<![CDATA[The growth of Islamic higher education institutions (PTAI) cannot be separated from the existence of private Islamic universities (PTAIS). It can be seen that the early establishment of the Islamic religious college (PTAI) actually came from a private Islamic religious college (PTAIS). In fact, the existence of a private Islamic religious university (PTAIS) existed before Indonesia's independence. In the 1930s, the desire and aspirations of Indonesian Muslims emerged to establish Islamic tertiary institutions. Admittedly or not, currently the quality of private Islamic higher education institutions (PTAIS) is still inferior to state Islamic colleges (PTAIN). This kind of image certainly does not benefit the position of the private Islamic university (PTAIS) which is in the second place. Of the number of private Islamic universities (PTAIS), there are only a few universities that are considered feasible, the rest are still below standard. The question is, what is the role of Islamic education policy in private Islamic universities (PTAIS) in improving its quality so that it can compete with state Islamic universities (PTAIN).]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the effect of learning habits on learning outcomes in Thematic learning for class V at MIS At-Taqwa Sambas Academic Year 2019/2020. The method used in this research is to use an associative approach and quantitative research types. The results of this study are that there is no influence between study habits on learning outcomes in Thematic learning for class V at MIS At-Taqwa Sambas Academic Year 2019/2020. Based on the results of the correlation calculation, the r number is 0.0243. The simple linear regression equation obtained is Y '= 74.937 + 0.014X. Based on the determinant coefficient calculation of 0.1%. This means that the percentage of the contribution of the influence of the student learning habits variable on the student learning outcomes variable is 0.1%. While the remaining 99.9% is influenced by other factors which are not discussed in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[Sharia Bank is a financial institution whose main business is collecting funds from the public and channeling it back to the community and other services in payment traffic and also the circulation of money whose operations are adjusted to the principles of Islamic Sharia based on the Al-Quran and Hadith. (M.Syafi'I Antonio 1971: 1) Particularly with regard to the procedures for meritorious in Islam, in other words, in the practice of muamalat it is known that practices that are feared contain elements of usury to be filled with investment activities on the basis of proceeds and trade finance. <![CDATA[The Directorate General of Immigration as one of the government agencies under the Ministry of Law and Human Rights always carries out national and international cooperation, which falls within the scope of Immigration authority not only on the interests of Indonesian citizens but also related to foreign nationals. Cooperation in the field of immigration between the two parties certainly needs to have a strong legal basis in the manufacturing process and the resulting cooperation products. The formulation of the problem examined in this paper is what are the legal bases used in making immigration cooperation agreements by the Directorate General of Immigration with other agencies and how is the purpose of the legal basis in realizing the objectives of immigration cooperation.
