FADZAT Jurnal Ekonomi Syariah adalah jurnal ilmiah yang terbit dalam bentuk elektronik dan cetak sebagai penerbitan yang orisinal hasil-hasil penelitian kualitatif, kuantitatif, dan metode campuran terkait dengan isu ekonomi syariah. FADZAT terbit dua kali dalam setahun, setiap bulan Juni dan Desember. The purpose of this study was to analyze the simultaneous, partial and dominant effect of the variable quality of service and facilities on consumer satisfaction. This research is explanatory (explaining) is "to test the hypotheses of a cause-and-effect relationship between the symptoms (variables) being studied. The type of data used is the type of quantitative data which is quantified using a Likert scale. The research population is the users of Indonesian Fast Food M2M Delivery Service at Pahlawan Mojokerto branch. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) Service quality and facilities had a simultaneous effect on consumer satisfaction. 2) Quality of service and facilities have a partial effect on consumer satisfaction. 3) Facilities have a dominant effect on consumer satisfaction. Limitations of the study: 1) The population of this study was conducted at M2M Indonesian Fast Food, Pahlawan Mojokerto branch. 2) The population and sample consisted of 200 users of the Indonesian Fast Food M2M Delivery Service at the Pahlawan Mojokerto branch. 3) Data collection is carried out on December 23, 2020 until. January 30, 2021.

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the simultaneous, partial and dominant effect of the work ethic and work discipline variables on Iltizam bil Jama'ah. This research is explanatory (explaining) is "to test the hypotheses of a cause-and-effect relationship between the symptoms (variables) being studied. The type of data used is the type of quantitative data which is quantified using a Likert scale. The research population is the population in this study were 59 people. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) Work ethic and work discipline had a simultaneous effect on Iltizam bil Jama'ah. 2) Work ethic has no partial effect on Iltizam bil Jama'ah and work discipline has a partial effect on Iltizam bil Jama'ah 3) Work discipline has a dominant effect on Iltizam bil Jama'ah.

The purpose of this study is to analyze: 1) the effect of price on customer satisfaction. 2) the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction. 3) the influence of service differentiation on customer satisfaction. 4) the effect of price on customer loyalty. 5) the effect of product quality on customer loyalty. 6) the influence of service differentiation on customer loyalty. 7) the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. 8) indirect effect of price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. 9) indirect effect of product quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. 10) the indirect effect of service differentiation on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The number of subjects for UD. Sumber Roso customers is 840 customers/consumers. In sampling, the sample size is determined by the Slovin formula with a significance level of 0.01 so that the sample is determined to be 98 customers/consumers. In this research, the writer uses multiple linear regression analysis technique with SPSS program. V. 26.0. From the results of the analysis and discussion, it is concluded as follows: 1) price has no effect on customer satisfaction; 2) product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; 3) service differentiation has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; 4) price has a significant effect on customer loyalty; 5) product quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty; 6) service differentiation has no effect on customer loyalty; 7) customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty; 8) price has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a moderating variable; 9) product quality has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a moderating variable; 10) service differentiation has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a moderating variable.

Pondok pesantren riyadlul jannah dalam mengelola wakaf uangnya difokuskan dan dilakukan oleh unit usaha di pesantren tersebut. Unit usaha dalam pesantren ini berbentuk Perseroan terbatas (PT) bernama PT Riyadlul Jannah Dinamis (PT RDS).Artikel jurnal ini bertujuan menganalisa Pengelolaan Wakaf Uang di Pondok Pesantren Riyadlul Jannah. Pengelolaan wakaf uang dalam upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi pondok pesantren Riyadlul Jannah berjalan dengan baiknya fungsi kepemimpinan yang menggunakan prinsip-prinsip keislaman. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa ajaran islam telah mengajarkan dengan baik kriteria pemimpin yang ideal. Dalam artikel ini, dianalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi pengelolaan dana infaq produktif berbasis kewirausahaan dalam upaya penguatan ekonomi pesantren studi pada Pondok Pesantren Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto Jawa Timur.

The achievement of organizational goals in Islam is strongly influenced by the performance of its leaders. Quality of Organizational Communication with the strength of a leadership position to create a strong influence on subordinates and colleagues is seen as an indicator of a good leader. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of communication simultaneously, partially and dominantly on the variables of communication and trust on team performance. The research method explains that the location of Waqf Drinking Water Management in Pondok Pesantren Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto as a Government Institution, the type of research is explanatory research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between the two variables Communication and Trust on Team Performance. The population of the study was the employees of Waqf Drinking Water Management at the Riyadlul Jannah Islamic Boarding School Pacet Mojokerto. The number of samples was 93 people, while the data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) There was a simultaneous effect of communication and trust on team performance. 2) There is a partial effect of communication on team performance and there is a partial effect of trust on team performance. 3) communication has a more dominant effect on team performance than trust.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the simultaneous, partial and dominant influence of competence and job placement variables on work motivation. The research method explains that the location of Lesehan Dapur M'Riah Mojokerto, the type of research is explanatory research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between two variables of competence and work placement on work motivation. The population of this research is the employees of Lesehan Dapur M'Riah Mojokerto. The number of samples is 30 people, while the data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) competence and work placement had a simultaneous effect on work motivation. 2) competence has a partial effect on work motivation and work placement does not partially affect work motivation. 3) competence has a dominant effect on work motivation.

Teachers are the spearhead and mover of educational progress, not limited to routines carrying out obligations with rewards set by the government. Because it is not easy to bear the burden as a teacher. Teachers are faced with internal problems that are still complex, accompanied by demands to promote cultured education. The purpose of this study was to analyze the simultaneous, partial and dominant influence of work motivation and work environment on teacher job satisfaction. This type of research is explanatory research to analyze the influence between two variables of Work Motivation and Work Environment on Teacher Job Satisfaction. The research population was the teacher of Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Junior High School, Mojokerto. The number of samples is 49 people, while the data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) There was a simultaneous influence of work motivation and work environment on job satisfaction. 2) There is a partial effect of work motivation on job satisfaction and there is a partial effect of work environment on job satisfaction. 3) the work environment has a more dominant effect on job satisfaction than work motivation.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the simultaneous, partial and dominant influence of Trust and Satisfaction on the Loyalty of the santri guardian. This type of research is explanatory research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between the two variables Trust and Satisfaction with the Loyalty of the guardian of the santri. The research population is the guardian of the students of the Riyadlul Jannah Islamic Boarding School Formal Education Unit Pacet Mojokerto. The number of samples was 95 people, while the data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) There was a simultaneous influence of trust and satisfaction on the loyalty of the guardians of students. 2) There is no partial effect of trust on the loyalty of santri guardians and there is a partial effect of satisfaction on the loyalty of santri guardians. 3) satisfaction has a more dominant effect on the loyalty of santri guardians than trust.
