan melalui wawancara dengan responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan TIK dalam pembelajaran daring telah diterapkan di Universitas Duta Bangsa Surakarta dibuktikan dengan respon 120 (75%) mahasiswa “sangat setuju” dan “setuju” dengan pernyataan penggunaan elearning dan aplikasi komputer lainnya dalam pembelajaran daring. Pemanfaatan TIK oleh mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran daring membantu mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas tepat waktu, dan menambah kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi-aplikasi tesebut. Ditunjukan dari respon mahasiswa terhadap pemanfaatan TIK dalam membantu menyelesaikan tugas sebanyak 142 mahasiswa (88,75%) menyatakan respon “sangat setuju” dan “setuju”. Pemanfaatan TIK dalam menunjang pembelajaran daring memiliki faktor penghambat utama diantaranya adalah masalah jaringan internet yang sering terjadi dan masih adanya mahasiswa ataupun dosen yang belum menguasai penggunaan TIK dalam pembelajaran daring. Faktor penunjang dalam pemanfataan TIK dalam pembelajaran daring adalah fasilitas kuota, fasilitas kepemilikan laptop/PC, handphone android dan support system dari orang tua. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut diperlukan solusi untuk mengatasi faktor penghambat dalam pemanfaatan TIK dalam menunjan pembelajaran diantaranya, perlu adanya fasilitas tersedianya alat penangkap sinyal dan perlu adanya peningkatan pelatihan baik terhadap mahasiswa dan dosen yang kurang memahami tata kerja penggunaan TIK dalam pembelajaran daring

Abstract

Article 28D paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution states everyone has the right to work and to receive fair and proper compensation and treatment in a working relationship. It is emphasized in Article 151 (1) of Law no. 13/2003 concerning Manpower. The entrepreneurs, workers/laborers, trade/labor unions, and the government must make every effort to prevent an employment termination. In fact, many workers have been terminated and some even did not receive any severance pay at all. Accordingly, the researchers formulated the following research questions: how to terminate employment in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, and how is the government’s responsibility for the welfare guarantees for workers. This research employed a normative juridical approach by collecting data from literature studies. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively. The findings revealed the layoffs in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic were a breach of contract by entrepreneurs.  The entrepreneurs were still obliged to provide severance pay, reward money, and compensation money. In addition, the government has also provided accountability in the form of an economy, the Pre-Work Card. With this card, workers can develop workforce competence, increase productivity and competitiveness of the workforce, and develop entrepreneurship. Abstract

Social welfare can be improved in various ways that can be done, for example, through communityempowerment programs. The part of the community that can be empowered are housewives who aremembers of the PKK organization, especially in Wangen Village, Polanharjo District, Klaten Regency. Theimpact of environmental pollution is due to the disposal of used cooking oil and is followed by an increasein the use of cooking oil due to the appeal to stay at home during the Covid-19 pandemic. The existence ofthis makes a training program and assistance for the utilization of cooking oil waste into soap is the rightthing to deal with this problem. The specific goals and targets to be achieved in this activity are that PKKmothers are interested and motivated to become entrepreneurs, to form groups of PKK members whobecome economically independent by producing soap. In order to achieve this goal, a community serviceprogram was carried out by a lecturer at the University of Duta Bangsa Surakarta who provided soapproduction training conducted by PKK women in Wangen Village. The result of this service is an increasein the skills of PKK Village women in Wangen in making soap from used cooking oil waste.

Abstract

Selama masa pandemi Covid-19, semakin banyak orang Indonesia yang menggunakan media sosial. We Are Social dan Hootsuite melaporkan bahwa jumlah pengguna media sosial di Indonesia pada Januari 2021 mencapai 170 juta atau setara dengan 61.8% dari total populasi penduduk. Jumlah ini mengalami peningkatan sebesar 6,3% (10 juta pengguna) dibanding tahun sebelumnya. Ditambah dengan adanya aturan protokol kesehatan Covid-19 tentang physical distancing, maka sebaiknya perusahaan, khususnya UMKM (Small Medium Enterprise), memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai inovasi saluran pemasaran di masa pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi penggunaan media sosial sebagai media pemasaran pada UMKM dan pengaruhnya pada kinerja UMKM. Penelitian ini menganalisis 7 variabel utama dengan menggunakan model SEM-PLS intervening. Hasil empiris menunjukkan bahwa hanya faktor kemudahan dalam penggunaan platform media sosial yang berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kecenderungan pengusaha UMKM untuk menggunakan media sosial sebagai media pemasaran. Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between Instagram marketing efforts and willingness to pay a premium price as mediated by trust and brand image in order to validate the theory with practical application, particularly in the restaurant industry. To test the proposed hypothesis, this study employs a quantitative approach with a causal research design. Data was gathered through a survey of 100 respondents via an online questionnaire, which was distributed to social media users in Indonesia who had visited a restaurant that was actively marketing on social media. In addition, a structural equation model was developed to analyze these research data. This study evaluates the company's Instagram marketing efforts as a whole, combining six factors (entertainment, interaction, trendiness, customization, electronic word of mouth, and risk). The results of this study reveal that marketing efforts through Instagram directly encourage consumers to pay premium prices and influence consumer brand preferences. Out of the six indicators, entertainment and perceived risk have the greatest influence on consumer brand preference and consumer willingness to pay a premium price.

Abstract

Menurut UU No 20 Tahun 2003 Pendidikan adalah usaha dasar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan suasanabelajar dan proses pembelajaran agar peserta didik secara aktif mengembang potensi dirinya untuk memilikikekuatan spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, akhlak mulia, serta keterampilan yang diperlukandirinya, masyarakat, bangsa dan negara. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana dampak pendemicovid-19 bagi para mahasiswa dalam pendidikan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis,dengan pengumpulan data sekunder, untuk membuktikan bahwa para mahasiswa terkena dampak atas pandemicovid 19. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kualitatif. Berdasarkan dalam penilitian ditemukan bahwa denganadanya pandemi covid-19 para mahasiswa sangat merasakan dampaknya pada proses pembelajaran mereka. Dirumahaja membuat para mahasiswa mengalami stres dengan alasan banyaknya tugas dari dosen, tidak leluasa main denganteman-teman diluar rumah dan mereka cenderung main sosial media serta game sampai lupa waktu. Abstract

Pasal 28D ayat (2) UUD 1945 menjelaskan bahwa setiap orang berhak bekerja serta mendapat imbalan danperlakuan yang adil dan layak dalam hubungan kerja. Dijelaskan dalam pasal 90 ayat (1) UU No. 13 tahun 2003 tentangketenagakerjaan disebutkan bahwa pengusaha pengusaha dilarang membayar upah rendah dari upah minimum. Persoalan yangterjadi dilapangan, beberapa tenaga kesehatan honorer mendapat upah lebih rendah dari upah minimum. Permasalahan dalampenelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengupahan tenaga kesehatan kontrak di rumah sakit dan bagaimana pertanggungjawabanhukum yang diberikan terhadap tenaga kesehatan kontrak sebagai pemberi jasa layanan kesehatan. Metode penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dengan pengumpulan data dari studi lapangan dan studi pustaka. Untukmengetahui apakah ada singkronisasi antar peraturan yang berlaku dengan praktik dilapangan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisissecara kualitatif.

Abstract

This study examines the correlation between tax awareness, ease of payment, and service quality with taxpayer compliance to pay Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB). The data in this study is the type of ordinal data using a Likert scale. The validity and reliability of the questions asked in the Likert scale questionnaire have been tested using the bivariate correlation test. The sample of this research is 75 taxpayers who are registered in the taxpayers UPPD (Unit Pengelola Pendapatan Daerah) Klaten District or the Samsat Office of Klaten District in 2021. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling technique, which is to determine a sample of taxpayers randomly. Analysis of the data used to determine the relationship between taxpayer awareness, ease of payment, and service quality with tax compliance is by using the Spearman Rank Correlation. The results of this study indicate that three questions on tax awareness, four questions on the ease of paying taxes, and four questions on the quality of tax services are valid and realiable. The validity and reality test shows that the question or item has a valid and consistent bivariate and Cronbach Alpha correlation value. The results of the Spearman Rank correlation between tax awareness and paying compliance produce a correlation value of 0.730, which means that the correlation between the two variables is strong. Meanwhile, the result of the correlation between the ease of paying taxes and compliance in paying taxes results in a value of 0.557, which means that is strong. The relationship between the quality of tax services at the Samsat Office of Klaten District with paying compliance results in a correlation value of 0.479 which means the relationship is sufficient. So it can be concluded that taxpayer awareness and ease of payment have a strong correlation with taxpayer compliance to pay Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB) in Samsat Office of Klaten District.

Abstract

Quality control is a series of effective and efficient integrated activities that develop, maintain and improve the quality of some products and services to make consumers satisfied. The current study aims to identify consumers opinions on product quality, quality management systems, and costs required for it. The research was conducted at the Diki Ceramic Home Industry. That Data analysis used control chart, cost analysis and qualitative descriptive. That The data used in this study are consumer perception data and the number of products produced, the number of defective products, and the costs required to support them control process for one period. The results of the study show that product quality is controlled as a proportional value of damage is between the upper and lower limits, indicating that the controlling limitis (p) = 14%, the upper control limit is (UCL) 16,68%, the lower control limit (LCL) is 11,31%. Total cost required to control process control (QCC) Rp 535,714,285 the cost needed to guarantee the quality is Rp. 10,500,000., and the cost of quality (TQS) of Rp. 546,214,285 means company can compress the product by 210 earthenware or 14% of the total production. Score optimum damage (q*) is 1500 of respondents indicated very positive perception, 50% indicate positive perception, and 6.67% indicate neutral perception.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to empirically show the effect of understanding tax rules, awareness of taxpayers and quality of tax services on e-commerce compliance. Online trading is inseparable from a tax known as the e-commerce tax. This research method uses a descriptive approach, by collecting data from questionnaires and literature. The data used are primary data by using a Likert scale questionnaire on e-commerce actors in Karasidenan Surakarta. The results of the study prove that understanding of tax rules affects compliance with e-commerce actors, taxpayer awareness does not affect compliance with e-commerce actors and the quality of tax services affects compliance with e-commerce actors.
