Bakti Sekawan : Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat, merupakan jurnal untuk mendesiminasikan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh dosen, praktisi, ataupun mahasiswa. Jurnal ini dikelola oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan (PUSLITBANG) Sekawan Institute Nusa Tenggara Barat, NTB. Pengelola jurnal ini terdiri dari dosen dan praktisi dari berbagai latar belakang perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Jurnal ini terbit 2 kali dalam 1 tahun yaitu pada bulan Juni dan Desember. Jurnal ini merupakan jurnal multidisiplin, sehingga tidak membatasi pada hasil pengabdian masyarakat dari topik yang spesifik atau khusus. Oleh karena itu jurnal ini menerima seluruh artikel hasil kegiatan pengabdian dari disiplin ilmu apapun.

Abstract

The University of Mataram carries out Community Service (KKN) activities, and the main work program carried out is oyster mushroom cultivation. This work program aims to empower the community by cultivating oyster mushrooms and processing oyster mushrooms to improve the welfare of Pengonong hamlet, Batu Kumbung Village Lingsar District. The methods are submitting material on oyster mushroom cultivation and its processing, discussing various problems related to oyster mushroom cultivation and their solutions, business management and product marketing, simulation, and evaluation. This activity was carried out from December to February 2022. The implementation of this activity involved University of Mataram Community Service students as facilitators. The evaluation results of this activity indicate that the cultivation of oyster mushrooms and their products positively impacts the local community. The community is very responsive to this activity. The prospect of the oyster mushroom market still has considerable opportunities. The output of this activity is to produce several baglogs of oyster mushrooms and produce reference journals on oyster mushroom cultivation

Abstract

The era of globalization is one of the impacts of the development of information technology. The rapid development of technology and communication networks makes it easier for people to get information. Nunu Village is one of the villages in the Talaud Islands Regency on the border area of Indonesia and the Philippines. The research team made observations at the Village Office by conducting interviews with village heads and staff. The results of the observation focus on queuing in using computer or printer access. This happened because the data was stored on a certain computer and the printer was only connected to one computer in the Nunu Village Secretary's room. In Nunu Village, it is still done by sharing data from one computer to another manually, using external data storage devices such as flash drives and hard drives. Doing so can spread viruses and spyware that can damage computer data and operating systems. The initiative researcher conducts an online network system with implementation at the Village office

Abstract

Terbatasnya kemampuan dan keahlian dosen dalam menulis buku serta konten pengetahuan. Salah satu rendahnya minat menulis dosen adalah kurangnya sosialisasi budaya menulis buku monograf dikalangan dosen. Dengan adanya sosialisasi maka menulis buku menjadi budaya dikalangan akademisi. Subjek dalam pengabdian ini adalah dosen pemula dari berbagai perguruan tinggi yang ada di Indonesia yang berjumlah 766 orang yang terbagi menjadi empat group whatsapp. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode diskusi, dan praktik. Pelatihan ini menghasilkan beberapa buku monograf yang sedang dalam proses penerbitan dari para peserta, yaitu: (1) buku monograf pembelajaran kimia, (2) buku monograf strategi penguatan kapabilitas ekonomi kreatif di era digital, (3) buku monograf strategi tingkatkan kinerja industri kreatif, (5) buku monograf teori dasar epidemiologi penyakit tidak menular, (6) buku kapita selekta, (7) buku monograf kebijakan publik dan isu-isu strategis pada masa pandemi covid-19, (8) buku monograf kewirausahaan. Respon atau testimoni peserta mengenai kebermanfaatan kegiatan pelatihan yang diikuti dengan rata-rata menyatakan group menulis buku monograf yang diikuti sangat bermanfaat.

Abstract

Rata-rata mahasiswa di Universitas Pendidikan Undikma (UNDIKMA) khususnya mahasiswa program studi pendidikan kimia mempunyai perangkat komputer berupa laptop yang cukup memadai, sayangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa calon guru kimia dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran yang interaktif menggunakan Adobe Flash CS5 Profesional masih sangat kurang. Kendala utamanya adalah pengetahuan, kemampuan, dan penguasaan terhadap Adobe Flash CS5 Profesional tersebut. Untuk itu, penanganan terhadap permasalahan di atas dibuat kerangka pemecahan masalah seperti yang terlihat pada. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah: (1) agar mahasiswa calon guru kimia di UNDIKMA menjadi terampil dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran LKS Interaktif menggunakan Adobe Flash CS5; (2) mensosialisasikan perangkat lunak Adobe Flash CS5. Hasil pengabdian ini meliputi: (a) pelatihan ini memberikan beberapa materi yang terkait dengan upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan pemberikan pengetahuan mengenai pemanfaatan Program Adobe Flash CS5 Professional untuk membuat media pembelajaran interaktif yang atraktif dan interaktif; (b) materi yang disajikan dapat diterima, dicerna, dan dipahami mahasiswa; (c) kegiatan berlangsung lancar, tepat waktu dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

The Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health is one of the government agencies of West Nusa Tenggara Province which has the task of improving the welfare of the community and reducing poverty in West Nusa Tenggara Province by providing grants in the form of livestock assistance or other assistance, assistance is given to livestock farmer groups in all regencies/cities throughout the province. -NTB has criteria that have been determined by the Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service of the Province of NTB, the assistance provided is sourced from the Provincial Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) and the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN), because the process of providing assistance through the selection of submitted proposals manually by livestock farmer groups with three processes that become important points, namely recapitulation, validation and verification which takes a long time and the lack of information related to the development of livestock farmer groups in all regions of NTB that have received assistance, therefore an application or application is needed. u an information system that can assist the Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health of the Province of NTB in processing livestock farmer group data, ranking as a good decision maker..

Abstract

Penemuan berbagai bahan tambahan untuk memperoleh roti dengan proses pengolahan lebih cepat, volume lebih besar, tekstur lebih halus dan daya simpan lebih lama terus dikembangkan. Akan tetapi penambahan bahan tambahan makanan (BTM) sintetis membawa berbagai konsekuensi kesehatan, terlebih bila penggunaannya tidak sesuai aturan. Meningkatnya kesadaran akan perlunya makanan yang sehat dan aman sesuai dengan kebutuhan maka semakin berkembangnya pencarian BTM yang aman termasuk pada proses pembuatan roti. Tingkat pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku pengerajin dalam proses pengolahan bahan pangan dapat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pendidikan, sosial dan ekonomi. Dalam hal ini, sebagian besar para pembuat roti di Mataram memiliki latar belakang pendidikan hanya sampai pada tingkatan Sekolah Dasar atau Sekolah Menengah Pertama sehingga akan mengakibatkan terbatasnya pengetahuan yang mendasari tentang pembuatan roti yang aman dan bebas dari bahan tambahan kimiawi. Sebagai upaya preventif penggunaan bahan tambahan makanan kimia yang berbahaya dan tidak halal dalam proses produksi roti perlu dilakukan suatu usaha untuk memberikan pelatihan, sosialisasi dan memberikan pengetahuan terkait dengan proses pengolahan roti mulai dari persiapan dan penyediaan bahan baku, penggunaan bahan utama dan bahan tambahan, tahapan pengolahan dan pasca pengolahan (pengemasan dan penyimpanan). Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan roti yang benar sesuai dengan standar sanitasi dan cara pengolahan pangan yang baik (CPPB). Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peserta mendapat pemahaman mengenai bahaya bahan tambahan sintesis dan pentingnya menggunakan bahan tambahan alami seperti karaginan sebagai bread improver serta kegiatan pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan wawasan dan keterampilan peserta mengenai prosedur pengolahan roti yang dapat diterapkan dalam proses produksi roti sehingga dihasilkan roti lokal yang aman dan bermutu.

Abstract

Website is an information technology that can be used to exchange information between users quickly by using the internet network. The website has been used by various institutions as a medium of information and promotion. One of them is school. Currently, SMKN 1 Jonggat does not have a website that is used as a medium of information and promotion. This causes problems for both the community and the school. People to get the information they need from schools, they have to come to school. The school also does not have a media that can be used to provide information and school promotion. Therefore, the service team held service activities that aimed to assist the school in creating a website that can be used as a medium of information and promotion. This activity is divided into three stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The result of the planning stage is cooperation related to activities and data collection needed in making the website. At the implementation stage, the service team created a school website according to the results of the planning stage. The evaluation stage is the inspection stage related to the school website that has been created. The service team succeeded in creating a school website according to the needs of the school that can be used as a medium of information and promotion. With the school website, the problems of SMKN 1 Jonggat related to the distribution and delivery of information and promotions can be minimized

Abstract

Participating in online training will help to continue the present capacity-building process. To meet these demands, training service providers such as LKP Zahra Computer have developed a Learning Management System (LMS) that allows for more flexible training. LMS administration for Admin Staff is one of the reasons that becomes a barrier for LKP, especially when it comes to publishing new classes, adding questions to the system, and upgrading classes if there are modifications that are needed. The initial stage of this training is an interview with the administrative staff to identify potential impediments. Following that, the second level, which included online class LMS management training, was completed. And at last, the Admin Staff constructed a mock class to evaluate their understanding of the Online Class LMS management.

Abstract

The development of SME businesses in Indonesia is currently very much supported by their marketing capabilities. Marketing that is being carried out is now more upgraded than before, one of which is Digital Marketing starting from Endorse, Paid Promote and Social Media such as Instagram. However, for the last few years there have been several digital platforms that are specifically intended for culinary-based businesses (Food and Beverage), these digital platforms are quite positive for consumers as well as producers, in addition to saving time and energy, the costs incurred are not too large. One example of a digital platform that has a positive impact on users is Shopee Food. Shopee Food is a feature diversification of the shopee application other than shopeepay, shopeepaylater which is specifically made for food and beverage products. We as the Service Team are trying to help Kamsia boba Mataram, as one of the boba beverage businesses that has only been established for 2 years, to use the application to increase sales levels. The methods used in this service are 1) Identification of problems and solutions; 2) Process Design; 3) Implementation; 4) Validation and Evaluation; and 5) Conclusion. The stages of activities carried out by the community service team for Kamsia Boba Mataram SMEs were followed enthusiastically, this was proven by the use of the Shopee Food application as a means of promotion and sales by Kamsia Boba Mataram SMEs.

Abstract

Penduduk di Desa Pelaga berjumlah 6.489 jiwa dengan laju pertumbuhan penduduk pertahun 2010-2020 sejumlah 1,74%. Banyaknya penduduk dengan sumber mata pencaharian sebagai pedagang sebanyak 170 jiwa. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah salah satu Industri Rumah Tangga (IRT) yang terletak di Banjar Bukian, Desa Pelaga, Kecamatan Petang. Usaha mitra bergerak di bidang pangan yaitu kerupuk ikan salmon. Permasalahan utama yang ditangani dalam kegiatan ini adalah kemasan produk yang masih sederhana dan kurangnya pengetahuan mitra tentang pemasaran online. Permasalahan tersebut akan ditangani dengan perbaikan kemasan produk dan pelatihan pemasaran online. Indikator capaian adalah meningkatnya keterampilan anggota mitra dalam hal pengemasan produk hingga 50%. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pendapatan mitra meningkat 70%.
