Abstract

This research is focused on the moral development of adolescents in Jorong Rumbai, Mapat Tunggul District. This research is motivated by teenagers who have declining moral development. This study aims to determine the moral development of adolescents in Jorong Rumbai, Mapat Tunggul District, and to describe and analyze the moral development of adolescents in Jorong Rumbai, Mapat Tunggul District. As for the moral development of adolescents there are several phases of adolescent development, namely: (1) stage 1 (levels 1 and 2) pre-conventional stage, (2) stage ii (levels 3 and 4) conventional stage, and (3) stage iii (levels 5 and 6) post-conventional stage. this research is descriptive qualitative, namely a method that describes the conditions that occur in the field in the form of words or not in the form of numbers. The informants in the study were six teenagers in Jorong Rumbai, and six supporting informants were parents of teenagers, and 1 Jorong in Jorong Rumbai. Data collection techniques by making observations or observations and interviews. Based on the results of research that researchers have done on the Moral Development of Adolescents in Jorong Rumbai, Mapat Tunggul District found teenagers who have good and bad morals, teenagers who have good morals can be seen from the way they get along with fellow teenagers, parents, and the community who look good, polite and courteous. Meanwhile, teenagers who have bad morals can be seen from the way they get along with fellow teenagers, parents, and the community who look bad, disobey their parents, don't obey the rules in society, engage in promiscuity such as smoking, drinking alcohol, and using drugs.

Abstract

The most important impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on education is that it requires all students to study online or study online from home which is a new thing that students are facing now. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that students experience burnout during online learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 5 Jembarana. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection tool with observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, the factors that affect students experiencing burnout study at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 5 Jembarana are because: (1) difficulty in understanding the material, (2) the number of assignments given by the teacher, (3) there are no study partners during distance learning, (4) reduced concentration in learning, and (5) distance learning constraints.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the use of information technology on students' interest in learning at UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. This research is a quantitative research, with a population of 250 students active in Islamic guidance and counseling. The sample in this research was 52 students. The sampling technique in this research is the cluster random sampling technique. The research instrument used an information technology and learning interest questionnaire. With data analysis techniques using linear regression. The research results   showed   that   R   was   .278a >0.05. This means that the hypothesis is accepted, there is a positive use of information technology on interest in learning, with an influence value of .078 (7.8%). This means that 7.8% of information technology influences a person's interest in learning and 92.2% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Hustle Culture is a phenomenon that comes from young people who are motivated by quick success. The Hustle Culture phenomenon has actually been around for a long time, and is now hotly discussed again. The assumption is that this phenomenon, Hustle Culture, is a culture or lifestyle of someone who must prioritize their work or career. With a problem formulation, how is the depiction of Guidance Counseling towards the Hustle Culture phenomenon among students. The data collection method used in library research is secondary data. With the result that guidance and counseling can also influence someone to get out of the Hustle Culture zone. Hustle Culture can be positive and negative where students have to work hard to be successful in their careers and education.

Abstract

The player problem in this study is that there are still many levels of recidivism in LPKA Class I Palembang. LPKA Class I Palembang has a level of recidivism that pays attention, there are 22 recidivists who are still serving their prison terms, which can lead to damage to the order of life in society, so efforts are needed so that recidivists in LPKA Class I Palembang foster recidivists through group counseling with the Thought Stopping technique to increase self-control for recidivists with the aim that recidivists can stop negative thoughts and can increase their ability to control their behavior in society. The sample data collection technique was using purposive sampling technique with a total population of 22 recidivists. Analysis of the research data using the Wilcoxon test, the results obtained by filling out a 25-item questionnaire, from the Wilcoxon test results in the experimental group, Asymp.sig(2-tailed) 0.002 was obtained. value 0.002 < 0.05 and control group Asymp.sig(2-tailed) 0.027. value 0.002 < 0.05 obtained from the pretest and posttest results which means that Ha is accepted and effectively used to increase self-control for recidivists at LPKA KLAS in Palembang.

Abstract

This paper wants to know more about the concept of empathy that becomes the personality of the counselor according to the Islamic view. Using qualitative research methods with a literature study approach, search for related themes. The result of this study is that the personality of the counselor is a value and skill that must be possessed by a counselor. Empathy is one of the personality of counselors who not only comes from western theory but is also strengthened by the existence of Islamic values that further add to the completeness of concepts in carrying out effective counseling services.

Abstract

Motivation to learn is an important element and greatly influences student learning outcomes. The development of increasingly sophisticated technology does not always have a positive impact. At this time, many students become careless and have low motivation to learn because technology that is supposed to make things easier is misused. In the Guidance and Counseling discipline, one of the efforts that can be taken as a preventive measure against learning motivation problems is with Classical Guidance and Counseling services. Classical Guidance and Counseling is a service effort provided to students in one or a combination of several groups. The implementation of classical guidance and counseling services at the beginning of the 2023-2024 academic year was carried out using a collaboration system between students majoring in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) STIT Al-Hilal Sigli and guidance and counseling teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Sigli. The aim of this research is to find out the effectiveness of the Classical Guidance and Counseling services carried out by STIT Al-Hilal Sigli students at SMK Negeri 1 Sigli. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection technique was carried out by observing the activities of classical counseling services and the enthusiasm of pupils and students. Then conduct interviews with school and student representatives. And study documentation on RPL and activity evaluation reports. Data analysis is carried out by reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results showed that the implementation of Classical Guidance and Counseling Services with the theme "Motivation for Islamic learning" by students of the STIT Al-Hilal Sigli Islamic Education Study Program was effective because it received a positive response from the school community.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of student learning style counseling based on Visual, Auditory, Reading/Writing and Kinesthetic (VARK) Theory in the context of differentiated learning. Students' learning styles are an important factor that influences their ability to understand and remember information. Therefore, a deep understanding of individual learning styles is key to developing an effective learning approach. This research uses a literature study method, where researchers investigate the relationship between VARK Theory and differentiated learning, and investigate how the learning styles of counseling students can increase the effectiveness of differentiated learning through library sources. The literature sources that have been researched are then analyzed using the content analysis method. The results of this research indicate that student learning style counseling based on VARK Theory can make a significant contribution in increasing students' understanding of the best way to learn. With proper guidance, students can identify their learning style preferences and use them to optimize their learning experience. In addition, the integration of this concept in differentiated learning can help teachers teach more effectively by considering individual differences in students' learning styles. This research provides valuable insight for educational counselors, teachers and educational policy makers to understand the importance of counseling students' learning styles based on VARK Theory in the context of differentiated learning.

Abstract

Humans, including students at the Tamrinut Tullab Islamic boarding school, require self confidence to perform daily tasks. this relatively new Islamic boarding school, Tamrinut Tullab, in Ngaglik, Sleman Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, has not categorized students to learn to participate in activities, and some students have never  had experience in the cottage so they experienced cultural shock that has an impact on their confidence. The main issue being researched in this journal is how to use behavior counseling techniques to help students at the Tamrinut tullab Islamic boarding school in Ngaglik, Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta feel more confident about themselves. This journal aims to describe how behavior counseling techniques are used to help students feel more confident. The findings of this study demonstrate how behavior counseling techniques can be used to help students feel more confident, develop an adaptable attitude, participate fully in activities at their Islamic boarding school, and make many other positive changes.

Abstract

This research is based on the background that occurs, namely in Jember every year the number of early marriages continues to increase so that preventive action is needed, one of which is in the school environment by conducting bibliotherapy counseling with novel media: Dark Notes of Early Marriage Prahara. So that children can have an understanding of early marriage education. Therefore, this study aims to determine the efforts of BK (Guidance Counseling) teachers how to implement bibliotherapy counseling as an effort to prevent early marriage at SMP N 2 Mayang, Jember Regency. Data collection in this study was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. After the data is collected, the data will be analyzed to get the final result (conclusion). The results of this study are the counseling process carried out between counseling teachers as counselors and students as counselees, using the media of novel books written specifically for counseling media in conducting blibiotherapy counseling in an effort to prevent early marriage. Reading activities are carried out intensely and can be borrowed in rotation for 3 days by each student. After finishing reading the counseling teacher will ask what the meaning is after reading the novel. Students who have finished doing blibiotherap counseling sessions state that they can understand the impact of early marriage, besides having new knowledge that can change their mindset to make decisions not to marry early.
