Abstract

This research aims to find out how sexual harassment exists in Indonesia. Judging from the first three aspects of sexual harassment based on sex, age and gender, the second is to see how the law in Indonesia deals with sexual harassment in Indonesia, the third is to see how far the trauma is deepened by victims of sexual harassment and how to overcome this trauma. This research uses the literture review method with the result that harassment in Indonesia in terms of gender is mostly experienced by women. In the discussion also mentioned the age of victims of sexual harassment from adolescents aged 14 years to adult women while based on gender in this study also mentioned men have also been victims of sexual harassment. Third, based on the existing law in Indonesia is still lacking because after the passing of the law on sexual harassment there has been no further action because it is still not socialised and implemented as the law on sexual violence in the Criminal Code

Abstract

Konflik menjadi sebuah bagian yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dari kehidupan manusia, konflik terjadi tanpa disadari bahkan bisa terjadi secara berkepanjangan. Akibatnya, korban berjatuhan dengan jumlah yang tidak sedikit, sehingga menimbulkan trauma mendalam atas konflik yang terjadi. Dari sekian banyak konflik di dunia ini, faktanya konflik Palestina dan Israel menjadi konflik yang tidak terselesaikan, bahkan sampai saat inipun anak-anak yang tidak berdosa menjadi korban dari kebiadaban Israel. Salah satu bentuk bantuan yang perlu diberikan ialah trauma healing agar korban mendapatkan penanganan dan bantuan psikologis dengan menggunakan metode-metode tertentu. Metode penelitian dalam tulisan ini yaitu library research, artinya penulis mengacu pada sumber-sumber yang dianggap menguatkan penelitian ini seperti buku-buku, artikel ilmiah, dan sumber tulisan lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapati bahwa: pertama, trauma healing menjadi wadah dalam menangani psikologi dan mental, kedua, trauma healing juga menjadi opsi dalam menyelamatkan psikologis di saat terjadinya bencana dan musibah, ketiga, para relawan atau pihak tertentu bisa mengisi keiatan trauma healing dengan berbagai bentuk kegiatan yang dianggap mampu menyegarkan kembali pikiran para anak-anak korban konflik.

Abstract

 The application of toilet training to autistic children is different from normal children, because of the complex disorders children have difficulty implementing toilet training. Therefore, many parents of autistic children prefer practical things such as wearing diapers rather than training their children to defecate or urinate in the toilet. The focus of the problem studied in this thesis is: What is the role of parents and teachers in implementing toilet training for autistic children and what factors influence success and what obstacles are experienced. The aim of this research is to determine the role of parents and teachers in implementing toilet training for autistic children as well as the factors that influence success and the obstacles experienced. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, analyzing the role of parents and teachers in implementing toilet training for autistic students. The subjects in this research were autistic class teachers and parents of autistic students at the Branjangan Jember State Extraordinary Middle School. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research concluded: 1) The role of parents in implementing toilet training for autistic children is by providing an understanding of toilet training to children, providing encouragement by teaching toilet training regularly, providing examples during the toilet training implementation period, supervising children during the toilet training implementation period. . 2) The teacher's role in implementing toilet training for autistic students is by providing an understanding of toilet training by inviting students directly to the toilet, making a schedule of when students go to the toilet at school, providing examples of procedures for defecating or urinating ( BAK) in students. 3) factors that influence success in implementing toilet training for autistic students, namely the mother's level of knowledge about toilet training, the child's environmental factors, be it the family environment or school environment and family factors, the child's physical readiness, giving rewards to the child when they succeed in doing something 4) Obstacles What parents and teachers face in implementing toilet training for autistic students is children's difficulty in understanding toilet training, children who are not physically ready when toilet training is implemented.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between learning styles learning motivation and student learning outcomes at MAN 2 Kota Malang. This research uses a quantitative research design with a correlational approach. The research sample was taken simply randomly as many as 100 people. The instruments used include learning style questionnaires, learning motivation questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression tests. The results of the research show that (1) there is a significant relationship between learning style and learning motivation and student learning outcomes, (2) learning style and learning motivation simultaneously influence student learning outcomes, and (3) visual learning style and motivation Intrinsic is the most dominant factor influencing student learning outcomes. The implication of this research is the importance of a learning approach that pays attention to individual learning styles and learning motivation so that it can grow student learning outcomes at MAN 2 Kota Malang

Abstract

Carl Jung's theory of personality is the existence of a totality of personality called the psyche, which consists of a number of different but interconnected systems that greatly determine a variety of human behavior, thoughts, feelings and activities. This theory contains the unconscious, conscious and archetypes which are very useful for counseling techniques about behavior determined by cultural, biological or instinctive motivations. This research aims to understand the theory of personality in development expressed by Carl Jung and can help explain psychoanalytic counseling from a multicultural perspective. The method used is a qualitative method with a literature study accompanied by provision of journal sources made no more than the last 10 years. The final result of this research is to discuss theories and types of development according to Carl Jung, the structure of personality development, and Jung’s personality theory from a multicultural perspective.

Abstract

Interpersonal conflict is a conflict between individuals driven by personal dislike or disagreement. Conflict between individuals arises when someone has negative perceptions of other people. When a person experiences a negative emotional reaction, he will act irrationally towards the surrounding environment. Disputes that occur usually consist of opposing opinions. This research aims to determine the process of individual counseling services in handling interpersonal conflicts at MAN 2 Bandar Lampung. This research uses qualitative research with the type of field research and qualitative descriptive research. There were 8 participants involved in this research. There are two data sources in this research, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data sources were obtained from 1 guidance counselor, 5 students who experienced interpersonal conflicts and used supporting informants, 1 homeroom teacher and 1 classmate, for secondary data sources obtained from field notes and school data and documentation studies. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation, while data analysis begins with reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that in implementing services Individual counseling at MAN 2 Bandar Lampung has not resolved interpersonal conflicts, namely individual counseling services at MAN 2 Bandar Lampung are not implemented in accordance with existing theory. Several stages of the implementation of individual counseling services are not in accordance with the existing theory because the counselors do not come from guidance and counseling experts.

Abstract

Kasus kekerasan seksual saat ini marak terjadi, anak sering menjadi korban kekerasan seksual oleh orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Kekerasan seksual tidak hanya dilakukan oleh seorang anak ataupun remaja, melainkan juga oleh orang tua yang sudah berumur. Seorang korban kekerasan seksual pastinya akan mengalami rasa trauma dan UPT PPA Kabupaten Situbondo memiliki layanan konseling bagi korban kekerasan seksual. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah: 1) Bagaimana tahap pelaksanaan konseling yang dilakukan oleh konselor dalam upaya mengatasi trauma korban kekerasan seksual di bawah umur selama proses konseling di UPT PPA Kabupaten Situbondo. 2) Bagaimana ragam teknik konseling dan media yang digunakan dalam proses pelaksanaan konseling korban kekerasan seksual di bawah umur di UPT PPA Kabupaten Situbondo. 3) Apa saja faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam pelaksanaan konseling korban kekerasan seksual di bawah umur di UPT PPA Kabupaten Situbondo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi di lapangan, serta menggunakan teknik triangulasi yakni triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu tahap yang dilakukan oleh konselor UPT PPA Kabupaten Situbondo memiliki 8 tahapan dengan pendekatan person centered, menggunakan 17 teknik konseling, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat adalah keluarga dan lingkungan.

Abstract

Orang tua merupakan salah satu faktor eksternal yang berpengaruh pada anak saat membuat keputusan jenjang karier terutama pada siswa kelas XII yang akan melanjutkan jenjang kariernya setelah lulus sekolah menengah atas. Dalam macam-macam pola pengasuhan orang tua diketahui salah satunya adalah parenting style authoritative atau pola asuh jenis demokratis. Parenting style authoritative merupakan jenis pengasuhan orang tua dengan perlakuan membentuk kepribadian anak dengan cara memprioritaskan kepentingan anak yang bersikap rasional atau pemikiran-pemikiran, membantu anak untuk belajar mengambil keputusan dan tanggung jawabnya sendiri, terutama pengambilan keputusan jenjang kariernya. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu apakah terdapat pengaruh parenting style authoritative orang tua terhadap pengambilan keputusan jenjang karier pada siswa kelas XII IPA MAN 2 Jember?. Sehingga tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh parenting style authoritative orang tua terhadap pengambilan keputusan jenjang karier pada siswa kelas XII IPA MAN 2. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Dengan partisipan sebanyak 43 responden yaitu siswa kelas XII IPA MAN 2 Jember yang orang tuanya menggunakan parenting style authoritative. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linear regresi sederhana dan hasilnya terdapat pengaruh parenting style authoritative orang tua terhadap pengambilan keputusan jenjang karier siswa kelas XII IPA MAN 2 Jember sebesar 14,4%.

Abstract

Students who are completing their thesis often experience various obstacles. The thesis remains a trigger for stress which can cause anxiety, depression, difficulty sleeping, decreased academic performance, use of illegal drugs, lack of self-confidence, risk of developing mental disorders, hopelessness, which increases the possibility of thinking to commit suicide. This research aims to see how clinical psychology shapes the self-efficacy of students who experience obstacles in writing their thesis using journaling techniques. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research method is based on descriptive data processing. Using this relaxation technique can help overcome the anxiety experienced by students. Apart from that, strategies to help clients face these obstacles include using journaling techniques or writing a journal to strengthen self-efficacy. Because one way to balance heavy loads and maximum results is to cultivate confidence in one's abilities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level or profile of trust and rapport as a form of effective counselor based on the student's perspective. The method used by researchers is quantitative with a descriptive design and survey approach. The number of samples used was 60 students from SMA Hang Tuah 2 Sidoarjo. The sampling technique used is random sampling. This research instrument uses a trust and rapport questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses descriptive percentages. The research results show that trust is very important, if trust cannot be built well then the counseling relationship cannot be established well. Meanwhile, rapport needs to be built to create warmth and comfort between the counselor and the counselee.
