Abstract

The purpose of this research is to present the concept of Islamic economic paradigm: parallel phenomena culture that starts from religious sentiment towards a new religious mode on a global scale. This study uses a qualitative descriptive-analytic approach. The data was collected by using literature study and documentation study. Data analysis using qualitative analysis approaches and techniques. The results of the study concluded: 1) Religion does govern business, offering a set of guiding principles and moral guidelines in business from a family scale to a global scale. 2) Faith is an Islamic business segmentation asset that provides the criteria and nature of prospects in business. 3) Religion is capable of being a vehicle for transformational social change in business. 4) Islamic economy has the structure and frame of reference for business culture by offering a new unit of analysis capable of demeaning the systems of capitalism and Marxism. 5) The contemporary approach of grounded Islamic economics is not a composite construction of capitalism through social interaction but a guide conferred in the name of rahmatan-lil-aalamiin

Abstract

The research objectives are as follows: 1) To simultaneously analyze the effect of product, price, promotion and distribution on sales volume. 2) To partially analyze the effect of product, price, promotion and distribution on sales volume. 3) Analyze the main factors that are the most dominant product, price, promotion and distribution to increase sales volume. The population in this study was the unknown population, the degree was 1.96 with an error rate of 5%, a sample of 96 respondents was determined by sampling using incidental sampling. Validity is measured by product moment correlation, reliability is measured by consistency of alpha reliability intervals. The classical assumption test consists of five tests, namely the normality test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, multicolinearity test and linearity test. To prove the hypothesis formulated in this study, the F test and t test were used. From the research results, it can be concluded that: 1) Product, price, promotion, and distribution simultaneously influence sales volume. 2) Product has a partially significant effect on Sales Volume, Price has a partially significant effect on Sales Volume, promotion has a partially significant effect on Sales Volume, distribution has a significant negative effect on the Sales Volume variable. 3) Promotion has a dominant effect on Sales Volume.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of price policy and service quality on service purchase decisions at the laundry of the Riyadlul Jannah Islamic Boarding School Mojokerto. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data in this study were obtained from the results of distributing research questionnaires about price policy and service quality and purchasing decisions for service products to 70 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are instrument validity and reliability, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS Statistics 24 application. The results show that (1) the price policy variable has a positive and significant effect on service purchasing decisions and (2) the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect to the decision to purchase services.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prospek dalam penerimaan pendapatan yang cukup besar bagi pemilik usaha dan bagaimana tinjauan ekonomi Islam terhadap usaha laundry di Pondok Pesantren Riyadlul Jannah Mojokerto. Dalam pengumpulan data, penulis menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi yang di ambil dari lokasi penelitian. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pengusaha usaha Rijan laundry, sedangkan objek penelitian adalah usaha Rijan laudry. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan teknik analisa kualitatif dengan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prospek usaha laundry di Pondok Pesantren Riyadlul Jannah Mojokerto merupakan salah satu usaha untuk meningkatkan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah khususnya di Pondok Pesantren Riyadlul Jannah Mojokerto. Sedangkan yang mempengaruhi usaha laundry ini dapat dilihat dari pemasaran dan produksi, faktor pendukung usaha Rijan laundry yaitu Faktor pertama adalah konsumen yang terus meningkat sebagian mencari jalan lain yang praktis untuk mengurusi masalah pakaian kotor, faktor kedua yaitu kewajiban konsumen dalam melaundrykan pakaian ke Rijan Laundry, sedangkan dalam tinjauan ekonomi Islam dalam usaha Rijan laundry tidak ada hal yang bertentangan dengan ekonomi Islam dan kita sangat di anjurkan untuk senantiasa berusaha dan bekerja, dengan adanya itu terbukanya lapangan pekerjaan dan juga terdapat unsur tolong menolong, hal ini sangat dianjurkan oleh agama yang mulia ini.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui Strategi Meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan Dalam Membangun Kepuasan Konsumen Di Cattering Rijan Pondok Pesantren Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang dipilih oleh peneliti, bahwa penelitian kualitatif adalah suatu prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa data-data tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang atau pelaku yang kita amati.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Strategi Meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan dalam membangun kepuasan konsumen Di Cattering Rijan dapat dilihat berdasarkan penerapan strategi yang sudah dilakukan, Penilaian Konsumen terhadap kualitas Pelayanan yang diberikan kepada konsumen. Penilaian tersebut dapat dijadikan Tolak Ukur bagi pihak Rijan Cattering, agar bisa lebih memperbaiki sistem pelayanan dalam membangun kepuasan konsumen yang diberikan.

Abstract

The application of Islamic Shari'a in Mojokerto has developed a new paradigm regarding the application of law, including muamalah which causes the application of sharia principles in marketing to also be an interesting matter to study. This study aims to analyze the implementation of sharia marketing at the Butik Maura Pacet Mojokerto. Marketing mix variables consist of product, price, promotion and distribution, as well as SWOT variables. The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis approach. Sources of data obtained by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the marketing mix has been carried out properly and in accordance with sharia principles, and there are no elements that deviate from Islamic law in the marketing process according to the example of the Prophet.

Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2002 concerning Prohibition, Supervision, Control, Distribution and Sale of Alcoholic Drinks andRegional Regulation Number 5 of 2003 concerningMuslim Women and Muslim Women's Clothing are two examples of sharia law that have beenimplemented in Bulukumba Regency. To understandand assess the community's reaction to the formationof Sharia-Based Regional Regulations at Tanjung Bira Beach, Bulukumba Regency, this study seeks tounderstand the mechanisms and implementation ofpolicies as well as policy implementation. Suchstudies use a phenomenological approach and focus onhow individual participants perceive their experiences. based on an investigation into the spike in alcohol useamong Bulukumba residents and questions about theclothing worn by tourists. The regional governmentand its staff, especially Kesbangpolinmas and Satpol Pamong Praja, have attempted to interact and persuadeyoung people who use alcohol and traders who sellalcohol, especially regional drinks, by taking firmaction against violations of regional law, formingBuserda Teams (Regional Hunters and Sergeants), andcarrying out supervision and enforcement of alcohol in the field. They also gave strict warnings to employeeswho were not wearing Muslim clothing and were drunk. The community responded positively to theimplementation of this regional regulation which madeTanjung Bira Beach, Bulukumba Regency, experiencea decrease in crime rates.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of the syirkah contract in a business with the trademark "De Perfect Skincare". Syirkah is a form of partnership in Islamic law where two or more parties share capital, expertise and responsibility in a business. This research is in-depth about how the syirkah contract is applied in the context of the increasingly growing skin care business, especially under the "De Perfect Skincare" brand. Through an Islamic legal analysis approach and case studies, this research investigates the legal and practical aspects of the syirkah contract, as well as its impact on the sustainability and success of this business. The findings in this research show that De Perfect Skincare for syirkah goes through many processes that are not easy. His thinking is about a business that is supported by the concept of sharia and aims not only to achieve profits in the world, but also to be safe in the afterlife and remain within the corridors of Islamic principles. Companies that are built apply Syirkah Akad, namely syirkah that occurs because there is an agreement between two or more parties for work (charity) and/or capital (mal) to obtain profits. The conclusion is that a business system based on sharia, in this case the syirkah system, is a system that really humanizes humans, because it upholds economic principles as well as sharia principles which are of course oriented towards the common good.

Abstract

The Islamic banking system is a system of the real sector of a country's economy that operates based on Islamic sharia principles which are identical to profit sharing. Meanwhile, the purpose of this study is to identify and describe the form of the contract and operational standards of murabahah financing products and to analyze the application of sharia principles in murabahah financing contracts at Bank Muamalat Surabaya. The results showed that: (1) The form of contract and operational standards of murabahah financing products at the Darmo branch of Muamalat bank with reference to the provisions of the Sharia Banking Law, BI (Bank Indonesia), OJK (Financial Services Authority) and DSN-MUI Fatwa still exist. Some things that need to be considered are the principles of transparency and openness in order to avoid asymmetric information in murabahah transactions. (2) The application of sharia principles in the murabahah financing contract at the Darmo branch of the Muamalat bank is in accordance with the Sharia Banking Law and the Fatwa of the DSN-MUI, where financing is based on Islamic principles, that is, does not contain elements of usury, maisir, garar, haram, and unjust . This prohibition is in line with maqasid sharia in order to prevent harm (daf'ul-mafasid), bring benefit (jalbul-maslahah), and maintain five basic things namely religion, soul, mind, lineage, and property.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk memahami kontribusi Pesantren Agung Mubarok dalam mengembangkan semangat kewirausahaan santri, dengan tujuan akhir menciptakan alumni yang berkemampuan kewirausahaan tinggi. Menggunakan metodologi kualitatif deskriptif dan penelitian lapangan, studi ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi, didukung oleh dokumentasi yang relevan. Proses analisis data melibatkan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Pesantren memiliki peran signifikan dalam mengembangkan semangat kewirausahaan di kalangan santri, terutama melalui penerapan kemandirian finansial yang ketat, seperti larangan penerimaan uang saku dari orang tua. Kesuksesan ini memerlukan dukungan dari berbagai pihak termasuk pemerintah, komunitas, dan individu dengan bakat kewirausahaan, serta motivasi yang kuat dari pesantren untuk menjaga semangat santri. Diharapkan, santri akan keluar dari pesantren dengan pengetahuan kewirausahaan yang kuat dan kesadaran terhadap peluang, baik dalam dunia kerja online maupun offline, serta kemampuan untuk menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan baru.
