Introductions: One of the reasons for the painful labor experience is the psychological factor, such as fear and excessive anxiety, which can intensify the perception of pain and potentially lead to complications during childbirth. To address this issue, Hypnobirthing Therapy is often employed as a method to help manage and reduce pain and anxiety during labor. Objectives: To assess the impact of Hypnobirthing Therapy on pain intensity during childbirth at TPMB Regional Health Center Sidamulya in Cirebon Regency in the year 2023. Methods: This study employs a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consists of 30 women who are giving birth during phase I of active labor, selected using a purposive sampling technique. The intervention involves providing mothers with a 10-minute guided session using a cellphone during labor. Bivariate analysis will be conducted using a paired T-test. Results: Univariate results show that, before receiving Hypnobirthing Therapy, the majority of mothers experienced severe pain intensity, accounting for 27 respondents (90%), while the remaining 14 individuals (46.7%) reported experiencing current pain intensity. The Wilcoxon test yielded a p-value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05, indicating a statistically significant difference. Conslussions: Hypnobirthing Therapy is effective in reducing the intensity of pain during childbirth. In this context, midwives are expected to administer labor care by offering Hypnobirthing Therapy to mothers. This helps mothers relax and feel comfortable, ultimately preparing them for a normal childbirth experience.

Introduction: Breast cancer often presents as a painless lump and can develop, invade surrounding breast tissue, and spread to nearby lymph nodes or other organs in the body. The high mortality rate of breast cancer is due to a lack of knowledge about the disease and the importance of early detection, leading to many patients seeking medical help at a late stage. According to Globocan data from 2020, teenage cancer patients in Indonesia rank 3rd in Asia. The government recommends Breast Self-Examination (BSE) as the most effective screening method. BSE is very easy to perform, yet many teenagers are unaware of this method. Objective: The review is to summarize the correlation between students knowledge and BSE Behaviour. Introduction: Breastfeeding is a natural event for a woman. However, breastfeeding problems that often arise in the early postpartum period (puerperal or lactation period) are breast engorgement. Breast engorgement is a blockage of milk due to the narrowing of the lactiferous ducts or by glands that are not emptied. The impact that will be caused if the breast milk dam is not resolved, namely mastitis and breast abscess, will occur. The use of cabbage or cabbage leaf compresses can be a non-pharmacological treatment. Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of cabbage leaf compresses on breast swelling in postpartum mothers. The research method used is a quasi-experimental design. Method: The design used is Posttest Only Control Group Design. The sample of this study was postpartum mothers who experienced breast swelling in TPMB in the Ciamis Health Center Working Area. The number of respondents was 30 postpartum mothers who were divided into 2 groups (intervention and control groups). Each group consisted of 15 postpartum mothers. Result: The results of the statistical tests using the Mann Whitney U test p-value were 0.000, which means that cabbage leaf compresses affect breast swelling in postpartum mothers in TPMB in the Ciamis Health Center Working Area. Conclusion: There is an effect of cabbage leaf compresses on breast swelling in post-partum mothers with a P-value of 0.000.
