Abstract

Penelitian analisis ini dilatarbelakangi oleh syarat publikasi sebagai mahasiswa dan juga sebagai syarat usulan seminar penelitian sekaligus laporan tertulis kegiatan pra-magang selama satu bulan di instansi tersebut. Maka dari itu peneliti melakukan penelitian mengenai sistem pembelian obat-obatan, bahan-bahan dasar, dan alat kesehatan secara impor yang dilakukan RSBP Batam. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami peran dan kebijakan yang dimiliki oleh rumah sakit dalm menggunakan hak dan kewenangannya untuk melakukan transaksi pembelian kebutuhan rumah sakit. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data adalah metode kualitatif, sehingga data yang diperoleh adalah data primer. Dengan melakukan wawancara dengan petinggi-petinggi terkait sebagai narasumber dari informasi yang dibutuhkan. Hasil dari penelitian bahwa RSBP Batam sempat memiliki kewenangan untuk membeli obat-obatan dari luar negeri secara langsung dalam porsi kecil karena beberapa alasan tertentu. Setelah adanya peraturan dan kebijakan dari pusat terkait pembelian obat-obatan secara langsung RSBP Batam tidak pernah lagi membeli obat-obatan dari luar negeri. Karena ada distributor resmi yang dapat megurusi regulasinya dan juga produk dalam negeri sudah menggunaka bahan dasar yang sama dengan obat-obatan yang biasa dibeli dari luar negeri.

Abstract

Relations between Indonesia and South Korea have started since 1973. One form of diplomacy in relations between South Korea and Indonesia is gastrodiplomacy. Gastrodiplomacy is public diplomacy that uses food or culinary culture with the aim of conveying certain messages. In public diplomacy, gastrodiplomacy aims to practice communication between state to public in promoting state cuisine to the international public through understanding, informing and influencing foreign audiences. These three stages are indispensable for South Korea in promoting gastrodiplomacy in Indonesia. In this study, public diplomacy was conducted to analyze the efforts made by state and non-state actors in introducing South Korean cuisine to Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques using literature study. The results of this study found that South Korean gastrodiplomacy uses the K_drama instrument. Korean dramas have been considered successful because they are able to provide a strong influence for the international public to continue watching and provide a sense of curiosity about how Korean culture and food are always displayed. Gastrodiplomacy that has been carried out by South Korea in Indonesia has given good results for its culinary products to continue to develop and be marketed in the Indonesian market.

Abstract

The market is a place where buying and selling transactions are carried out by more than one seller and buyer. Tanjungpinang City has the biggest market, namely Pasar Baru which is revitalized. The new market was revitalized to repair damaged stalls and as a better arrangement for the city of Tanjungpinang so that the new market would be more modern. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with 12 informants. Research Using data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation and interviews. The research results show that the effectiveness of relocating a new market to the Puan Friendly market by the Pemko of Tanjungpinang through the Tanjungpinang City Regional Office and BUMD that the market relocation in Tanjungpinang has not been effective in achieving the program has not been successful in the market relocation objective. In the indicators of Program Objectives where the facilities and infrastructure provided by the government are still lacking, the Indicator of Response Speed ​​of Officers complaints of traders is not responded to by the Pemko, the Indicator of Monitoring Level there are still traders who lose goods, safety scales in the market are not guaranteed and Indicators of the level of income of traders in the market for friendly ladies has dropped dramatically and there have been losses.

Abstract

Advantages of Technology In addition to the positive impact, information can also have a negative impact, namely the possibility of being used to commit cyber crimes, such as online gambling. This descriptive research used qualitative method, which allows research to update information, so that knowledge can develop, be updated and produce information.to the public. Qualitative research is research that is descriptive in nature and usually uses inductive analysis. Process and meaning (subject perspective) are emphasized in qualitative research. Cyber ​​security is one area of ​​government that must be strengthened and advanced to achieve national flexibility, increase economic growth and ensure the implementation of government policies and programs in the field of cyber security. It is hoped that the formation of the BSSN will be able to answer the problems and challenges of the current and future cyber era and increase the commitment of the cyber security industry to deal with cyber threats in Indonesia. Management of cyber and crypto security human resources, cyber and crypto security policies or regulations, including the national cyber security strategy, cooperation and independence of cyber and crypto security in the context of implementing Indonesia's cyber sovereignty.

Abstract

The Empowerment of Food Small and Medium Industries (IKM) aims to increase the competitiveness of food IKM actors in the Air Raja Village. However, until now there are still obstacles in carrying out marketing and promotion of IKM products in Tanjungpinang City, especially in Air Raja Village. This study aims to determine Empowerment of Small Food Industries in Air Raja Village. The empowerment process that looks at three things, namely development, empowerment and the creation of independence that occurs in Air Raja Village. The method in this study used a qualitative descriptive method with a total of 7 (seven) informants, and used data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the empowerment of food IKM carried out in the Air Raja Village has not been successful. Furthermore, from the indicators of creating independence, the empowerment carried out by the Disdagin has had a positive impact on food IKM actors themselves who have become independent and have made it easier for actors to increase economic needs, seen from the small initial capital and after being independent, the income of IKM has increased. Because the quality is carried out in accordance with the standards required by the government.

Abstract

This research paper examines the cultural phenomenon of BTS, a globally recognized South Korean boy band, and its impact on the Korean Wave and South Korea’s nation branding efforts. Through qualitative methods and a descriptive approach, this study aims to explore the multifaceted dimensions of BTS’s success and its implications for South Korea’s global image. The study adopts a qualitative research method, content analysis of media sources and literature review. A diverse range of participants, including BTS fans, industry experts, and South Korean government officials, were selected to provide comprehensive insights into the subject matter. The analysis is focused on understanding the factors contributing to BTS’s popularity, the ways in which the group has influenced perceptions of South Korea, and the strategic efforts employed by the South Korean government to leverage BTS’s success in their nation branding endeavors. Findings reveal that BTS’s success can be attributed to a combination of musical talent, engaging performances, relatable content, and an active online presence. Moreover, the study highlights the significant impact of BTS in enhancing South Korea’s soft power and promoting the Korean Wave globally. BTS has contributed to reshaping perceptions of South Korea and generating interest among international audiences.

Abstract

The traffic system network in the maritime route consists of port arrangements and shipping lanes. Port arrangements can be observed from the quality of infrastructure that supports the loading and discharging activities of people and goods. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2012 Article 14 regarding sea transportation in Tambelan District to enhance the economic growth of the community. This research utilizes the Systemic Dependence theory (Hirschman, 1958), which emphasizes the importance of inter-island connectivity as a crucial factor in reducing dependence on limited resources and fostering inter-island cooperation in sustainable resource development. The research is conducted using a qualitative method. Primary data sources are obtained by collecting and summarizing the results of interviews conducted by the author with informants. The findings indicate that there are still some maritime transportation infrastructures that do not meet port standardization. The community's expectation regarding the addition of fleet ships to establish connectivity between Bintan and Tambelan Districts for more efficient travel time has not been realized yet. This is because the economic needs are still being imported from outside the Tambelan Sub-district area.

Abstract

This research is entitled Elaboration of the Development of Victimology Theory of Children as Victims of Domestic Violence Crimes, with identification of the problem of how the law protects the problem of how the law protects children as victims of criminal acts of domestic violence and what factors are the obstacles in providing legal protection to children and what efforts should be made. The purpose of this research is to find out how legal protection is for children as victims of domestic violence and to find out what are the obstacles encountered in providing legal protection for children as victims of domestic violence and what efforts can be made to overcome these obstacles. Which the results of the study show that the influencing factors can lead to criminal acts of domestic violence against children which we can see from economic, environmental factors and the lack of supervision from parents.

Abstract

The minimal work program of the Regional Disaster Mitigation Agency (BPBD) has resulted in BPBD's efforts in the field not being maximized in anticipating flood disaster problems. This study aims to determine the role of BPBD and constraints in flood disaster management in Teluk Air Village, Karimun District, Karimun Regency. Data collected using instruments in the form of observation and documentation and developed by interviewing informants. The results of the study show that in Teluk Air Village, Karimun District, Karimun Regency there is preparedness in carrying out flood disaster management efforts from the Karimun Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) to deal with flood disasters. The local community also participates in flood prevention activities. The public is advised not to turn ditches or drains into garbage dumps. With limited human resources, the community is also asked to routinely clean ditches or waterways on a regular basis so that there is no blockage in the ditches which results in flooding. The existence of good conditions with related agencies or services as an effort to deal with flood disasters based on supportive conditions and in flood disaster management involves various parties.

Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Card Early Program ran precisely in 2016, there was a procedural error in obtaining the program, so many people were disappointed with this because the beneficiary program was not precise in obtaining KIP. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of procedures related to the Indonesia Smart Card Program in Batam City. In this study, the researcher used a descriptive research type using a qualitative approach with 7 informants and used techniques and data collection in the form of interviews and documentation, while the object of this research was the Indonesia Smart Card Program. The location of this research was conducted in Batam City, the actors involved in this research were the KIP Program Recipient Communities, School Parties from elementary, junior high, high school and the Batam City Education Office. Coordinating performance is the right thing in every policy implementation, it is very effective because it starts from the initial stage to maximum results. Giving assignments will make it easier to carry out, support from the leadership is the basic form in building the mentality of the implementer so that they can be confident in carrying out the program to be carried out. Based on the results of research and analysis conducted by researchers regarding the implementation of the smart Indonesian card program in Batam City, it can be concluded that the implementation of the program is correct in the procedure for obtaining the Indonesian smart card program. Everything is structured in the division of tasks and responsibilities, so as to provide results who is good in data collection, inputting to the final stage in determining the right or wrong beneficiary program.
